It would be okay, if not for all of the ads. Make two reactions? Get an ad. Make a few more? Another ad. And then it seems to stop you from playing and force you to watch 30s ads or 'buy' a reaction using the in game currency "mana". Which means if you want to save it up for when you need it, you can't. I used to really love this game, both the original online one and even when it first came to the mobile market. Back then it wasn't nearly as ad-filled. I'm really disappointed.

I downloaded this game because I played the original when I was younger. After being interrupted by too may ads I decided to pay to remove them since I thought I was going to sink a lot of time into it (I've never spent money on an app before). I then found out they limit you with a counter that, when it reaches 0, locks you from making new elements. The fastest way to fill the counter without paying extra is by watching ads. The only thing I wanted to avoid. I feel cheated I'm so disappointed.

The game is nice, simple but fun, with witty quotes and pleasant graphics. Sometimes the combinations make little sense, other times ones that would make sense don't work. But my real problem with Doodle God is how it handles ads. Bottom bar popping up to cover a button? Check. Random unskippable ads when you just clicked something? Yes. Shamelessly hiding links to other games in store to look like part of the game? Sure. I understand ads are necessary, but please make them less invasive.

Ok, so I loved this game growing up. It was amazing on the old sites and I could spend literally hours mixing together elements and seeing what I could. But now, the entire app is just ads. No matter what you do, there is an ad and it just kills the fun experience. And now, as I broke teen having to pay 7k for my diploma, I don't have the money to spare to get rid of the ads. And the divine recharge is way too long.

Not for the inpatient. Within the first 10 minutes I was able to use up my free "energy" and had to wait for it to recharge or have the option to buy some energy pack that would let me play right away. The first 10 minutes, really? It's clear the artificial barriers don't add to the gameplay just a way for the devs to get whales to pay to go far. Sure they need to be paid for their work but that's what the ads are for and they would make more off of ads if they kept people playing for longer smh

The game runs on points - each one taking an hour to recharge- in order to create new elements. You only have 10 at a time, and then you have to wait a huge amount of time till you can make more - unless, of course, you give into the game's in app purchases! Played this game many years ago when it didn't revolve around an in-game buying system - it was much better then.

As many other reviews have stated... holy moley there are a metric TON of ads... mix 2 elements that aren't a combination, AD. Mix 2 elements that are a combination, AD. WAIT TOO LONG THINKING ABOUT A COMBO, AD! Some of the ads cannot even be exited, you actually need to close the game to close the AD. (9 out of 10... would not play again... or recommend)

It's unfortunate because this is a great game, but the ads are just unrelenting. For me, it got to the point where I would get through maybe 7 seconds of gameplay before 25 seconds of unskipable ads. If you're looking to play this game for free, this is not the version to go with - the amount of playtime isn't worth the amount of ad watching

The game would be great to play if i could ever actually make any progress! The ads arr so intrusive that you actually HAVE TO pay to remove them, which is idiotic. And then yhe damn music system pissed me off so bad that it was what made me decide to delete the game. It starts off with cute music, then i saw there might be options for other music, i was curious to see what else there might be, so i tapped it and suddenly it's like a radio station with ads playing and you can't get rid of it!

Bad app. Too many ads. Wasn't much fun. Only played for nostalgia. Not worth the time. You're better off playing it on the computer. It's either pay, or sit through a ton of ads. I would never recommend it to a friend. Watching ads for more reactions, sure, but make them shorter and get rid of the random pop up ads

Great game only reason it's 4 stars is the energy system so you can't sit down and play without having to watch ads all the time to refill. ( Energy refills every 3 minutes but only 1 at a time not all of it. so you have to wait 30 minutes for it to refill completely. ) But other then that cool concept and good time waster.

Got nustolgic for this game because it was a lot of fun. So I look it up and then saw the reviews and I thought "that can't be right this games amazing". So I looked at the reviews and it was people complaining about the all the adds and micro transactions. That's when I knew I had to try it out. I was in the game for less than a minute mixed maybe 4 elements and then an ad and the stupid 10 elements an hour is stupid to. What a shame.

A wonderful classic game! But a terrible app. Just play this on your computer instead, this is awful. You can only do a few reactions, the ads are constantly crashing the game, and it asks for permission to make calls and know my location for some reason. What a sorry excuse for a port of a wonderful, free game.

Good Lord, QUIT WITH THE ADS. You can't even get into the game because of how many ads there are. Its distracting and you lose your place in combing the elements when the 30 second long ads show up, which by the way, you cannot exit out of until the time is up The concept is fun and exciting but don't waste your time. I won't be bullied into buying the game because of the unbearable amount of ads, instead I will be deleting it.

Classic game, unbearable ads. I was thinking about this game recently and decided to replay it. I beat it back in the day on my iPod touch and was feeling nostalgic. The game gets annoying quickly because you get about 1 ad a minute. I can't stand it. I understand there's a paid version without ads and they have to make a profit somehow, but this is ridiculous.

Essence of Greed. We all understand that ads keep the games free, but if they're not properly balanced (just annoying enough to make the consumer pay to get rid of them), then you lose a great deal of potential customers. That, along with the 10 tries limitation, makes for an unbearable experience. As it stands, you've lost another customer.

Great game . people complain about ads. but its a free game and of course ads are needed to be able to update and fix bugs . This is one of my favorite games. yes it does take a bit of time for the divine to recharge and i feel like maybe the payout for the new elements could be a bit higher. however overall this is a very fun, addictive, unique and amazing game. i love it! keep up the good work!

The beauty of this game used to be its simplicity and the feeling you got when creating new elements. Now it is all cluttered and the animations when you create elements take way too long and take you back to the home screen instead of staying there to create more elements quick. It slows down my phone so much too!

I used to LOVE this game. I went back to find it, and I find this awful experience. I agree also with what others have said about not being able to play 10 minutes without having to buy something to play more. Again, like others have said, the whole game is cluttered compared to previous, and the animations are slow. I gave this game a one star because of those few reasons, which are enough to completely ruin my experience. Not to mention the app asking for all kinds of unnecessary permissions.

I THINK I might be able to get into this game, but I can not accurately say due to the overwhelming amount of ads. I understand and even appreciate, to a point, that to play most games free, there's going to be ads. But this is a bit ridiculous. I can barely create an element and before I can even find out what it is, ad. Tap on one element to pair, before I even pick the other one, ad. I sneezed, ad. I believe you can see where this is going. I'd love to adjust my score if y'all could fix it.
