The main reason I install this is for Aliexpress payment, but doesn't work. When transfer to a Virtual Account, sometime this app says the transfer failed, but my account balance decreased nonetheless. Today I can't even login, reset password feature doesn't work. This app even doesn't deserve 1 star rating.

worst wallet app I ever used. transfering money from another bank is terrible, there is something called virtual account which makes money transfer easy you guys must learn that. after managed topup balance, I tried to use it and asked me for pin where the app never ask you to create pin before. so annoying, terrible. I will never use it again. I suggest checking gopay service.

Never used the app but did contact the Cs. Closed my ticket without replying. Great job. Edit: they finally replied with an actually useful info. Have yet to try the solution but I believe the error isn't by them. Still can improve on the email response time and not accidentally resolving the ticket without a proper reply though

I had a cancelled transaction on AliExpress. Then AliExpress refunded my money through DOKU. So I installed DOKU. But the money isn't there. I have sent email several times to DOKU, no response. After months, at last I got my money on my account. But I can't withdraw it. It said I need to complete my Profile. So I did it. 2 times it was declined. I can't update my phone number or create PIN. I also can't use it for any transaction. PLEASE GIVE MY MONEY BACK!

Bugs? I've been trying to make a new PIN and it said will send me an OTP via SMS or Missed call, but none are working properly, always hanging me with a long waiting... Also It asked me to fill my profile info, and asked me to took a picture of my ID card, but after I took a picture of my ID, it freeze and do nothing.. if I back, it's not uploaded.. the uploading progress are fine with the other picture (picture myself while holding ID), only ID pict has problem. But still cannot Submit

I don't know what is wrong with this app, I can't log in and everytime I want to make new password the link from the email won't work. I thought several months ago when I first tried there was something to do with bad connection or maintenance server. But this time again? Idk. Thanks to it, the shop can't refund my money because I can't even log in.

Only use this because its the only way to pay aliexpress, other than that very rubbish app and system. Everything have to do manually, payment succesful and my balance is cut in the app while in aliexpress still no payment, even their simple topup with bank transfer ( no virtual account smh?) full with problem.

If it is possible to give minus star, i will give minus 10. Useless, waste time. I just newly installed, register, then top up, but suddenly account wes locked., no explanation, and hell cant contact CS. Unlock process just stuck, do nothing ==== Add info., after contact CS on twitter, directed to whatsapp dm, but no point of good at all. cs said information i gave missleaded. Really a useless digital bank

what the hell with this app, scamming app. it is not supported all providers to receive the OTP. I tried hard to get new number that is supported, but when i tried to change, it's always said wrong security code but i insert correctly so many times. The support is useless, the app is rubbish, and the management is dumb to let this app go public. Whatever, u can just take my money inside even though it is not much. I am pretty sure they will reply to contact the support team again.

I don't know what's up with those reviews, but you really need to see and try it out yourself. I've been using it exclusively for trading purpose and it has been, so far, buttery smooth in every transactions. No hassle and no bulls***. However, one that might be noticeable is the interface kind of a wuss for the first time, perhaps either from the lack of optimization update or just myself being finicky. Super fast, that's for sure, keep it up!

LOL useless apps, getting verification two times and all failed "Permintaan Anda untuk memaksimalkan Fitur Ditolak". Eventhough I have filled my data correctly. My photo has been clear & readable though but still rejected. Disgusting, maybe you can change the apps name/description from "E-WALLET" to "PINJAMAN ONLINE" bcs it's not "wallet" if it's not easy to use and required strict verification... well, I have to uninstall this.

Bad services. I topped up 2 credits for my phone, but only 1 purchase processed, the other one said processed and my DOKU wallet got charged, but no credit found. I sent them a complain through emails, but only responded by bots. It's been 3 days, and still no actual response from any customer service. Edit: they refunded my purchase after almost a week and 3 complains. They do listen to their customer, but still very slow response, and need to fix their bug/errors on their app.

Cannot be used for fast and easy transaction! I have to use this and after done the top up, then to do the transaction we're asked to put PIN numbers that I never asked to be made before making the account, and when I wanted to make a new PIN, the application keep turning off and restarting itself, disappointing, REFUND MY MONEY!

I recently changed my mobile phone and was asked to update my PIN from 4 digits to 6 digits. However, I think my keyboard may be faulty because the keypad display suddenly changed to a qwerty display. To make matters worse, after I updated my PIN, I was asked to complete my profile before logging in, which doesn't make sense. Now I'm stuck and can't do anything. It's frustrating to have a payment system that works like this. I've even uninstalled it.

My account locked, and the unlock account feature is useless. Edit : I can use my DOKU account again after they responded my request by email. But, that's some long way to go for just unlocking an account feature. The official website is not accessible. Do you intend to trust your balance to an app that the site is not accessible and unlocking method by email when the email is not a bot? And one more thing, the app itself is not stable, I found some blank screen and some freeze inside the app.

This is the most rambling payment application I've ever seen. I ended up using this app since I need to pay some course on udemy, which not (yet) provided by your competitors, and I can't seem to top-up my wallet. I've followed a worst written user guide ever, (can't even put that long ID into clipboard) that I have to manually type-in, and... and the all provided accounts and numbers (tried all those) are invalid from my mobile banking app, it's a total waste of time. Not to mention of how many time this app asks for password. The web version even worse, keeps telling me "Invalid email or password", seriously? Your app doesn't seem ready to go live. Also, what's it to you demanding both ID number and "KK"? You're going to provide payment service or mining user's data?

The most frustating app I ever used in my entire life. Sounds exagerating but after a long time came up to try the deposit feature, forgot the PIN but always crashed when try to set a new one. Then kowing this app isn't right, I wanted to withdraw my fund but suddenly gets locked! The unlock option via email doesn't work at all. Tried to login on the website but found out to be failed forever. I'm sorry, this is just an honest experience. Came back for just being disappointed.

I don't know what happened with this Apps, it requires pin for every transaction that's why I tried to set a pin, but still can't set it till now. The only thing shown and keep popping up till now it's that the server it's lost connection. If i knew from the start that this Apps have so many bug/crash then I won't top up to this apps from the beginning. And now my money has stuck in this apps.

I've been trying to upgrade my account to premium all day and the document verification keeps failing me at the last step no matter what i try, i tried contacting support and they keep saying "make sure the photo is lit and clear" it is lit and clear but no matter what i try the app still refuses to verify my documents
