The app have a good ui and simple to use. As a seller i think shipping costs are good when its compared to normal shipping companies in Turkey. But even i love the app i think fees are a bit much. But the app is excellent except this.

Not a help request. A bug report : When I try to upload a product photo, by default the app goes to whatsapp images folder. Then, I change the directory to camera folder but the photos don't change.

Dolap is bae 👌.. The app itself could be better quality in terms of when you leave the app briefly and return, i wish you could find the page that you left. Also copy and paste is not available. Otw the gist of shopping there is perfection. Thanks. By

I like using Dolap, sold and bought many items over the last few years. As always people, check reviews of seller, ask for more details of product you are buying and you won't get scammed. At the moment I have issue with notifications not coming and need to check each individual item to see if someone replied to my comment, so hope that will be fixed soon.

Commission rates and shipment prices keep increasing everyday and they force the sellers to cover the shipment prices for orders above 250₺. Greedy app but it's one of the only ways to get rid of unused items. They are abusing their users because they know alternatives are weak compared to this app. Edit: They replied saying they don't get anything from the shipment costs. No reply to their abysmal commission rates or why they force the sellers to cover the shipment costs though :)

You need to have an English version. There are over 10 million non Turkish speakers. It's no longer the 70's. Wake up! Also, sellers on this app are complete ignorant. They sell their used items with higher prices than new ones sold on hepsiburada anf trendyol. Before making a purchase on Dolap, make sure to search the prices for new ones. You will be surprised

Total failure! I am expected to pay 3 times for the cargo! Moreover if I don't, I will end up with a 450 TL item! Ok then.. Wrong item was delivered (a bicycle accessory instead of the towel I ordered!) Dolap commands me to pay for the return cargo (for this heavy equipment); not only that, if I don't send the item back I will end up with this accessory, which costs much less than the item I ordered!! Looks like I will have to visit Tüketici Derneği against Dolap's irrational demand tomorrow.

Berbat. Zebramo daha iyi. It is awful. I think their return process is alienating. There is no communication. There is no way to respond. Just a decision is made and that is it, your money is gone. and what if there was other information was available? It doesn't matter. I feel wronged by this system. I think that my situation was more complicated, and I had more information to give. If you talk to the customer service, they can't change anything or help... Zebramo is much better.

I had previously rated this app highly, but they close my account becouse i had 2 accounts, one of them was active and one inactive, and i never do a thing that illegal, but they close both of them, i try to fix this problem and i sent more than 20 email to them, but no one gave me an answer, I complain about the support of this site, they could easily check the history of both my accounts and block both of them if I did something illegal, but they did not👎

I would give this app 5 stars if I could scroll through my favorites from newest to oldest without seing the newest repeated frequently. I feel like I can never come to the end of my favorite list! It is annoying and stupid. I don't need you to show me the same items over and over when I already made them a favorite.

Extremely high commision rates and shipment costs!!! Before the App. was purchased by Trendyol it was much more user-friendly. There was a purpose if selling stuff here. Now, they only cut a huge lump of your earnings. Extremely diaappointed as a long-term user and thinking if switching platforms.

Please do not use this App! its awful!! I previously sold a designer handbag in great condition it was returned back in pieces and Dolap did not do anything and even made me pay for the return courier. They have also lost many of my parcels and the courier companies insurance only pays up very small amount of your loss!! I recommend Gardrop at least theres no commissions etc

A great idea for a marketplace Not having an English version makes it not useful for many I would have given it 5 stars if it had an option to switch to English

Sometimes I can't see the things I marked as favourite for sure. Also, the favourites section should have some filters and listing sections so that we could find the items desired more easily. I have like 2000 items favourited, and I won't find anything if I wanted to purchase one of the items. But overall, the app is not bad at all.

Have been using it for years with a few issues until recently I discovered that they archive old & unedited items. When you try to re activate them it takes FOREVER! Reloading back to the top of the page after each re-listing. Archived items are right at the bottom of the page. No filter option. EDIT Glad that they have finally fixed this issue.

I sold products through the Dolap application,relying on the Trendyol express home delivery feature,but this feature has not been working for a long time,they do not say anything clearly,they force me to go to the cargo branch with bags,I am a working person,I do not have such time.On top of that,they deduct 30% seller points because the shipping is late.The reason is your deficiency,why is my score deducted?And if you want to change the selected date, you have to select the cargo company again!
