Update: App never managed to properly link with my credit cards. I had to manually upload every receipt to them, and they would take a week to ten days to credit my account. Finally I gave up when I reached the minimum cashback to be able to cash out of this time -sucking app that is supposed to be low maintenance and automatic at crediting purchases. They blame the credit card companies. Also once you get cashback at a store they quickly lower the cashback percentage to you, then eliminate it.

I have been using it for months. Had 1 issue. I had to send my cc information to them to confirm. Made me leery but they recieved and said Oops our issue. We will credit you. After numerous follow ups, the money never appeared. I have the same issue with the same merchant again. But not worth the aggravation to send report in. I subtracted 2 * for that. Otherwise- I like the app. I would recommend using the app but just consider it found money.

I am SO done w/this app there are so many better apps!! For starters have a cc not debit especially locally as it doesn't work w/anything you can't swipe or have to put a pin # for which is most debit cards anyway & most the time you do not even get dosh for going through their app & have to go through a very lengthy slow process through emailing them to try to submit receipts, times, dates for just a few nearly cents. It has literally taken me a year to even get to the $25 they require to even transfer $ to you. ETA to their response saying anyone can use it by running it as credit is false as if you have a chip you can't do that!

UPDATE: In the beginning it was good but they just didn't get the partners on board they needed to make it worthwhile. I uninstalled it and haven't used it for a while now. 2018: I am loving this app! I've made over $75, I don't have to scan a receipt or search for qualifying products. I love that new stores, both online and in my local area are being added!!

Usually the app credits you immediately after purchase, but if it doesn't you're SOL. The customer support is virtually nonexistent (expect to wait months for a reply). There is a 25$ minimum to withdraw, which takes forever to reach with low % cash back offers (took me well over a year). The number of in-person offers are slim and far between. I would suggest this app only if you shop at one of the stores multiple times per month, otherwise it's not worth the effort.

So, Dosh was great at first. Good & fast payouts but after about the first $100 they paid out, I've had $17 pending from a few different things for MONTHS in my wallet. It's almost like they are intentionally keeping my things pending so it doesn't reach the $25 threshold to transfer my balance to my PayPal. The deals were great at first too but then after the first few payouts the deals haven't been great. My husband was still able to access deals that I wasn't able to after so many payouts 😕

It took a while to reach the $25 minimum balance on this app. if your balance is less than 25 bucks you cannot transfer anything to your bank account. I use it for cash back on gas and the app has some good deals on sephora/forever 21 and pizza places. However when i finally reached over $25 they still only let you withdraw upto $20 at a time! So now instead of the $27 i was excited about i can only get $20 and have to wait more months until i reach a balance of $25 or more again!

Lacking in variety and consistency. Pro: can 'set it and forget it' just add your card info and shopping normally to earn cash back. Cons: not enough national retailers. In Miami Beach there were tons of local places & used Dosh to pick lunch spots while on vacation, at home, none. Also it's a pain to have to keep track of shopping trips to make sure they go through.Fewer errors this year compared to last year but still very frustrating, customer service is very slow to respond & research issue

Just didn't work! I downloaded it and signed up, which went fine, but then all I could get was a message that something went wrong and to please try again. I tried several times, with wifi on, wifi off, location on and off, uninstalled and reinstalled, logged out and logged back in, even restarted my phone (a galaxy S7). useless app, apparently. uninstalling for good.

once u can get everything established, it can be a great app. But the set-up is unclear & difficult to establish. Every time I attempted to link my bank I kept getting an error message. Once I finally gave up, I notice that my bank had been linked multiple times! It was cery frustrating trying to transfer money. Once it was finally transferredb it says I have to wait another 3-5 business days for the funds to be available! Very frustrating, but overall a good way to earn extra money

I shop at Sam's club all the time and had no issues. the only card I have linked is a credit card so it only runs as credit. now every transaction is not verified??? I opened a ticket and there is backlog. it seems like they're making a lot of changes and hopefully they can get it together. update: I love the app when it works. I tried to submit a proof of purchase via the app and it's so painful I gave up. I cannot attach the proof of purchase. I click the attachment option and it does nothing.

Great idea, poor execution. Finally decided to use this app after the unitial setup a couple of months ago. I had to readd my bank cards since they were both replaced. After linking my bank account credentials, I can't readd a second account. It says I have to reach the $25 before I can add an account for transfers when that's not what I'm trying to do. Very frustrating and not user friendly!

Very useful for retail and fast food deals. For the hotels however (their main "savings" focus) when you really look into it, it's not saving you any more money on hotels than any other hotel discount app. It seems like it with the cash back and "deals" but actually you have to pick one with a lot of cash back to get a real deal. Still one of the better saving apps

Decent cash back but I can't transfer it to my accounts. I've made sure I had enough to transfer, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, disconnecting and reconnecting my accounts, refreshing, etc. but keep getting error messages. Not terribly useful if I can't actually redeem the cash! Update: Customer service contacted me and was able to fix the issue with my account. They are very prompt in responding!

It's not working, I can log in but that is it. I cannot view my account, refer friends, or see anything at all. I have emailed support and they have done nothing. My husband has the same problem as well as some friends. ***Update issue is still present. I have updated the app, uninstalled and installed, phone's software is up to date and still nothing. ** Issue is still there after it's been months now.

I just registered so I haven't even used the app yet. This is for all those experiencing issues during registration. According to support, apparently using a custom keyboard is one if the things preventing registration, like the screen where you enter your phone number being blank. Support said to use the default keyboard that came with your phone if you're using a custom keyboard. When I switched back to the default keyboard, I was able to complete the registration process. Hope this helps.

I love Dosh! I've gotten so much cash back, without even thinking about it. Other rebate apps require you to submit receipts, but Dosh just links to your credit card(s) and automatically gives you cash back when you use those cards at qualifying stores. You can also shop online through their app for additional cash back opportunities. Update: Dosh has made it less easy to get cash back. Now I have to remember to click through the app before I place my grocery order for pickup.

Could never get enough back to cash out or the deals were never for places I went to so I never made it past $13. They took out maintenance fees two months in a row, without a heads up. I understand it happens a year after inactivity, but they take out $4.99 each time, which is a bit of a ridiculous amount seeing as their deals are for 5% cash back or less. Maybe the app it better for bigger cities and not rural areas (lots of deals offered for Uber eats/gopuff/etc)

*Edited review* I originally gave this app 5 stars, but soon after that the main companies I used and was earning money through stopped offering cash back. Very disappointed and I don't even use it anymore. Great app! I have earned $40 so far by just doing shopping I would have done anyways! I get paid instantly and it's pretty easy to get the minimum amount to be able to transfer to my bank. Easy to use and no problems so far!

Used this app mostly for getting hotel rooms when going out partying and being a responsible adult and not driving. It was nice to get cash back but now the hotels tab only shows my previous bookings and I cant book any more rooms. Not sure if it's not a feature of the app anymore or not but if it isn't then Dosh should probably remove that tab from it's UI. Guess I really have no use for the app anymore. It's going to take forever to be able to transfer out my balance now. Fix it or remove it.
