I loved this app, it was always so easy to see the weekly sales ad and coupons were a breeze to clip. Now everytime I try to access the coupons it gives me an "error, try again later" message that has been showing up for the last 3 weeks. Most of the items I regularly buy have coupons that I can't access, so I have to shop elsewhere. Fix it, you're losing business!

I think the prices could be more manageable with a $5.00 coupon to be used any day of the week. Also, offer a coupon where you buy less for the digital coupon (such as candy items, (etc.). I would like to mention you owe me a few dollars for digital coupons not redeemed properly. I thought I tried to check out the sales item separately; but it might have been with the $5.00 digital coupon used; and then it didn't work.

Unnecessarily difficult. Trying to use the app is a pain. Usually I need to connect to it in the store to see the deals I might want but then in the majority of stores can't even get good data connection. You also have to be able to select the items you want to save on and then do something else. I can't even remember. Then if you do everything right you have to punch in your phone number at the register. Unnecessarily Difficult. It should be more like a 7 eleven card or food lion MVP card.

I use this app everyday to coupon. It is absolutely horrible the way it makes me filter and sort every time I return to the deals page from selecting an item to go with my coupon. Crashes in store while trying to scan even though I am on the customer wifi. Why there is a list and a cart is beyond me. Item should be put on list then added to the cart from there. You would think at the rate they build stores they could build a better app by now.

The Digital Coupons are great! I am able to afford some brands like Tide, I would normally not pay for at full price. No guilt with the digital coupons! The variety of items included in these are vast. This digital program/app truly benefits my wallet. I can choose what I prefer & afford it. The only problem I see is Laurel Lake location has stocking carts EVERYWHERE in the store. I have to use multiple aisles to get to my needed item. Navigation is tricky & store not ever stocked properly.

Awful, I have been using this off and on for more than a year. They must pay the developers a bonus for making each version less user-friendly. Logs me out and then wants to verify me. Then it doesn't send the verification text. When you are lucky enough to get in, it often loads very slowly or not at all. Forget trying to use it in the store. Navigation is cumbersome. DG needs to throw this app in the trash heap and start over.

I absolutely love saving money! I would've rated this app at 5 stars however, there have been several times I've saved a coupon but it doesn't get deducted from my purchase. This has been an issue since I downloaded the app. most stores will give me the money back, but it's an inconvenience to those in line behind me and also defeats the purpose of taking the time to clip the coupons.

Good Idea, Failed Execution The ability to search for and add coupons and cash back to an app / program tied to your phone number is easy, convenient, and nowadays fairly standard. DG makes it easy to do that in their app. What it *cannot* do, apparently, is actually retrieve that information and honor the coupons and cash back at the store. The manager and I even went through every item that was supposed to be discounted, and she agreed that they were all legit. It just doesn't work.

I was able to use the app for a couple of years but had to uninstall because all of a sudden I'm getting an error message that says,"oops, something went wrong try again layer". I've tried accessing the website and get an error message about it being insafe so i cant access that either. I'll just start shopping at CVS,Walgreens, Walmart or Family Dollar ...all run similar ads and offer coupons as well so no biggie. DG was convenient but there are others so it's all good.

It is a difficult app to use. It can't switch from in-store shopping without having to go through a couple of steps. it's hard to shop at home to make a list because my store doesn't allow pick up, so it shows the stuff is added to my list but all the totals are zero so I can't get a total. I go to check out it doesn't always load the coupons in the register when I put my phone number

Easy & saves a lot. My only issue is sometimes items won't ring up the same price as on the app. & employees won't always change it to match. Also, different prices & deals for each store. Even in the same town. So you have to change the app store location to know what deals you get. When everything is what it says, runs smoothly, then it's a great way to save.

HELP PLEASE!!!! I have tried everything I know and I am about to stop using the app and the the DG retail chain ALTOGETHER!!! My DG App is not working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I've tried logging out and logging back in. I can't search anything on the app, the coupons will not show. When I try to view available coupons, it says error try again. It has been doing this for at least a month. I am so frustrated with this app if something doesn't get fixed I am finished with DG for good!

Overall, it's a great app full of amazing savings! The only problem I've had with it is that sometimes your coupons will not work right away. If you try to check out and the coupons don't show up yet, just ask someone to remove those items for you, wait about half an hour, and try again. It should work just fine at that point. I think sometimes it takes their system a little bit to catch up on the coupons that you save to your wallet. Other than that, I've never had any problems with it.

I have been trying to create an account for a week , make it it to acknowledging the privacy policy and continously receive the error "we are sorry but something unexpected happened. Please try again." .. I have already uninstalled and reinstalled, used several emails, and tried different passwords. I sent an email to customer support.. no response.

HIGHLY recommend this app. Clip all coupons before going so you don't miss out on any deals.. "Cash back" is money credited to your dollar general app wallet not actually cash back. SN: Found that you can't combine coupon deals, their system gives you the better of the 2. example: Spend $25 on Saturdays and get $5 off & spend $30 in gain and get $4.00 off... you're not getting $9 off, you'll only get the $5. But if you can do multiple transactions. 😉 Just sharing personal experience...

I would love to say that experience with this app has been nothing but flowers and butterflies but unfortunately nothing ever works on it and the scanner is the main thing . Everytime I try to scan something or enter in barcode I'm stuck with a Try Again Later were sorry a unexpected error occurred while trying to process your request. And it never fails it is so annoying and irritating I've gone as far as emailing customer service and directions didn't work . So again back to square one.

Great app over all. The issues I have are that weekly ads do not always open. I get constant errors, especially on Saturdays. Dollar General needs to do a better job on the inventory. Numerous times, I go in because the app says there are plenty in stock only to go in and find the shelf empty, or the associate says they have been out for days. The scanning feature takes a while to activate and doesn't always scan the item, or if it does, it says no product found.
