Been with business for 2 years really have never had a problem till now and my problem is that they are slow on refund procedure they use to give you a credit. Ordered groceries and was told 3 hours later that the store was closed and the money would be in my account in 3to5 days. If they would have thought not ordering fast food ordering groceries mans gotta eat but they inconvenienced me and did nothing to make up for it and didn't even give me the credit option so I could just reorder.

Customer service is a JOKE. The address I enter is delivered to a completely different location. Uber Eats can find us, UPS can find us, Grub Hub can find us, Google Maps has the right location if you put the address in. Tried at least 5 times to talk to someone to see if it can be corrected. All I get are people on the phone who can't understand the issue or emails recommending I go to the help page that has NOTHING to do with the isssue. I'm ready to delete this useless app.

App doesn't allow you to order meals or combos, only individual purchases causing you to spend more money, also out dated and slow to pick up new food items. Second review: app is poorly made. Random bugs that don't allow you to secudual delivery for the same day. Or bug that only allows you to schedule for tomorrow instead of diliver now.

EDIT: Finally uninstalling after getting push notifications for promo codes that NEVER work. This app is unintentionally malicious. As soon as you place an order your phone becomes pretty much unusable and only returns to normal after restarting. Your keyboard stops working and opening any app works only like half the time. Looking into it this problem has existed for YEARS and they have done nothing about it. I recommend using the desktop website instead. This is on the latest version.

I love Door dash because of the variety of stores and restaurants. However the fees and taxes are ridiculous, isn't the purpose of the dash pass to save. You have to spend money to save money.I don't particularly like having to buy unnecessary items to save. You can't even tip because of the fees and prices. Seems like the taxes get higher when you try an lessen your purchase to the minimum fee to keep from going over.

I used to use door dash alot. This will be the last time and here's why. Not because of customer service or delivery drivers. But because whatever gps system their using is just terrible. It sends them in giant circles on the freeway around my house. I live right next to an exit idk why it sends them to an exit multiple blocks away. This has repeatedly happen the last several times using Doordarsh. Update your map or something..its not user friendly with the map. It loads VERY slow.

Always missing items on my orders and end up loosing time and money. Sounds convenient at first but if your order is missing items and everything is overpriced, it doesn't really make much sense to keep using this app. For the most part, they don't offer refunds on items you're missing. You'll get the occasional 5 dollar credit thing... even if you're missing a 50 dollar item. This app is such a disappointment.

Here is my honest review. The app itself is glitchy at best. If you are in an area with poor reception, switching screens does not apply placeholders until the info is loaded so you may accidentally find yourself pressing a button that is invisible. The GPS and maps implementation leaves much to be desired. The floating widget doesn't allow you to message your customer. Oftentimes when you're already at the store the name comes up as "customer" making it difficult to complete your orders.

Just go to a different service. I'm out of $80 because I got a faulty item that doesn't work, and they won't even tell me how I could go about exchanging it, and denied any refund request. $80 isn't a small amount. On top of that, u will pay more money PER ITEM, then what the stores actually charge. Also, u will be snubbed when u don't receive items of some orders, even though it was the businesses fault for not sending all items in the order, but customer service will treat u bad for it.

When I try to place an order it just says "confirming order" forever and never places it. I've tried multiple stores to see if it was just an issue with a specific store. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Nothing is working and I'm ready to just give up on it. Update: finally got an order to go through on the actual website and was charged twice for the same order. Contacted 2 of their agents about both of these issues and both disconnected before helping.

I used to love door dash. But recently, they changed the tip options. All of a sudden, the lowest suggested tip, which is selected by default, is around a 35-40% tip! Their calculations were always a bit off, but this is ridiculous. And once it's entered, you can't update it.

Tried to sign up for Dashpass, got an error with no info. Provided screenshots to customer service chat agent and was told he was sending an email but got a standard, "delete the app and reinstall" (even though this is happening on the website AND the app) followed by the chat immediately being closed without any follow-up. Not worth the effort.

Every single time I use doordash I have problems. Either my promotions I received in my email don't work or I have missing items. Just recently I placed an order and was missing 90% of my items. Doordash reimbursed me with credit, the only option I was given. When I tried to place an order my credit automatically was used but when I went to checkout it kept saying payment failed. I contacted support which was a waste of time. Every instance with support ends similarly. I'm so tired of DoorDash.

70 percent of the time you will get your order with all the items you paid for. The other 30 its a toss up between missing items, wrong items, or just flat out not getting the food (as the driver will not double check the order or at the very least see that you got it). Alright app when it works, but you still have to pay the extra "service" fees regardless of it working.

Not a great app or company. Deceptive in the way they present Subscriptions, Fees, Tips and Taxes. The app can be confusing/nonfunctional at times when trying to select options. They are not upfront with what they are charging you. Instead of explaining what they're charging you and why, they try to "streamline" the presentation. This just means that you pay what they want you to pay (more) or you have to do some digging to figure out what's mandatory and what's not.

There really needs to be a feature to adjust your tip like Ubereats has. The number of hoops you have to jump through to get to customer service and get a few dollars adjusted because your order was left at wrong place is absurd. Also, idk why none of these delivery services have thought of this yet, but how great would it be if you could take a picture of your front door and put it in your profile so there is zero ambiguity about where to leave the order.

Not sure if it's the restaurants or the drivers but seem to frequently get partial orders with items missing. Some additional quality assurance needs to be added across the board to protect all involved. Hate to pay extra to get partial orders. Unfortunately because of the cost and issues. Trust for the app and service is at an all time low.

You need to make it possible to change the tip amount afterwards so the we can give a bigger tip for someone when they do a great job and lower the tip when they can't follow a map and take an extra 15 mins (delivering cold food) or they don't even think about getting out of their car. And STOP the pop-ups asking to turn on location in order to use the app at times when it's not needed. I canceled DashPass over this. I don't want other apps using location.

I've been a customer and a dashpass member for several years and lately my orders have had several issues in regards to quality, missing items, wrong delivery areas, incorrect/ poor quality items, etc. And to top it all off, support has been at times hard to access at all. My last 4 orders had several issues, with the 4th possibly being the worst, and I was completely denied any refund with little to no explanation. Although I have been helped before, I can't recommend this app anymore at all

NOT RECOMMEND!! The doordash prices are more than in store retail. I compared all the prices at my local stores along side doordash. They are appalling. I can pay in store 2$ less than what I can find on the app. Way over priced even with the dash pass. 99$ for a yearly pass just to pay top dollar for cheap products that aren't worth it. Paying up to certain amounts for free shipping when I get it cheapest when in store. One was $9, for in store, now costs 12$ on the app.
