Still poor. They removed being able to double toppings on an order, the medium gluten free pizza is gone (now a small, but same price). The emailed ads/specials are irritating; you can't use the email to get to the app to use the special. It's a pain to find the right coupons and the app is inconsistent on behavior from selecting coupons first or item then coupon.... I've had to enter all the order again before. Less buggy then their web site, so I gave it 1 star... really it's a < 1.

Love the Domino's App but 1 problem...I can't just look at the menu without having to start an order. If I'm wrong and you can just browse the menu then the menu should be way easier to find. Never had an issue with ordering or timing of order but today I just wanted to browse the menu and find out about the new New York Style pizza and couldn’t.

I've been using the app for a few months now. It's easy to use, find the store that I need, order for pickup or delivery, find coupons, etc. Only thing is I could do without all the up-selling at every turn. 🙄 Cheese it up? (Extra charge) Suggested for you (add to your coupon, at an extra charge!) Add a drink (Extra charge) I can find those items easy enough without all your suggestions which are frankly nothing but annoying!!

overall good, not use to the app yet so couldn't see how to remove an ingredient from a specialty pizza like onions. Getting better with using the app but I get the feeling that the Domino's employees would be able to zip through the app much faster than me. This time I couldn't see how to customize the tip. After using the app for a while I am getting better at ordering food fast.

Generally great design for app that allows you to track progress towards delivery & customize your orders pretty well. It would be better if it included the price or price range for each item where you first select them instead of having to drill down (ex., show the price for each additional topping on the line where you chose them & a price range for sodas where you first select soda.) Also, show additional cost or % for taxes & delivery charges at the beginning.

It's simple but also complex. Wish you could write a little note when your ordering. But for the most part it's better than McDonald's or burger king apps. So keep doing whatever it is. Okay so this is the easiest app and fat more rewarding when you build up pointa quite easily. I will be a lifetime users of Domino's app for sure. Especially corporate loop in LACEY, WA. There by far have turned me into feeling like I'm part of the family. Plus your menu gives me gives me options that are banger.

I have been using the app for seven years and it is a good app. However, it seems that whenever you order from the app, you miss the discounts that are on the website, thus you wind up paying more for the same order than you would have had the discounted items been available from the app. Somehow this needs to be corrected. In addition, there are selections available from the website (such as gluten-free crusts) that are not available from the app.

I'm tired of building an order with Domino's and seeing all the upcharges when I get to my cart. Even when I use a coupon (which is pretty much always) even if I order a simple pepperoni hand tossed, the price is typically more than the advertisement. Can you guys just list the upcharge next to the items so there aren't any surprises? It would make ordering a whe lot faster I stead of us having to go back and fiddle with our order to figure out where the upcharges were added.

I mean, how can you beat these prices 🎉🔥. App took me a little to understand it but that's mostly because there is a lot going on with the vast choices you have and the vast discounts you can choose from. But overall... app good, food amazing, discounts out of this world, and the Domino's locations near me are always clean and the uniforms that everyone wear look great and aren't run down or nasty.

I wouldn't be opposed to a newer looking interface while using the app. It would be cool if this was the 1st pizza app to let customers have a visually of what they are about to order but have a feature that allows limited control of placement of items to draw custom shapes. OR have text box to do simple things like spell words like love, people's initials etc.

Just downloaded it, we'll see if it's worth having. It didn't give me any incentives when downloading the app instead of ordering online, but we'll see if it's easier to navi and use, and get rewards. Update very useful, order atleast once a week. Love their pizza. I'm pretty sure they have our order down to a T in my location when it comes in. Even living in apartment complex in the city area delivery is mostly great! Hardly any issues, if so they'll replace it or make it right!

Seems good, so far. Pretty intuitive. Pretty easy to use. Its not intuitive to use emailed specials on the app. It makes it difficult. Update 2/13/24: Dominos has become much cheaper with their rewards, unfortunately. The process you have to go through to get the rewards is not user friendly and a hassle. Makes one wonder if its all worth it.

Horrible experience, I kept getting stuck in an infinite loop to nowhere when trying to use PayPal or saved card on file. I finally had to choose pay in store which I hate doing because you have to walk through the driveway where cars are constantly coming through to reach the front of the building because the back door is only for employees. Simply it is not safe and I was unable to use the curbside delivery option.

Would be great but so much spam suggestions, feels like every tap is another pop up asking if you want to buy more stuff, extremely obnoxious. Additional suggestion: Cart should be saved to the account like Amazon. Having the items in my cart deleted is really annoying when I'm trying to order twenty minutes later so I'm not waiting or having cold pizza. Scheduling order or manually saving orders every time is inconvenient. Also it would cross between pc and mobile, which would be a nice bonus

It's definitely easier to order! You can surf through all the different specials without feeling rushed, and put your order in when you're ready! I've used other apps, yet this one has become my go-to for ease of use, very friendly staff, and a fresh and high-quality product every time! I wasn't even a Domino's patron before trying the app, and now it's the only pizza I'll get delivered!!!

This App is mostly easy to use, but it tends to time out when trying to place an order. So sometimes you have to place it multiple times for it to actually go though. Also they've raised their prices ALOT, the 5.99 deal is now 6.99 AND no longer counts most things, so now there's an extra charge for each topping and if you want a different crust (pan, newyork, crunchy thin) those cost more too. So the deal doesn't actually exist. But their pizza is still yummy and fast.

Generally easy to navigate, prefer to most similar apps. However, the reward system doesn't work. It won't let you redeem points at the beginning, in the middle, or at payment." offers are still baking!", which is cutesy and condescending. Fix the bloody thing! EDIT: They fixed it! PayPal works, so do the rewards. I dislike pop-up "recommendations", so 4 stars instead of 5.

Overall, aside from a few login issues in the past that have been resolved in recent app updates, I'm pleased with the app, the availability of deals & coupons & the quality of pizza is decent. The app interface is easy enough to navigate & payment gateway seems secure. Not had any issues there. Overall 5 stars for having little to no issues in the past year and half. For reference, we order pizza using the app at least once a month.

We use this app so often, and it is easy and convenient but it also tracks the order from the moment it gets sent to the store. I can receive alerts when it's 2 mins away so I don't have to listen for the door...and it saves my usual order for ease. It's the best! Lots of deals, coupons, and a point system let's u get free stuff as well. Save up those points to get a free pie! 🙌

Great deals and overall good usability. I wish navigation had a search bar and was a little more intuitive. Edit: after a few months of use, I have one last nonessential critique which is that the graphic design is definitely a step down from the McDonalds, Starbucks, or Wendy's apps. Nothing wrong functionally, just very plain and boring. I don't like exploring the options as much as I do other brands.
