i was trying to refill but it kept loading and showed there is maintenence error for many times. i tried again the next morning,thankfully it works but keeps loading again on payment. application suppose to be convenience to use but it seems like the app doesnt work 24 hours? it waste time for keep loading. kindly improve!

Can't login: the "receive otp code by sms" just flashes a "loading" screen and then nothing happens. Restart, uninstall/reinstall, etc. did not help. update: so it seems it was just a temporary error due to maintenance; some "maintenance, pls try later" screen would have helped though.

Since I installed the latest update it has been unable to reqeuest a otp from bkk bank when I try to top up. It just hangs at the "Request otp" page. I uninstalled and reinstalled (it had no trouble requesting an otp during install, but hung when I tried to add topup. The older version never had that problem.

Very very confusing for tourists. If you want to call outside of Thailand to your home country forget it. If you need phone calls you buy a package and good luck knowing what you are purchasing. If you run out of voice to top up you have to buy another package which overwrites your old package and wastes the internet you purchased before.

good app to check account and transfer credit but there is a BIG PROBLEM when trying to apply credit to a top up phone!! The opt auto apply does not work. This has been reported 4 times!!! Seriously considering change to another provider.

I have had and excellent experience with dtac there app is very friendly easy to navigate and the various plans and choices of speed xcetera are extremely easy to subscribe to all in all it's been a great experience and I will continue recommending them especially for the app

Of no use. The App is pointless. Instead of being able to find/see what my package is, how many minutes of calls and how much data I have plus when it needs to be topped up, it just portrays meaningless rubbish. All I need is the basic data and it is not there. Furthermore there is no option for help, Chat or call.

It's always difficult to log in, too complicated!! and always take so long. The signal is so bad, even dont care if you pay a lot monthly. They have an option to call to reset the signal, after several times i called. Nothing changed at all!!!

before last update it was not easy to find what you want, behind all this advertisiment, but after last update...letters does not fit in their fields and overlaps each other, some tabs are not scrolling, on some tabs it is just "freeze"-only to close app. You need to add all numbers you pay for again, as after update even your own login is kicked out from app. When you get the page of otp request for bank - it is not fit on screen as well. very sad, so big company,and so low quality app...

Useless. This is a statement app. You can't do anything with it other than top up and buy packages or add ons. You can't cancel a package and upgrade to a new package. It gives no access numbers to quickly stop/start, cancel. Once you work out the riddle to the universe and punch in the service code number the automated voice instructions go off on a gibberish tangent offering everything or return to the main menu. Anything to call that service number! I went on line and did all myself.

I loved this app because I can easily refill my account. Suddenly I cannot refill from the app. I've tried my active debit card that is saved on the app and it says "unable to process" even though I can use the card elsewhere. I tried to enter a different active credit card and it also says "unable to process". I only use dtac because it's been so easy for me to refill over the last year, but I'll have to reconsider if this isn't fixed.

It's disappointed when i went to outside of Thailand,the connection was cut off. No automatically roaming service. I didn't know that i have to buy a package for go travel. So all the phone contacts were cut off. I am not good at technical but I think that even you don't buy a package for go travel,it needs to be automactically roaming service. Connection and service is perfect.

Before DTAC merged with TRUE (CP All) it was a good provider. After the merge it became expensive and slow. After 22 years with DTAC I move to AIS, a much better provider. Reliable, stable, fast speed and most of all not controlled by CP All, the most greedy business here 🤑

Unable to open the app whilst overseas and therefore cannot top up my phone. True should take over DTAC and enable the services that we had before the merger. Have two people with phones in Thailand that I cannot top up for them

I bought unlimited at 10mbs for 30days but internet is so poor. I can't even play YouTube videos in my phone. It's cheating. Not worth it. I will give you 5stars only when I have good connection.

So bad. when i play game, my dtac internet is unstable for 1 or 2 min in every 10 min .i am so sick of this kind of internet .i had 99GB at max speed but noting change.i thought it must be the cause of network speed but not.

The app is horrible with a lot of promo ads via the app, SMS and since a few days I get multiple phone calls from different phone numbers which were classified as spams by my detector. A few days ago the app seemed to work, but suddenly I have to login again. When I type in my phone number it constantly states: "Unknown error!!" without further explanations. The only alternatives to login is via LINE or FB. I use neither of them. No contact options for customer service. I am done!
