Great game! A good balance between action and Lo-Fi. Good graphics, quick progression. Able to unlock all characters without having to pay. PC is definitely the way to play this game though. I'm very glad that this game is cross-platform and cross play. On PC you will enjoy the better controls, and the better graphics.

Unfortunately, this game is a skip if you are on mobile. Samsung Galaxy S25U and the graphics/performance are just not it. My phone runs Genshin, WuWa, Honkai without any problems on the max settings but this game is lacking. I hope this will be improved later on so I have a reason to try playing again. Not to mention a lot of characters 3D models are accurate to their art.

Having an awesome time with this game! Has there been some issues with the launch? Yes, but what major game doesn't? The company and Devs are very active and transparent on responding to issues as well as creating avenues for open communication with players. The seemless co-op areas, give the game a genuine MMO experience. Plus, all characters are free to unlock! While the option to buy direct upgrades also exists if you so choose. Looking forward to enjoying this game for years to come!

The game has been a lot of fun so far and I am enjoying it. My biggest complaint is the lack of controller support for mobile. If that could be fixed so I can use the backbone to play the game it would help a lot. Because the on screen controls are terrible and too close together. I am constantly accidentally hitting the wrong button because of them being so close. Atleast let me move them around to better fit how I would like them, if you aren't gonna give us proper controller support.

the game is pretty good so far for being fresh on release, but there are still issues with the games start up and the need for it to consistent check for updates. the game was buggy due to prologue progression, but I was able to correct it by simply reopening the game. and now that I had completed the prologue, I can't continue after the game crashed and locks me on the start up screen checking for updates. this game has a lot of potential if those bugs can be fixed, so far I like the combat.

One of my favorite games so far. More action based for everything which a lot of similar games like Wuthering Waves and others focus too much on skins and nothing that tells the stories. Have pored in quite a few hours on phone and PC versions and the only complaint is maybe a bit too much effort to unlock some characters are required given the drop rate is pretty poor during fights.

Really liking this game so far. The game actually has controller support (kind of) for mobile. My Xbox 1 controller Works for most things. But the game really needs a Controller map. And a settings that go beyond controller vibrations. lol. I accidentally activate the tactical backpack and i absolutely cannot get it to remove off the screen. fix this and I'd add at least 1 more star. keep up the good work

I am willing to keep trying with this game because the story is interesting and the graphics are lovely... that said ..... the movement is so off. The left hand side to look around is too touchy and it makes it virtually impossible to aim weapons like guns at the monsters... and it also makes the special moves like the slide, crouch and the barrel jump really hard to do. I think a little more calibration might fix the issue?

In an attempt to try and get this game to have a stable framerate, I lowered every setting to the lowest possible setting, and it was still chugging and struggling to go above 8fps. This game does not run well, even the cutscenes are incredibly bad when it comes to frame stability. It feels like they tried to make a full pc game and then crammed it into a mobile game and expected it to run well. No, I dont have the newest phone out, but I also dont have a terrible phone either (only 5-ish y.o.)

The game has potential, but with how fast-paced it wants you to be, controller support NEEDS to be implemented. My hands are aching after trying to explore and do all the things it instructed me to do for 20 minutes. Another issue: The voice for the male MC is WAY too soft. Had to start up a new account because it was unnerving and I realized I couldn't switch. I really want to keep going, but I'll wait for controller support so I can save my hands.

the game itself is very fun. it has its problems here and there, but the devs are keen on fixing them, and this game absolutely has potential to rise up against the major players in the genre. Best part? all major items, like characters and weapons are grindable, and not horrendously so. you can very easily grab your favorite characters and their weapons day 1 and 2 after youve met some requirements (mostly just your account level), and by then, youre hooked into the gameplay loop.

This game is a looter shooter, a genre where you spend hundreds of hours grinding. With that said, if I only look at the grind in this game, the lack of variety makes it a 3/5, though this usually changes for the better later on with these games. Story is off to an extremely good start. PC version looks a lot more like the trailers, though devs are actively optimizing the mobile version, that contributed to raise the rating to 5. But monetization needs adjustments so it gets knocked down to 4.

[10/28/25] Whenever I play, the game buffers every 3-5 seconds, especially when not moving. It has made it nearly unplayable, and hardly enjoyable. I missed much of the first cutscenes because of this. It has a lot of potential, but far too many issues at this time. I had an easy time installing and downloading on my personal computer, though, and the gameplay that wasn't bugged by the buffering was fun, and I also enjoy the gacha and combat system, so it gets more than just 1 star from me

They've made big improvements from when the game first launched. Feels a lot more stable. Still gets laggy sometimes in certain areas like the sewers or the town square if you have the option to interact with other players on. Combat feels alright. Buttons are a bit too small and close together for me. Would probably be better on a tablet. As a phone user, if there was a way to customize button layout, it would help a lot

Not joining on with the review Bombers, but had to just say something. I am really excited about this game. I like the concept, the story, art, gameplay(kinda) but overall it's good. And I know it just released and having a hype behind it maybe the cause, but please fix the servers. it's so annoying playing with a constant loading bar to my face every 2 seconds. And also the optimization could be better. I hope you guys fix it fast, cause I really want to play and have fun with this game.

Duet Night Abyss, so far on my playing runs incredibly smoothly. I can play on my Google Pixel 6 at a constant framerate of 30 hertz. It definitely does drain the battery. In terms of gameplay, there are guns, the guns have no recoil, and limited ammo, which forces you to also use melee weapons to make up for it, which is good. If you'd like to try it out, I'd say this game is really fun, go download it. If not, just wait a few updates these devs make. Then decide whether this game is worth it.

Mobile controls are extremely clunky, making exploration almost unbearable. Combat suffers from the same issue, but not as bad as movement. Anything requiring precise controls is nigh impossible. The game also disconnects everytime you minimize. Even if it's only for a second. Do yourself a favor, play this game on PC. Forget mobile even exists. It's that bad.

Incredibly fun game, HOWEVER! There are significant bugs still active. I keep randomly crashing, and my device urges me to clear cache due to a bug its found. It doesn't seem to help. I will continue trying different methods to fix the issue, but I just wanted the devs to be aware. Otherwise, this game is pretty fun and has a great storyline. I'd prefer if we could gacha characters and not just costumes, but that's just me.

I personally really like the game. the only issue i have with the mobile version is the camera angles when fighting the regular mob enemies. the camera doesn't angle itself properly when you are fighting, you would be fighting and hitting enemies out of view of the screen that is very annoying. other than that i haven't encountered any other issues or problems with the game for me. i would prefer to play it on the playstation, but I'll still be playing it on mobile until then.

This game has potential for greatness. I do have a few general complaints (since my bugs got fixed! :D) Such as the button to dash is in a pretty inconvenient spot and should be a bit lower for mobile users. Most other games of this sort have their sprint/dash button in the lower right hand corner, so it's able to be tapped with the thumb without strain. Either way, the mechanics are great, and I love the fact that you only gacha for cute cosmetics. *Very* well done.
