This game absolutely sucks. I just spent 100.00 bucks in credits. The credits are super expensive, and the games are so freaking tight it's got zero fun factor. I never bet more than 450,000, pretty much stuck to 180000 credits and never... I mean NEVER got a single bonus round on any game I played. My 100.00 dollars in credits were gone in 20 minutes. This is exactly why i avoid their games in the Casinos. American greed at its worst. This was downloaded for some entertainment. Their is none.

I tried to make contact via email so there was no need to "delete" the 5 stars but unfortunately no customer service. Consistent issue with reels lining up but no payout, less than your bet payouts unless you are able to bet really higheted. I get a bonus finish the spins see a payout amount and the game freezes. Go back in to the game and it says recover bonus and even though it was completed the bonus round starts over and my new payout is always far less than it originally showed. Shady

Just started this game. Every time I hit a bonus round it freezes up. Very annoyed 😡 I read one other complaint where it was answered that WE have to contact someone else to take care of the problem. We told you , YOU pass it on !!! God, how hard is it ? Okay someone emailed me said they would look at the problem. Worked great until I bet high and got a bonus round...froze up again! 😖

I like this app but there are a couple of things that could be improved. First, more new games, more often. I will go months not playing and when I do come back, it's the same old slots. Secondly, I reached max bet a long time ago but it seems like it should be higher. Billion dollar bets would be cool. It just seems a little boring I guess after playing for years. Update 9/13/22: A day after I posted my initial review, I played and lost everything. over 50B 🤔😐

********Horrible customer service!! Their app froze before what would have been a very high winning spin. I sent 3 screenshots to prove as I've learned to do from other apps that have had issues. After several emails due the their own confusion & lack of knowledge as to how their "contact us" is SUPPOSED to work (another glitch) they gave me 2x my bet. I would have won WAY more than that had their app worked correctly. I guess I should have read ALL reviews as it sounds like a recurring theme.

I wish I could give zero or negative stars, because this game deserves it! Hey, the graphics are spot on to the casino games. But, i spent more time downloading or trying to navigate between lobbies than game play. Onto the payouts. Yes I won some spins, I even got 1 bonus round. Now in the real games, if you got all of the same items/numbers across, even the lowest paying characters you earmed your bet back... This game however, no matter what you line up, you get about 1/3 to 1/2 your bet back

It's... Ok. The way the bonus system works is a bit funky. It goes bronze, silver, gold and then daily bonus. I think there may be one other too... You can collect the bronze bonus every 15 min and it goes up from there with gold being every 8 hours, I think. Kind of annoying, but also kinda cool... if I'm playing I can get that lil extra more often. But it's a lil' bonus amount, so you use it all in like one spin. Booooo!And I seem to ALWAYS run out of coins in this game. The Struggle is real.

Boosts are a joke...15 minutes long yet it took 12 minutes trying to collect bonuses and waiting for slots that would not load! Had to restart, and same thing...different slot would not load...restarted again , and finally got one started (not the one I wanted) and ... Less than 3 minutes later, times up on boost! Keep this up and I will uninstall faster than other slot games!

I ve been playing and logging in every day for around 272 days straight and now all of a sudden it won't open. It acts like it's going to open but then just goes back to my home screen on my phone. Wednesday a message came up snd said the app has a bug. Surely you guts are aware of the problem by now. Please fix it so that we can play it again. The app has had issues/ glitches but atleast we were able to log in and play.

I changed my rating of this app because it keeps freezing, mostly during bonus games, but especially when the bonus has retriggered. I have to restart the game, it goes into bonus recovery, but it does not go back to the original bonus game I had before I had to restart the game, it starts w new bonus game and I end up losing all the points I had previously won. I have literally lost millions of points because of it freezing. Things have gotten a little better, but not by much.

You have to spin way too many times to ever get a bonus. Then usually the bonus only covers 2 or 3 spins credit wise. In other words, you go through a million credits to win 250000 credits. Takes the fun out of it. Some games I have played over a 1000 spins, and still haven't gotten a big win or a bonus round. A year later and still the same. Most "wins" don't even cover half the cost of the spin. Part of the fun is large wins, which takes way too many spins to get. Looking for other games.

They have all my favorite slots. Lose lose most the time. Been saving with the little coins they give away and being able to enjoy a game 5-10min. I had a couple billions(rare big win) before I logged off log trying to save it for my next play time. Log back in the next day and had a little over 300k. I was confused but after reading the reviews I understand they cheat. I don't need to "contact" support as it's not worth buying coins and not worth the bother.

I was sent an email saying if the games freezes it is due to an old app, old phone, or too many apps running. None of those instances apply. It doesnt freeze at the lower bets it freezes at 22,500, 50,000 and 90,000. I was also told that if it freezes it is designed to take you back to the bonus, but that has not happened. it freezes, coin sound keeps going and then the screen will go black. I have to close the app and reopen, only to have lost the win. Unistalled...

I've never been more convinced that the win percentages are dramatically reduced when opting to purchase coins to play. I generally enjoyed playing this app before, so I decided to buy in at $50 and not one single bonus - I did; however, get two of the qualifying symbols 57 times. Truly one of the worst win percentages I've experienced in either real or online casinos. If you're going to play, I would highly encourage others to stick to the freeplay and not throw your money away.

Was only able to play for 10 minutes with initial free coins. This was a complete waste of time. All of your apps are super tight with a low chance to stick around and play for a while. It's a shame that you rig this so much. You can fix the algorithm, so to say it's all chance and random is bologna, especially when you experience the same issue in all of your apps. Just another money grab set up. Don't respond back.

Super cool. Awesome bonus system with free coins and neet little scratch off tickets. BTW the game doesn't freeze when hitting large payouts, it seems like it takes the time to show me everyway that l won. Just be patient and the game then continues as normal. The keys are cool too, allowing me to unlock different machines within the game. Anyway, thanks for the entertainment without having to leave the house!

So far this game has met all expectations. There are a lot of great side games and ways to get free coins to help build a bankroll, however it's to early to say for sure. Usually that's the way it goes with these types of games. Everything is great in the beginning, fun cool slots, great gameplay but later it turns and then you will get the ads to purchase coins. I have been playing for a couple weeks and so far it has been good. Rating 5 stars... We'll see what happens in the few week's.

One, I had only been playing it for about 5 minutes when the rate this game prompt appeared, and then it just got worse. But I would much rather play the Double Down Vegas slots instead. Better games and the bonus system is less complicated. Simply put, it's a lot more user friendly and I get plenty of free chips and spins from their Facebook page and game groups.

I love this site because of the many different games to choose from. Downside is I dont get very far in winnings and spend a lot of time building up free coins to play. I'm always losing, but expect that because I dont spend real $. It's frustrating to have to wait so long between playing and getting enough coins to be able to play. Dont understand why it takes me down to literally nothing when I get to significant markers (100 million). I can't do FB to build up faster. It sucks! Always a loser

I have logged in and played EVERY DAY for over 270 days in a row. Now the app won't open, tries, then just stops. This has been happening for a week now. My "play record" is important to me, so I won't uninstall and start over. The same situation happened last month, then it started working again, only to fail now. FIX THIS APP, PLEASE! Thank you.
