I've been a player of the lovely game since it first came out. This game is so fun and frustrating (in a good way) and I can't look away. I love the graphics, gameplay, quests, all of it. I even find the fact you have to get trust points to get some of dragons fun, kind of annoying that it's 1000 but still fun. I'm excited whenever something new gets added to the game and being able to go through the game fulling developing.

The game by itself has a good nature. But there are a couple major issues that exist in there. First one would be how difficult and time consuming it is to get good dragons and upgrade them. Secondly the matchmaking, no matter what happens I'm always and only have the option to choose between players that all have at least 2k more power than me. Fix the matching or maximize the rewards. Otherwise the game is great.

I loved it. But to level up you have to turn in 10 dragons or pay. I used up the coins and time to level up no more coins. it states you can get it but the only thing that pops up is that you have to pay to get coins. so I am at an impasse. And I enjoyed the game. But, not to the point today for more coin. The play on my Galaxy Note 9 is slow. I hit the jewels and there are hesitations when I play. I have terrific internet so that is not a reason. was fun but needs work.

For being a game directly linked to a movie, it is really great, its easy enough for kids to like and has the complexity for people to invest time. the match 3 gametype is simple enough and animation is great, controls are also easy to understand. where the game falls a bit short for me is that getting new dragons doesn't really feel like a reward, it feels like work, having to invest fish on a baby dragon to even try it when I should be investing fish on the dragons I do want upgrade.

This game is very well made, and is very addictive! But as some feedback, on the Lightfury event, it got VERY repetitive. It would have made more sense to have the Trust points be earned through more than just the battles. Maybe adding in trust points to complete quests, or to hatch dragon eggs. Having this would make the events more fun, and get more people to participate in them seriously.

Tried it for a month and it was ok at first but ended up quite repetitive and boring. You get stuck on quests UNDER your power level so you have to grind levels that are even lower. no daily login perks. Just constant grinding lower level boring quests. Then event lightfury and Toothless dragons came. Not only is it too hard to gain trust points but they take up space in inventory and are useles. I spent $20 to get one and didn't even get half way. Good concept, bad execution.

Doesn't bring anything new to the match-3 genre, and generally ignores some of the better mechanics that have been around for awhile now. Some rounds are randomly impossible due to bad match dynamics and chosen AI abilities. Becomes "pay to play" or laboriously grindy within a couple hours. Graphics are good, flavor from the franchise is there, but this is obviously made to "encourage" spending on micropayments to advance.

Overall, I'm really into this game. That being said, I have quite a few concerns. The biggest being that until I reached about level 8, I never had issues with insufficient energy, but now with trying to gather materials from missions and such, I run out of energy very quickly and the only way to get more is by buying them with hundreds of runes, which you rarely get for free, or to wait 10 MINUTES for a SINGLE energy. Completely unrealistic for any online mobile game.

I would give it more but parts of the game are so incredibly difficult for no reason. power wise, I'll be over 100 vs the foe. and i still lose in the first wave. even grinding in the quests are difficult when its the same way. end up losing more than winning and it just gets frusurating after a while. just seems a bit unfair. I love challenging but at points I am not able to use the ability or the game is so laggy I can't do anything and the opponent just wins.

I play daily, & while it seems like they sort of fixed the hardness of some levels, I still have to do a ton of the replay mission to get supplies/eggs to level up and move forward. Night Fury Challenge is better than the Light Fury, but still seems pointless to try. I have upgraded as much as I could, done the math, & am still not going to get the needed trust points unless I spend a ton of runes/money to replay. Also, since the update, the game has been super laggy in my Galaxy Note 9.

Great game, very beautiful. I'm enjoying all the quests and content aside from the puzzles as well. I do have trouble interacting with the interface outside of battles (having to spam click on a dragon to add it to a party, queue up an egg, or retrieve duty rewards, for example) but overall it's insanely addicting and fun. The writing is quirky and the animations for each dragon is stunning.

Buggy yet pretty game. An error caused me to lose energy for no reason. Sound effects loop in areas they shouldnt play. Occasionally freezes during gameplay. Its a give or take if your progress will save if you have to switch away from the app. The game rewards you for *not* playing with constricting energy system. Theres even an "auto match" mode. Gem purchases are very overpriced for what they offer. Dragon drafts are random chance that could be useless. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get Toothless.

It's an amazing game! best graphics i'd ever seen in a mobile game and the detail is great! The only issues i see (at the time of makimg this rating) is that sometimes the sound for most dragons or attacking is completely missing, or when the dragons attack you it'll prevent you making your turns after they finish, or that sometimes the game freezes nastily when swapping tabs to where the game crashes. Other than these, the game is great so far! highly recommend.

I was enjoying this until the update, now ive completed two rounds but lost the loot due to "loading" ... very frustrating. i can't even go back and redo the level because it registered that i beat it - this seemed to be an issue on only one section or it was fixed in an update. now load screens just seem a bit long but still fun, mind numbing, and visually pleasing

I just reinstalled this after not playing for a couple of years and MAN the amount of various errors I've gotten is absurd. Unfortunately these games tend to be pay to win, so progress is very slow to near impossible without spending real money. Has potential to improve for sure but as it is, I can't give anymore stars. The gameplay is fun when the game actually let's me in-

For the past few months I've been having trouble with the monthly subscription and despite the payment going through it says I need to redo the subscription in game and the level goes from 10 to 1. The money has even pulled from my bank and the next payment is set for next month. Update: it's now crashing on me and doesn't even finish loading into the game

Latest Error Code 2 glitch, that's been happening for over a week, is crashing the game. Support won't respond to emails in the game app (when you can finally load the game), and won't respond to email requests for help. Every year there seems to be 1 or 2 major bugs with the game that don't allow you to play for weeks and weeks, missing all the events and opportunities to get special dragons. Defeats the purpose of the game play, when you have to wait a full year for the events to come back.

I've been playing this game with my friends for a couple years now. You only have to watch ads if you want to earn extra rewards, otherwise you can just ignore the offers. The game does force you to pace yourself as you have to wait for your energy to reload once you do several battles. You can follow the story or just fight against other opponents in the arena or join a clan to fight alphas. I would highly recommend this game.

This game is very fun to play and is like a different version of Candy Crush. It features a variety if species to choose from as your team.. You can also create or joint a clan to fight Alpha Titans and get keys for the reward chest to get some awesome rewards! Every once in a while, there is a error code 2, it'll kick you out if your battles sometime where you cannot resume them. Overall it us a great game and I highly recommend it to dragon lovers.

I love this game. I've been playing for years and despite the occasional glitch (which gets fixed) I still enjoy it. Bonus: you do not have to pay to play! You could pay more and grow faster but I've been satisfied with my pace of growth. The graphics are wonderful & the dragons are varied and interesting. I enjoy collecting 5* dragons from events or breeding. I don't want a game that hands me victory on day one. I like the challenge of getting bigger and doing more by playing. :-) Thanks!!
