The graphics are charming but the game is horribly paced in the beginning. The hospital was filthy and crowded the entire time. After I completed the beginning objectives and multiple new ones began, the game fell apart. It wasn't properly tracking my progress, and one of them was even going backwards as I attempted to complete it (60% completed to 40%)

Fun! This is close to being a favorite for me. I like the hospital simulation, ability to pick up patients in ambulance and other features. Things I wish were different. When there is more than one station the patients queue in only one even though there is an empty station. Wish you could pick the patients up and drag them to a station. I won't save them all but it would help, lastly, the cost for expansions are excessive. Can any of this be considered for change?

I love the game and would have given five stars but, since the latest update there has been issues. 1. When you click on a patient in the advisor list it doesn't go to that patient, it doesn't do anything. 2. I have duplicate patients in the advisor list and in the hospital. 3. The game freezes a lot and sometimes crashes. Otherwise, great game.

Ehh. Crowded gamplay screen. New machines cost too much (every level upgrade, there's something to buy) compared to the amount of income the hospital generates & how many coins can be stored. You almost have to log in every 20 min or so, to empty out your storage, if you want to maximize profits. Watching ads for resources only works half the time. For the amount of time it takes to diagnose patients is too long compared to how fast patients lose health. I'm over it save yourself the headache.

Just like many other people have mentioned, it takes way too long to expand. Blueprints are hard to come by and it's virtually impossible to add anymore buildings without expanding. I really hope the advice of your customers is considered. This game would be a top contender if it wasn't for the expansion issue slowing everything down.

Blue prints are more easily accessible this time around. However, we are often short on inventory space and gouged on diamonds. I suppose it has to be something, but giving up medicine we've waited an hour for because there are machines and blue prints (that we need) counted in our inventory, you can't ever stockpile anything. I also noticed that NPCs will walk around aimlessly until they die which isn't ideal. Do they need a map???

I started playing this game today. I play a lot of games like this but find this one extremely difficult as far as being able to do anything. There's a brief tutorial but it's very vague. It is impossible to earn enough money to purchase what is required for the challenges. My patients are angry because there's a line for the bathroom but I'm only allowed one bathroom. I'm challenged to diagnose patients but I can't afford any of the specialists. I'm not going to put real money into a game that is this frustrating. I gave it two stars because I love the concept and feel like it could be fun if the challenges were actually obtainable.

The game crashes occasionally, but most do. I see this review a lot & wanted to address it. This game offers a lot and let you get far in the game without necessarily having to buy the add-ons. However, they are there should you choose to do so. As far as games go this one has the best customer service. My emails were addressed promptly & in a very friendly manner. They are looking into my game issue and in the meantime even gave me some freebies for my troubles. You won't regret this download.

Like others I looked forward to something similar to the classic pc game theme hospital. This is not it. While it looks similar and has potential its way to annoying and time consuming to collect money and blueprints. Also constantly trying to stock medical supplies is a chore. Its just not very rewarding and fun. Also there needs to be an edit mode to move items and rooms around instead of the press hold drag, super annoying.

Fun gameplay. I really like that I can play for long durations with things to actively do without waiting on something. I don't feel like I have to spend in order to keep advancing but like the option of in game content purchases of I want. The game lags when opening and freezes but once it is going stabilizes. A lot of the time when I watch adds, there isn't any payoff and I just have to wait for the whole game to reload. I like the game and hope to keep playing it happily.

This game fills my needs on several levels. On a simulation, strategy, and playability level. It's super addictive in pursuing the optimal layout and there's plenty to keep the user interested. I find myself rearranging all the time and simply put, this is one of the best mobile games I've ever played. Graphics are also at a high level. Only gripe is that the game starts to become a grind around level 24. Can't wait to see future games from yboga! Maybe police station, zoo, or aquarium?

Really, really need an edit mode. Can be pay to play, but in a subtle way-if you can deal with losing reputation points,(& I can!)you can still enjoy the game without spending money. Not nearly enough production slots-again,you CAN pay, but it's not necessary. If you have a little patience, you can have fun playing without spending a cent-I do. Sometimes workers&patients are just standing around, which I don't get,but I ignore it. There's lots of things to do,lots of little extras, graphics are cute.

Awesome game but could use one improvment. If you want to move things around, you have to sell & repurchase benches, plants, vending machines etc, causing coin loss. There needs to be an edit button, that removes the patients & allows you to freely move everything, with a small storage screen on the side, when in edit mode, & it will hold items for you as you move things around until your ready to place them. This would be a huge improvement and make it more user friendly. Its very frustrating..

The game is fun, definitely cute. However I know a game should get progressively more difficult but the send you patients that need a specialist that you can't unlock until 2 levels later. Plus it seems like once you get to a certain level there's no more progression.

Where is the support section to contact devs? I am sick and tired of my cures randomly disappearing, especially when you have like 10 that takes an hour to finish. So fustrating. UPDATE: Received a reply. No longer playing. Waiting for a fix hopefully on the next update for this issue and hoping to see more features because game has become repetitive. Having tasks, events or competitions would help add fun to the game.

I love this game, but lately, I've noticed a lot of changes that are quite honestly annoying. I've been playing this game for years, on and off, but recently I've noticed the decrease in coin rewards for the daily tasks. I'm sorry, how do you go from 3k on each daily task reward to 200-300? Kind of a rip off. Also, if you want to buy more mystery boxes, the amount to purchase them goes up after a few times of purchasing. Used to be able to get coin easily & quickly, now it's becoming harder.

Game is not that bad. you do have to use more diamonds than in some other games but it is still playable without diamonds. Not to many commercial like some people were saying, i still watch it for boosters and diamonds. Few bugs that i would like development to look at: - Toilets and Cafeteria allow to shorten the time and it turns green but if you press on it, nothing happens. - Once the rooms turn green for FREE skip, it is really enjoying that i have to press twice, just once would be nice.

A decent game to pass the time with when there's nothing else to do. The goal is simply to build up a hospital. Gameplay is likewise simple: for each action you order done, wait varying time lengths until it's completed; also, collect any income, and manage staff's stats. There is no end-game that I could find, aside from attempting to compete for "best worldwide hospital"... Otherwise, around level 40 is when you've built everything and have nothing left to unlock.

Played this years ago on the PC. The mobile version has some nice improvements and is fun. Still love the exploding patients. Cure rate has always been on the low side, but hospital doesn't go bankrupt anymore, and finances don't seem part of the gameplay now(?). I got to level 17 pretty quickly, haven't had to spend money, just need to watch a few ads to get blueprints. Would like a slightly more user friendly layout edit option.

I love this game. It's excellent. The use of strategy, time management, creativity. The graphics are also very nice.*However*, my big complaint is the limited space and the difficulty of being able to reach expansion. It's a catch 22, you have to build many rooms and upgrade rooms in order to receive the blueprints, money, experience and levelling up in order to expand the hospital; however, you can't fit everything in to reach that point. Please fix this so I can play the game again!
