very bad experience in kolkata. no one picked up the phone. today is my pickup date. rider assigned. I call him approx 18 to 20 times, but he is not picking up the phone call

This app is complete flop with zero customer satisfaction. Don't ever use this app for selling phone , it's fake and wastage of time. When I tried to sell my phone they assigned an agent initially but the agent didn't respond to it, also when I called customer care for reporting this they also ignored the situation and when I later tried to call they hung upon me. Total waste experience with this app.

Very rude behavior , the customer service called on the scheduled day of pickup and asked the whether the laptop is working or not , although I said it's working fine they just cut the phone and cancelled my order, asking to send me the photos whether it's working or not after sending the photos also , that's the laptop is working fine ,they just stop responding.

There are discrepancies from the information available on their application and their service. If you don't accept products with physical damages even if it's in working condition mention it clearly. If you expect us to bring the product to your nearest office then don't advertise you have all India service/pickup. Wasting time and effort of customers.

Worst customer service. I was waiting for the phone pickup when I called the pick up man Ravi he told me he cannot pick up because I do not have a bill or box with me. If you cannot pick up the phone without the missing accessories why there is no option in your app to select it. There is only one option available to whether you have or not when I selected that I do not have it taken to me and steps where I schedule the pick up for today.
