I never seem to be able to contact anyone at DOFT with the issues I am having. I get a confirmation email but nothing after that. Carriers are posting loads with invalid phone numbers.

I didn't know a company could have a review removed. This is the second time. Months of email and searching for a phone number to tell the about a billing issue for subscription just being ignored. Threats of legal actions is all that works. Rarely do I ever get loads from here anyway. Just spend the money on dat

Great app. It is really effective with the feature that allows brokers to view my truck location and helps with backhauls. If someone haven’t tried before, let’s take use of it. It’ll very useful for you for sure.

This app technically does what it says, but it's for big rig owner operators. If you have something smaller like a box truck on down, there is almost never anything on here. Don't waste your time, you will simply have to find another platform. Response to below: Really? Did you even bother to read what I said? The app works fine but shippers are not posting loads for box trucks and smaller. Everything's for big rigs. How on earth is that confusing? Those kind of responses are ridiculous!

Every load that I get from different companies they require you to sign on to to them with a contract it's not like you could pick a load and go with it.. you have to sign a contract with each individual company that's posting on here to be able to carry for them takes longer time than just having a broker. Basically each company that post on here you have to have a contract with before you can actually get the load.

I have paid, and to NO avail have I gotten ANY issue resolved. I can't login to the load board using proper email and password. It is F#+ker that there isn't a direct contact person or number to talk to. I'm most definitely contacting the BBB and possibly going on with a lawsuit. It makes NO sense to take people money for services not TRULY being offered. It is most definitely fraud!

Cant get pass the phone verification. The code sends but the app stuck in loading i let it go 5 minutes before I backed out then it told me Sms limit reached wait 1 minute.. minutes don't count outside of the app and when I waited. It did it again. Stuck in a loop

I like how the app. lets you choose the load by the vehicle. But the weight of frieght does not match the vehicle. For example: The vehicles I choose to look for a load are sprinter vans, box trucks, and pick-up trucks. The loads they give are 10,000 lbs or heavier. Which is not an accurate load for the vehicles chosen. Please fix this.

Read their terms and conditions very carefully and make sure you agree. *they don't specify the reglament in which they share all your sensitive info *can't make a screenshot of any kind from their app *they waive your right for classact lawsuit action against them should the need be. *their payment process is vague, complicated by uncertainty, *non of these terms can be modified , so I didn't bother contacting them. I deleted my account, as soon as I created it. Doft fix these I'll sign up

Without pickup time and delivery times this load board is ridiculous. I can't think of a bigger waste of time than calling a broker just to figure out the times for a load you might want. Then find out you can't make the pickup time or delivery time because it's too early or late.... I'm under a trial run right now no way I'm paying for this load board until you fix that! Time is Everything in this business. I struggle to understand how anyone finds this board useful

This app is definitely a scam. Example if you want to take a load and pays $1020 dispatch will take $710 (70%) of the load cost. 550+ miles and your fuel cost $140. U pretty much broke even. You just payed them for there load and you might break even, None of this is shown and it's first come first serve basis, so there could be 4drivers waiting on same load. Way to much hidden info. How does a app like this even be allowed. Ppl giving this app 5stars obviously are the dispatchers or payed to

Those posting good reviews can't be users of the app. This scam of a company started charging me for premium service over a year ago and I never asked for it nor when I noticed it never had premium active on app or online. Sent email got standard reply of help center. As I stated in my email i will hit every social media site with this complaint until I am refunded the money stolen from me.

This place is a SCAM!!!!! First off it says free, it's NOT! to have full access, you have to pay. But even worse the loads posted are FAKE. tried calling on a couple of loads, their comment was they are trying to get their info off of the list, however they are having a hard time because you can't get a phone number for DORF. Try finding a number to call! I also believe all the positive reviews are made up as well.

Just downloaded the app to try it out since it show 7 days free trial and after that $20 a month and as soon I input my card info they widrawn $190 out my account not even 2 mins on app. Send them a email about that and I receive the response of no refund policy. Really haven't look at the the app well. Want my refund. 😡. 6/10 and still haven't received my refund after the widrawn was make without my authorization 7 days trial yea right the worse is that they don't answer endless emails

I just downloaded 5 mins ago. And just did researched on it. It's not bad for looking at different load options near you for free of cost at least you can have some options to have a look at. But only 1 issue is that we don't see the price for load

App works perfectly! Simple, straight forward and fast. All major info is on the screen so browsing one load to the next doesn't require pulling completely off the road to interact with it. Pick up and drop off locations, dates and rate all on one screen. Just straight to the point.
