Alright, I love the convenience of being able to order my coffee in advance at Dunkin. There is one problem that is becoming increasingly frustrating. Roughly four times out of the month, the app is having trouble loading or while in the app. Whenever I try to add an item to my cart, my local store reports that it's having technical issues through the app. The frustrating part is this always happens in the morning, you know when people get their coffee.

I love this app because it's convenient. But as of last week, it stopped opening up. Stayed on the loading screen even after I restarted the app and my phone. The app is up to date, too. What I figured out was if I go to the dunkin' Donuts and turn on my wifi, the app would load and then start working. Idk what bug needs to be fixed, but please fix it.

I've been using this app for years. I haven't been able to open the app for a while. I've deleted and reinstalled it many times it still wasn't working. Finally, after reading reviews here I decided to switch to wifi & I was able to log in. However, this is not useful if I'm at a store and cannot connect to wifi! Also, I have expired cards on my account and for years I cannot delete them, nor will the app allow me to add new cards because I've reached the maximum limit, so I cannot order online.

This used to be my daily go-to app. Worked incredibly well until a few days ago. Now it gets hung up on the loading screen and will not work. I've tried clearing the cache, uninstalling and reinstalling, and even using it on a different phone. It simply no longer works. Whatever update was recently made to the app, it is now completely unusable.

Got a notification of response but don't see it. Already called customer service and reinstalled app. Still not working. Maybe spend less energy on celebrity commercials and more on software developers. What happened? Been using this app for years, it's an easy way to "carry" coffee money, but suddenly it won't open, hangs up on what I presume is a loading screen.

Like other reviews have said, this app worked fine for years. Not sure what they did to it, but it doesn't open past the loading screen unless you put your phone on airplane mode. Once you connect to internet again, the app breaks and doesn't give you the chance to order anything. The fact that it's been weeks and there's been no fix is extremely frustrating. I'd like to actually earn points again instead of wasting my time.

The app is mostly functional, but creating Favorites (favorite orders) is brain-dead. A favorite can be created only right after an order has been placed, and ALL of the items in the order go into the favorite. Further, favorites cannot be created outside of an order, and they are not editable at any point (beyond giving them custom names and pics).

I seem to be having the same problem others are. As of the last week, the app will open to the logo screen and never progress further. Clearing cache, restarting phone, force-stopping the app did not help. Uninstalling and Reinstalling allowed me to get to the login screen where I entered my info, but then the app hung up after that. It's been quite a while for such a serious performance bug to go unaddressed.

App used to work great. Now, it either won't open at all or will just hang when trying to order. This seems to be a communication issue between the app and the backend systems. Edit - 3/12/34 - so after doing some additional testing, the issue only seems to occur when the app is trying to use mobile data, when connected to internet via a Wi-Fi or Bluetooth connection the app seems to work perfectly fine. Edit - 3/19/24 - app seems to be fixed.

I've had this app for several years. It was always working fine. It was easy to use and convenient. A couple of years ago, Dunkin changed the app and the point system, etc. It became very complicated and confusing to order and use reward points, etc. Fine. I usually figure it out after a few tries each time. But now the app will not even open at all. I've Uninstalled it three times now. It hasn't opened in over a week.

I have been using the dunkin app for at least 4 years. Recently the app was locked , insisting that I upgrade. I attempted to download the new app but now it seems that it is no longer compatible with Mt phone! The app store insists that it will work on a tablet I have, but I do not carry it as an every day device. No longer will I be using DD for my " go to" coffee. It is no longer convenient.

Overall great. Using it to order, earn points, & pick up faster is very convenient! Ability to locate locations near you works well. Needs a way a store can show their inventory. Several instances where an item/items were out of stock/not carried at a location. A few times they refunded me at the window. A few I have to reach out to DD directly and that is NOT easy to get a live person! Most of the time it's an email and I have at least 2 recent instances with no reply after a month!

App was very good for quite a while, but updates have again made it worse. Today it automatically picked a store location that was nowhere near me, and didn't let me easily see what I had just ordered, causing me to order it twice. When the store told me there was nothing they could do, I had to call Dunkin and get the order credited back, which luckily didn't take much time. For whatever reason, the app has again gotten quite a bit more confusing, and has recently gone downhill.

Automatically chooses coupon so you can't pick one. Picks the worst one available so instead of paying $6 it wants me to pay $8 for no reason other than y'all don't know how to make a function app. Reward system update is terrible, used to be 200 to get any drink and now it's anywhere from twice as much to quadruple as many points to get a drink.

Garbage app as it always has been. Declined my payment. I checked Google Pay, logged in to my bank, checked credit cards, perhaps there were emails from my bank to approve the transaction. I added another credit card and nothing. Apparently the reason was that the location did not have one item and kept declining the payments without information. After finally processed the payment I made a test and and made a new order with a missing item. The app again would allow to add it. Pathetic.

Changing my original review* * The app used to have numerous offers each month for both levels, boosted or not. The last 6 months it has decreased substantially. Seems unless your boosted you don't get them anymore really. Sad to see a decline. there should be a live chat help for when orders are incorrect or there are some sort of complaint. I love my Dunkin however there have been numerous times that I did not get what I should have and I had to eat the loss due to time constraints.

This app is garbage. I've tried multiple times to place a mobile order and it never works. For some reason when I try to pay it brings up a billing address I haven't lived at in six years. My billing address is updated in Google Pay, but the app brings up the wrong address, so the charges get declined every time I try to order. I was finally able to update the address, but now the app just stalls when I try to hit the "continue" button after choosing payment method. It's extremely frustrating.

it is unbelievably easy to use this app. even with a strong visual impairment, I still managed to navigate it quite well. with the ability to save locations and orders, you can place an order within seconds of opening the app, or a minute or two if you need to make changes. I still find it kind of funny as nervous as I was attempting to use it, the person who recommended I get the app is completely blind herself.

Terrible and keeps getting worse. Logs me out every week, sometimes changes the location as I'm placing the order. Just this morning, It defaulted to usinf the first coupon/monthly special of $2 off an order of $10, to try to be helpful. I wanted to use the $6 meal deal which would've saved me more money but the app wouldn't let me change. Also they need to let individual restaurants say whether or not they have an item in stock because 50% of the time, they're out but still let you place it

Always issues with the store not having stuff in stock even though the app shows it is and gives coupons for things that aren't carried. When you order it and they don't have it, it is virtually impossible to get a refund for the item- sometimes they even just replace it with something completely different regardless of asking you if it's something you would even like. Another great example of something that is supposed to make your life easier and ends up making it 10x harder.
