SLOOOOOOOOW PROCESSING. I ordered 2 weeks ago, and the order still shows as only processing. They took the payment immediately, though. HOPEFULLY, sometime before winter, I will get the dresses I ordered. Will update review when/if I ever get the product.

Firstly, don't buy their shipping insurance, it's BS. My package had problems due to a wrong address, and their customer service is NOT "professional." It's AI cookie cutter automation bs that did not take care of my needs. SAME exact responses, SAME exact cookie cutter wording. I told them how their ToS was worded for my exact issue and they refused to give my money back. Other services have delivered better quality with more personable customer service. They've lost a customer in me.

I had a dress ordered for a Christmas party which took WAY longer than they projected. It arrived and the sizing was WAY off of what was listed. With barely any time left, they dishonored their 30 day money back, they won't send me an exchange (lied to me about it being out of stock) and left me with no time to order another ensemble. Their service is awful (one response messaging every 24 hours). This app is little better than a scam. Edit: Ignore Dresslily's reply. Their chart was wrong.

I ordered over $150 USD in clothes 2 months ago and still haven't received a single item. NOTHING! If there were 0 stars, I would have clicked that. Many of the items I ordered were Halloween-themed to be worn in October... Now October passed & I still don't have the clothes. Even if they do arrive soon, it isn't like it's fitting to wear bats & witches now. What a waste of hard-earned money. Do your shopping elsewhere. This company is a scam.

I love shopping in this app! I love that they have so many plus-sized options. When I had an issue their customer service was very responsive, and it was resolved quickly. They refunded my money on the items that didn't fit, and instead of asking me for them to be shipped back they requested that I donated them to charity. Overall, this has been a great app to find clothing. 10/10 would recommend I give it five stars ⭐

I bought an outfit from dresslily. It came nicely packaged and fits perfectly as described and is made very well for the price. I have to say this isn't just another cheap fashion chain store, the clothes are actually of great quality for the cost. Shipping could use to be a bit faster bur definitely a reasonable amount of time for what I got.

While I have limited experience with the app, it appears to emulate the website quite well, and seems very usable. The products from this store are almost always as described, and when they are not they have been good about providing refunds and/or replacements without a hassle. I recommend this site for anybody who likes quirky clothes at a reasonable price.

Their support is honestly weak at best. If your package doesn't arrive GOOD LUCK. Consider your money spent a loss. They just tell you to send an email which is never responded to. Which is a shame. Aside from that the sizing is inconsistent? You'll order the same size in three dresses and one might work. I would give it more than one star because I have had a good experience with very cute outfits, but these last experiences soured it by MILES. Never ordering again.

I love these dresses. They're gorgeous! My one complaint I have is I really wish sizing was more uniformed. I don't necessarily mean all L are L and all XL are XL. I can range anywhere from a medium to a 4X on this app. I do wish each article had the same measurements! It's so frustrating seeing a gorgeous dress or skirt and checking the sizing chart and just seeing length and letter sizes. I then have to decide if I want to gamble, or just move on. I wish all had at least bust, waist, and hip.

This app is terrible for shipping. You cannot filter by size and even when you click on a category ie. plus size t shirts you get regular size options. It the xxxxL size is a size 14. Most of the sizes in everything come up as sold out too. While the clothes look cute and the prices seem decent, the shopping experience drove me to delete the app after struggling with it for nearly an hour.

I had a HORRIBLE experience with this company last year (2021), and I'm still upset. I moved across the country a couple years ago, literally 2000 miles from my old place. I updated my address in the app, and verified it was set to default. Then I ordered $250 worth of stuff. Their stuff is really cute, and I've loved all my previous purchases! But it went to my OLD address, despite me updating it in the app. Customer service did NOTHING! Never ordering from them again. And I'm a big spender.

I received my order and am surprised at the quality of the dresses for a foreign clothing online only company. Definitely boosted my confidence a bit! I haven't dealt with customer service much because I recieved my products and was satisfied so I cant really say much about their customer service! But overall not bad and I'm looking to make another purchase soon. Also the app Is pretty easy to navigate However there are tons of push notifications but that can easily be taken care of in settings.

Very nice variety! I was upset at the quality of the items. Many of the dresses were see through, not very durable, thin and not all comfortable fabric. I sent them in for a return about 3 months ago, I went with a dress on Amazon. I inquired about the return recently, they asked for the tracking number, which I believe was provided when I processed the return, maybe not. Either way, I don't have the receipt anymore and from my finding there's nothing they can or will do. Just a little upset.

I love all the cute styles they have! I've found so many cute clothing items here when normally I'd have to search high and low to find more than one thing that I felt fit my personal style! My only criticism: it's rather irritating that there's no way to see (in the app, not so on the website it seems to be fine) if a particular item has different color options without clicking on the item -I feel I've spent entirely too much time checking to see if something comes in different colors

The fashion is always very cute, and it's easy to navigate. The plus size section is easy to find, but there's no way to filter by size. I was hoping to purchase something, but struggled to find anything I looked at to be in stock for my size. I can't filter out the options that are sold out at all, so I'm forced to look at each item, pick my size, find out it's sold out, and then rinse and repeat 40x until I give up. An option to sort by available sizes would be fantastic.

I LOOOOOVVVEEEE dresslily! I've ordered from them many many times. I even have two separate accounts with them, one for mobile ordering and one for on the computer. If everything goes perfectly you get your items in a timely manner, good quality, and great prices with tons of sales and discounts. HOWEVER, if something goes wrong... customer service is AWFUL. They are so limited in what they can or will do. I've been so frustrated with how they handle things that I may no longer order from them.

Above and beyond any expectations I had for an online store app. It can take a few weeks for your order to arrive, but if any point you need to communicate with the service team, they are easily found and dedicated to timely and accurate responses. The method of communication can be a bit cumbersome and confusing, but I do find it very useful in keeping everything organized (once you understand it; similar to c#/forums). The app itself is very user friendly and easy to circumnavigate.
