This is my favorite mobile game of all time. It is highly addictive and I just cant seem to get enough of it. Its fun if you manage to pull some great characters like I have. But there are a few things that can be fixed if Bandai would do it. First, the friend system... its really bad and it needs a fix. Next is the free to play playability. If you are 100% free to play like me then you would know how hard it is to get by with barely any stones and going a long time without pulling anything new. We need a dragon stone farming mission. It doesent have to be infinite but at least let us get 10 or 15 stones a day. That way free to play people are alot better off. This next one isnt really an issue but its something I recommend. If you feed Elder Kais into a unit and later decide you want them back, add a system where you can take the Kais back but the character loses SA level (obviously). But I still adore this game. Making these changes would make this game my favorite game of all time... period.

Update 1:17:22 Version Z is here! And it brought some nasty bugs with it! The network errors, time outs, freezing, lag, and crashes make this rollout pretty rough! I've been a day 1 player and this is by far the worst rollout I've seen for a Dokkan update, save the ones that just broke the game. With the 6-8 month release window from JP to GLB, these issues shouldn't be a problem and the optimization should've been done! Still a great game, but I'd like to play it instead of waiting to play it.

Better than most mobile games I've played; not shovelware. As an added bonus, no intrusive ads or in-app purchases in your face. But the main problem is the gacha mechanic. Awakening characters is very monotonous and often times more difficult and tedious than they should be, often just to get a mediocre character. Teams are also really convoluted, especially with leveling up. New content is often added, so at least it's not too tedious.

Has a mission system to give you goals, but is excruciatingly repetitive. Got a few kinks to work out. Maybe adding some other game types or special missions would mix it up a bit and keep more interest in it. Also, one little thing to fix, team formation. Selecting a team from your saved teams is a pain in the you know what. You have to exit a team just to make it your active one. Add a button to the team formation screen that allows you to select one as your current team.

Its very good, love the animations gameplay and osts, absolutely great. But, and this is pretty big, the friend system is poor, we need an update to it thatll let us mirror our own leaders or something, its a real pain when i wanna do redzone or another high level event and i have to sit there for 30+ minutes loading up the stage for a decent friend, really inconvinient and outdated for sure, other than that, perfect game.

I think the game truly Lacks is the ability to be moved to the SD card which would save me a whole lot of space on my phone. i love this game its the only one i play i love the features and the constant attention to updates and issues that arise and minimizing the effect ofnthose in game play i. think being able to have battles against friends would be a good feature to add at some point.

It's a fun simple game. It's at its best when you gather a good amount of characters to mix and match for different buffs and bonuses. The summon rates can be dissappointing at times, saving dragon stones for months to pour into a draw for a character you really want can still yield no results. But the animations, simple and quick gameplay, and variety of events in the game make the experience good overall.

Until the bug that makes all letters and numbers unreadable and blocky, usually leading to a crash, is fixed, I will rate this game low. This bug has been going on for too long and renders the game nearly unplayable at times. You guys clearly are too busy raking in the money to fix your game. Update 4/9. Much more stable game, still very pay to win though unless you have played for a very long time.

Recently this game has been glitching like crazy! I have a few LR Characters but during battle it will glitch out and won't show the battle itself and jump to the end. There is also a massive glitch in the training part of it, when you go to train it will go to the transition scene and stay there without the characters and I have to end the game and restart it. I absolutely love this so app it's perfect! And gets better and better.

I started playing this on a Galaxy Note 2, and the game would run almost flawlessly. I recently got a Nexus 6P, which is much more powerful, and transferred my data, and now I have terrible slowdown on the maps. I found that putting the game in power save mode helped a little, but even that is beginning to lose its effect. This makes no sense! Please fix this and I'll change my rating to 5, because other than this, I love the game.

Absolutely amazing, even if it takes a long time to slog through the ranks and the rewards are... Disappointing sometimes to say the least. It still is a very fun game with millions of different things that you could do. The graphics are really good for this style of game and the transformation/super attack scenes are just gorgeous. Over all a beautiful game the only problem is the length of the game. I log in every day (Or at least I try) for about a year and I'm only rank 120, others are 350.

Keep up the good work. Been playing off n on since like 2015. Love the new updates. [EDIT] Used to be a 5 star review but the game just takes up too much memory now. It already was taking up 14+ gigs and when I went to go play it the update required another 14 gigs... That's close to 30 gigabytes for a mobile game. That's... Just way too much. You guys seriously need to find a way to compact it... I won't be able to play it until you do...

Been playing shortly before the 3rd ann, and all I can say: the game has held up. it has had its low points, its questionable points, and its great moments but despite its roller coaster of events, the game is great. still waiting for the moment the jp version and this one are caught up (9th ann. just around the corner) until then, awesome game.

good game, but its a massive storage hog. almost 3gigs at this point. At this point the size is a genuine issue. Edit: the storage is still crazy, and I still think that's a big issue, but I upgraded to a bigger device and compared with the content the game has its now not as bad. As of 2023, it's now ballooned to nearly 13.3 gigs, which is really beginning to feel excessive, but the gameplay is still great, and they always give us lots of great content.

From my experience so far, I haven't gotten shafted, I have experienced no bugs so far, and the game itself is great. Nice job making this game! Another thing, I've downloaded everything and logged in several times, but it says there's a communication error even after I reopen the app. Edit: dragon stones are harder to get without good units, and most summons don't stay long! And the bug is still there. Plus a bug I've been encountering with the missions menu and it never loads.

This game is a fun, relaxing experience. The game easy content that you can so leisurely, or difficult and engaging content that will keep you at the edge of your seat. The game is relatively free to play, but doesn't have alot ways to get really easy dragon stones for you to summon on banners, or they give you too few as a reward for incredibly difficult challenge missions. It's great if you're a fan of the dragon ball franchise, but otherwise it's a game you can enjoy from time to time.

Still playing since release, while I still enjoy this game, the massive power creep and new banners being filled with old garbage units that aren't viable anymore. The animations that used to be awesome are also starting to deteriorate in quality. Overall, this game is a shadow of what it used to be, but with the announcement of a version merge, has hope.

It's more than just tapping bubbles game lol. You need you position your characters to link up, see who to include in the team and the items, and once you're setup is complete, watch the animations and damages go off. It takes strategy to form team comp in harder contents and so satisfying if can be pulled off. The support for the game is very good, and they always give us good contents and free stuff. Not perfect and occasionally mess up with Global version schedules, but they came a long way.

There is quite a bit of missions to complete and for the most part they are pretty good with giving free gems. But after playing for over a year I have pretty much hit a rock. I am not good or skilled enough to win the super challenging levels and I don't have the characters to win many levels. So I just keep playing the same levels over and over, occasionally do summons to possibly get good characters and frankly it just becomes boring.

Ever since INT future Gohan dropped the animations have been getting better and better, real top-tier stuff! I started playing during the 4th anniversary and they've made some great decisions updating the interface, adding link levels, profiles, etc. Dragon stones (I'm F2P) are quite scarce when an event isn't happening, combined with a bad banner can make you stop playing for a couple weeks.
