There are many problems with this app. Firstly, the launch screen (splash screen) takes unreasonably llongevery time before you can use the app. That is unacceptable by 2023 app standards. Second, it tells me that I have to relink my bank cards. However, when I click Relink, it gives bogus random errors that don't make any sense. Overall, this app is a poor investment of my time.

There's a scene in the show Silicon Valley about an app so bad that it landed someone's computer in the shop for 3 days. The Drop App is that App. It's so terrible that the back screen flashes like a rave, the whole app lags, and typing option appears and reappears like a damn gopher. Drop used to be a little glitchy, but not its outright unusable. It would give it 0 stars if I could. I thought it may have been malware at one point!

Doesn't work. I have all my accounts connected and missing a ridiculous amount of points! Not only that, every time there's a drop, the app will be perfectly fine then it will just act as if it is loading. Frustrating and disappointing. Most definitely doesn't make me want to refer others! Update 4/25/24 still not working and noone from drop has even attempted to help. Me and my friends are deleting the app

customer service copies and pastes same generic answer, offers no help. now that they changed how you redeem rewards, I have $49 worth of points and every single week I hop on and it says contact support before you can redeem. every time I contact them, they say the same thing, which doesn't answer or solve the issue. they don't even read the ticket because if someone read it, they would understand what the heck I'm asking and help resolve the issue. absolutely useless.

Terrible system! Gift cards are only available ones per month, and it being sold out within a second. Now, there is a new problem. For the past week, there are available gift cards, but I get an error that I need to update my app in order to confirm the GC, obviously my app is up to date and this is happening on the latest version of Android and the app. It's a grift and a scam!

Can no longer get the app to work. It either gives me the 'Oops, something went wrong...' message or it takes me back to Google Play and asks me to open it again ONLY to get me to log in again...then the cycle repeats itself. I believe this is an information-stealing app with no services. I will uninstall it, ut it will keep my information. Hate I tried to use it. 🙄😡

Every week, for the last 3 months, I log into the app BEFORE noon, to watch the countdown until gift cards are ready. Within a second of the gift card options appearing, I select my option (the first one, a $5 Amazon card). Then, I wait for the redemption to take place. 2-5 minutes later, a message comes up saying gift cards have sold out. No way, man...no way that's true. Waste of time and energy. AND I had to give my credit/debit card #s just to sign up for this!

Used to be a great app for cashback giftcards. For the last 6 months, they haven't had any gift cards, saying they are out and are getting more on X date. When you login on that date, they're out again and are getting more on X date now. Just today i logged in to see, and they had gift cards! But when i try to redeem it says i need to update the app, but my app is on the latest version. Starting to feel like it's over and not coming back. They're just using your data to sell now.

The app used to be amazing. It was so easy to redeem gift cards. Now they have made it impossible... I updated my app & I still keep being told to update it when trying to redeem. Contacting support was no help.. they just told me to do what I've already done. I have been trying for over 6 months to get a gift card with my points & I can't. It's so upsetting to me that the app is just a waste of time now.

What used to be an outstanding app has slowly and steadily worsened in many different ways. 1. It's become agonizingly slow, choppy and constantly freezes, 2. I have to go back to the support team frequently to get credited for missing points, making it frustrating, 3. Useful gift cards like Amazon are no longer available, making the app pretty much useless, 4. I have 126000 pending points with no sign of them being redeemable, and redeeming the points is impossible - like a scammy lottery.

WTH! First, the reward policy gets changed and there's little to no chance of scoring ANY reward! Lately, I have been unable to even shop through the app because of jerky flashing back to home screen. Maybe y'all need to start over from scratch! UPDATE This app is such BS! I have tried for months now with ZERO success to clame my "gifts". What a damn joke! The app jumps and spurts ridiculously as if having a seizure! I WANT MY $68 NOW! Thus app is a ZERO

Horrible experience. You can't redeem for gift cards, so there is no point in using this app unless you want to give your credit card data away for free. I've tried handfuls of times each week to try to get the "drop" on any gift card and they "supposedly" sell out in minutes. I've seen the time update to come back next week within 1 minute so I think this is a scam for data. And the app horribly lags during every "drop" window. Stay away.

This app is a complete waste of time. It's practically impossible to redeem your points. They only allow you a chance to redeem your points for gift cards one day a week at a specific time, but even if you try redeeming right on time, there's always something causing a delay (ex. the app needs to update, you have to re-verify your phone # or email address, or some other nonsense) and then the gift cards are all "sold out". I have over 300,000 points and can't do anything with them!!

Terrible! Don't waste your time. I followed all the steps, have had over 40k points for months and have never been able to redeem for anything. Always either sold out immediately at the drop time or going through "attempts" to redeem only to give messages like update the app to redeem, then go through an update and it still doesn't work. Total scam.

Like many others I used to enjoy the app and building up points. Then games that earned Points went away. Then being able to redeem for gift cards on a more open redeeming window went away to just 1 day a week. That also is completely useless as it is never the right time to get a gift card. You always 'just missed ' the chance to get the card. No mater if you hit the second it becomes available. It is now a complete waste of time and probably time to uninstal.

The app is unstable. Seldom opens and when it does, it will crash soon after opening. Can't redeem points. App crashes during redemption process. Already uninstalled an reinstalled app a few times and that did not resolve the problem. Disappointed that I have accumulated enough points but cannot redeem due to continuous perform issues with the app.

STAY AWAY! If I could give zero stars I would. I've had the app for a couple years, was able to redeem a few gc's in the beginning. Once they changed the redemption to once a week windows I haven't been able to redeem anything at all! $100 worth of points just sitting there unredeemable because the company is basically bankrupt and can't afford to actually pay its users anymore. Used to be legit, now it's just a scam.

It was cool YEARS ago, but this app has turned into a complete waste of time. It's clear they don't have any intention to provide gift cards anymore. Even if you redeem at exactly the time the gift cards are set to "drop," you can wait several minutes on an "almost done" screen only to be told you missed it and to try again next week. I'm not giving these scammers my info anymore. I'm disconnecting my accounts and uninstalling. Good riddance.

Used to be my fav cash back app, easy to add up and I've cashed out easily without issues in the past. Even earlier this year I was able to- I had to wait a few months to get it but atleast I knew it was coming. Now it's impossible to even get a chance to. Sold out instantly and have to wait each week for the same thing to happen. Rather wait 2 months of a guaranteed gift card instead of playing this rediculous game of luck.. update: 10 months later still not able to be one of the lucky ones.

This app used to be one of the best money apps, but now it has gone significantly downhill. I have had a lot of rewards and points from this app, either through card spent, games (mostly Hoops) or surveys. But now, cards constantly disconnect, and do not resync. Payout takes way longer now (have been waiting for 1 month). None of the games are worth playing anymore, and those barely track correctly. I think I'm near the end of my time with this app -- even though it used to be a great one.
