recently they try to force people to agree to health data usage by them and deactivate features when not, termin absagen geht auch nicht, Termine finden auch selten.

It is impossible to register several termins, for example consultation, followup and surgery, the program gives only once. next Termin replacing the another one...

Super useful. At most maybe I'd wish for a preferred language selection to be included when making an appointment - right now, you may use search filters to find clinics in your language, but applying for 'any earliest available doctor' in there can put you with ones who don't speak your language. :(

I can renew medicines easily but I can't make an appointment or cancel an appointment. The app tells me I have an appointment but when I go to the surgery,the secretary tells me that the appointment made on the app did not go through.

You have to enter your login data every single time. Search filters work only half the time. Even after filtering, it's a real pain to find the appointment you had filtered for. No feedback button to even report bugs. Update 28.12.2023: Still very bad. 21.2.2025: still very bad: they won't allow me to take two appointments for MRI!!!!!!!!!!!!!! No support hotline or Email in the app either..

It is now looping on the login screen if I receive a notification that an earlier appointment is available. I simply can't access it through the notification or through the email. However, for a normal login, it works, but then it's too late...

Public insurance filter does not work and they will never implement it. Setting to public insurance only wastes your time filling with results that accept private insurance only and do not accept public. I can't understand how this problem can exist for years and they refuse to acknowledge it. Many practices have this information completely missing. If you search for something like dermatology results are full of cosmetic practices, not medical, which should not be here at all

filtering search results is not possible at the moment, makes the app unusable. I'll change when it's fixed but very frustrating considering how essential this app if for basic functions to be lost. where's the QA?

Every single time I open this app I need to log in again. You are forcing people to either keep an unsafe password to login quick or waste a lot of time logging in again. Saving a password and keeping the session up to 30 days is the most basic feature.

the principal of the app is brilliant but it doesn't work for me. I uninstalled it and reinstalled it 3 times already and it still freezes on the home page every time !!!!

my wife is connected to me in my "family" section but there is absolutely so indication how to see each other's appointments. everything says we can but there seems to be no way to do it. app or online. otherwise it's a decent app. but this is frustrating. There is *absolutely* No support.

This app is utterly useless. Doesn't provide an option to search by place. If at all you manage to find a practice taking appointments via this tool is an absolute nightmare. Keeps bringing you back to the original page. I would rather be on the phone for 30 min than juggling with this tool.

This app is a disaster, not possible to receive a text message to a US number to validate the account (though it gives you the green check that the number is good). Plus any app should be able to figure out already which phone it is on. No contact number or support email seems to be available to ask. That said, once you get in the app itself might be ok, who knows since I can't validate.

When Doctolib will have support of English language? Four years using this ugly app and nothing. At least they should have enabled the selection text for translation option, but nothing. The worst app ever. Meanwhile one star. Good thing we have more options, for example the TK doctor directory, German public service, more usable with English support.

Really glad app is in English now, I had wanted to use it but didn't for this reason. Finally downloaded and unfortunately I have to login every single time I open the app. It doesn't seem to work with the phones password saver, so have to enter onerous password every single time and then wait for the email and put code in. Bloody ridiculous. It's my phone, I should be able to login with my fingerprint and face like everything else. So yeah I'll be sticking to desktop until they fix that.
