They keep rejecting my business. It requires an EIN and you can't use an SSN. I tried sending a request for help, but didn't get an answer. I tried requesting help again today and asked my account be deleted if I can't get it setup, just got an error code. This really isn't designed for small businesses.

Great when it actually works. The frequent "message" "please provide user credentials" error is frequent though, and makes it unusable.

The updated layout is terrible. We no longer can easily check out current, daily sales. You can only view the past week. Bring back the ability to see the total current daily sales!

One of the best customer service in their field. Quick, easy to use, business focused and always available to help your restaurant. Given that I use other delivery apps too but no one can meet the high standards delivered time and again by doordash. Thank you for being a big support in this competitive world

Had this app for over a year. It just started not responding at all today. Cleared cache. Forced stopped it. Uninstall and reinstall. App opens up just doesn't respond to any touch on any part of the screen.

Unable to open app Loading screen shows "pretty print" check box and asks for credentials, but nowhere to include them. Was working fine until about a week ago

Using my android phone to update but the app just stuck on the white screen with the logo. I Uninstalled and reinstall and nothing works. Also, when I updated the menus on the given tablet, customers still able to choose sold out items. So frustrating!

Doordash is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. 38 calls, 12 e-mails, 1 week of service being down, and no one can help. I keep getting sent in circles because apparently it's impossible for their support team to get a hold of anyone who can help. They just send you an e-mail saying they'll reach out, and then never do. If you're a business, beware, this company is the worst i've ever dealt with.

Please revert back to the old app layout. This new one is horrible as it hides key features. Need to change/update your hours? Idk where that is anymore because it isn't clear. Need to pause your store and you're away from the tablet? You can't! As a business owner I do not care about Blogs or reviewing order times/waits, but according to DoorDash these are the most important things in my life. Please just give me a clear concise run down of my store's operations.

worst when it gomes yo payment. I had been following up with Doordash for 2 months to clear my payments. They verified everything looks good from my end and assured they will pay my dues this week, which is over AUD 2000, accumulated in the last 3 months, but they failed again. So far, I had to raise 3 cases, out of which they closed 2 without resolution. They want to open another case to address last case. I have stopped taking further orders from Doordash platform. Keep away.

The app provides a brief yet simple overview of some basic aspects of your business on DoorDash which is all well and good however I think a useful if not essential feature to have would be having default notifications i.e. updates with sales, promotion opportunities, reviews and even incoming orders (since the orders app needs some serious work). I find it kinda strange how this isn't a thing already

The app mostly works, but I often experience bugs where I try to edit an item, but I'm unable to back out of that item to the rest of the menu afterwards. Additionally, I regularly receive 6+ copies of the same notification.

As a restaurant on the doordash platform their customer service is horrible. Ive had my restaurant on the doordash platform for 9 years as a tax paying business owner and they removed my restaurant for NO REASON and don't have an explanation. Their management is unreachable and they have a fake location on 2nd street in San Francisco that no one occupies. They don't respond to emails nor phone calls. They refer you to their MXP department that is also non responsive. Uber and grubhub

At first I was upset about the new update. And customer service is always the Most fluent in understanding and help. However I discovered that if you uninstall the app and reinstall , my daily sales and menu options come back. I had to go down and hit the update menu photos option, but after that everything returned as normal Hope this helps someone else upset and struggling right now.

BE Very Careful when checking Payouts, customers can dispute a charge for absurd reasons, Example: They disputed an order that was supposed to come with 2 quesadillas arguing it came with 3 per order, we even had the quantity that was being served in our menu and pictures (2). Customers got 15 bucks refunded per order, and they didn't even sent us a notification about this "error" when Payouts came we noticed this BS and couldn't solve because 10 days have passed. BEWARE.

New issue, we have been waiting longer and longer to get our deposits, some days the deposits aren't even coming and we opted for the daily payouts, don't know what the issue has been but we tried to email customer support and the message was returned with an error message saying the recipient doesn't exist 🧐what is going on here?

You would think them taking 30% would give us a better app that doesn't crash all the dam time. I've been trying to load it for the pass hour. But yet orders are still coming in. How do u expect me to adjust what I have and don't have and pick up times. The app never works!

New issue: I have 3 DD Business accounts. This app will not allow me to sign out of the one I am current signed in to. I have tried logging out. I have uninstalled the app. I have uninstalled, restarted the phone and reinstalled. I speculate that it is matching my cell phone number with only 1 of my 3 business accounts? Either way, it is assuming it knows who I am and is not giving me the log in box so I can tell it I am also known as someone else. And the Support phone people are no help.

So far, I have not been able to use this app. Since I downloaded it, it has been stuck on "please provide user credntials" screen (css page maybe?) I've uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but nothing changes. Has anyone experienced this? What's the fix?

Update is trash. I can no longer see when I get error charges without clicking each order to check, which was the only thing I really used the app for . I did not need all the information that is online in the app that just makes it cluttered. I can't even refresh the page to get updated information. I have to completely close out the app and reopen it for it to refresh.
