This app is always slow to start and gives me a message that my connection is poor. That's not the case. I have great wifi and no other app does this. There are times while I'm playing in the casino part of the app, while playing "wheel of fortune" the game is spinning and the digital visual effects are skipping like a bad cd. 👎 I love this game but something needs to be improved if I'm going to continue to lose my money for fun and have to deal with glitches in the app.

So.. I've been using DK for a few years now. At first it was perfect, no lag, no bugs, didn't have to restart the app, etc. But lately it's been so annoying to use.. my phone wants to put the app to sleep because it causes my battery to drain and even when you clear the app it's taking up too much memory so I have to force stop it everytime.. its almost like every time you open the app it's just cloning itself over and over and not opening the same program I used just a few minutes ago..

This app is a complete and utter failure! Constantly logging me off in the middle of a hand for "inactivity" which makes no sense since I'm placing bets every 2 to 3 minutes. Twice I've tried to withdrawal my funds and it failed for no real reason given, just some vague cookie cutter response. I've been a customer for some time now but with the recent failures of this app ill take my business else where. My app is up to date with the most recent version. Still no good

This was great when I first started using it. Now this past 2 weeks have been horrible. The app glitches constantly. It has cheated me out of money by numbers changing. The past few days says geolocation error when in middle of playing even though I have not moved. Contacted customer service about 10 times in over week not even one responses .I have used different devices as well as different locations also used wifi and regular phone service. Same problem so it's not on my end! Do better!!!!!!

Beyond frustrating. Ever since the update, "poor connection" but Daily Fantasy works. Reached out to support who has sent me the same 3 responses that it's a geolocation issue. It's not. Daily works without a problem. I've uninstalled both apps, reinstalled this one, did a restart and still nothing. Switch from WiFi to Mobile. Nothing. Support has been responsive but no resolution. Maybe time to try FanDuel.

This is second uninstall and second install the 2 days. It's open sometimes and not . Usually not. I thought a technical problem but not a message or from customer service. This is last time. It doesn't work. I will use FanDuel solely. A reliable app is a must. After the second install, it's not working. I have the current version. It doesn't load. It freeze. I can't sign it. It stopped on the same day I was using earlier. I have got the information. Remove Animation toggle. It did the job.

1 star because I like the promotions they give. -4 stars because the app keeps crashing, on Android s20FE, when I try to play casino. The app also crashes if I try to make same game parley bets on sportsbook. It only started happening the past few updates, everything was perfectly fine before. I've contacted support and received no solution. I've uninstalled and installed countless times. It really sucks to not be able to play a few hands of blackjack or baccarat whenever and wherever I want.

When I 1st signed up, I had zero issues. I mean , zero! In the beginning everything was working great, the games wouldn't glitch, the app didn't just randomly shut dwn, all around it was a blast! Customer service was phenomenal. Well I had to change my email address, and it been nothing with issue after issue. It took them 2months to verify my identity, no free credits nothing. I lost everything!! Customer service should be absolutely ashamed, there horrible. Idk if I would recommend.

The app works like 1/100 times. The log in will fail. I was able to bet for about a 20 minute span the entire game when I got in for the 2nd time total. It's now 3am and still logging in fails. The app also forces you to delete any gps faking apps. Not just disable them. But outright delete them which is BS if you use them for work. Somehow the fantasy draft kings app is perfectly fine but sports betting is near impossible effectively with this poorly designed app.

Absolutely terrible. This app used to work fine on android, but whatever they did for the last update has made it almost impossible to use. Every time I login, it keep asking me to login in again. But because I'm already logged in any new login is invalid and it brings me back to the login screen. There's no way to exit out from the login screen, contact customer support doesn't work, and if you do some how get out of the login screen, the screen forces itself but up and you can't use the app.

It's so frustrating dealing with Draftkings. The freezing up of app during peak times is THEIR FAULT, not my wifi connection. They send back a pre written bot comment which is useless. They need to overhaul this app. I like the way it's set-up but the main function of a betting app is to.....BET. But you can't if it freezes up. Sad nothing has been done despite all the complaints.

App has an issue almost every time I use it. Takes bets off my slip with a message that they're no longer available when they most certsinly are. Has difficulty with my location verification when I've barely left my living room - never mind the state. I've had to uninstall/reinstall at least 3 times in the last few weeks to get past the location check. Their fantasy app works so much better than their sportsbook. Do better, DraftKings.

What a terrible app. Location software is the worst imaginable. I've been locked out of my account multiple times. The app just a slow loading glitchy experience, and now not just one, but all 3 apps won't even open up, just the load screen and the circle that just keeps on spinning. Google play says one app won't work on my phone anymore, and apparently I'm not the only one. What a mess.

It consistently freezes or crashers. usually when you start to win. Then it has to search for geo location and can't find location. The only way to stop it from searching is to close the app, clear the cache, clear document folder, and then if you're lucky after you restart phone it may locate you. but more times than not it still does not. It now tells me to contact customer support because there is a problem with my account, but chat won't woRK. Ridiculous!

Security needs to be updated. App isn't safe. Everything I use this app I get mobile security alerts that another device is mirroring or that it's being ran of a proxy. If the slots do start hitting either it'll kick you out of the game, freeze, or I will get several session time notifications (an option that I didn't enable, yet still happens).

Use to play the Oregon Lottery Scoreboard app. They teamed up with Draftkings. I followed the steps to sign up. App keeps saying not available in your location. I made sure it was updated and still doesn't work. It shows the Oregon Lottery logo at the top of the page, so I assume I did it correctly. Plus, the app locked me out. I tried to change my password, but the link Drafkings sent only allows me to sign up or log in. Nowhere do I see a place to change the password. Horrible experience.

Since the last update to version 4.32.0, I've been getting a "poor connection" error preventing login intermittently. I have full wifi strength, this is the only app that doesn't work, and I can log in on the website on this device. So it's not me - it's you, DK. And I'd suggesting fixing it if you want people to keep betting with you.

This app has become really bad. It lags, it kicks you off in the middle of a game. I've played for a few years now and have seen a pattern develop within the gaming system. It's all tailored to the individual, and while that does sound inviting, they set you up based on past experience. Even the free stuff is just a gimmick to mess with your brain and get you to deposit more money. Occasionally you will win, but you'll lose more. Overall a really bad app. You won't win, so don't play.

App freezes and glitches all the time. It literally makes me gamble on diff apps and not bet thru this app. It frustrates me so much always waiting, always freezing, always try to check my location when I bet for no reason while I have the location and wifi on and no issues at all, it's constantly slow. It's so annoying. Soon I won't even use this app if it doesn't change. I've downloaded it and re-download it and updated it and restarted my phone...it's annoying as ever and nothing ever fixes.

The app is slow and the customer support is slower and nearly useless (Took over an hour for someone to even respond to me and when they did they just sent prewritten/automated messages that didn't even address my issue). I'm also completely unable to bet on Awards despite being able to do so on Fanduel, so I know it isn't a restriction from my State. If you're going to bet, do it with a different service.
