I have some issues regarding to connect my NVR to my account. First the NVR always stored as local storage rather stores to my account. I've try multiples time and the issue still same. Second i can't add my PTZ camera using this app installed on my device but able connect using another. I think this app has bugs. I've send email to you for picture attached.

If you set permissions per user, it first shows the video streams regardless of user access rights or permissions, briefly for about 1 second, and only then corrects and applies user access rules. If you refresh/reload streams it happens every time. If you have multiple cameras on one NVR and maybe don't allow every user to watch all of the cameras, the user without rights to some of the cameras can still get brief glimpses from those, for about one second every time the user clicks refresh.

Feels like a primitive app.. it does the basics, and that's it. We've had it since Oct'22. Video often "fails to connect" and takes forever to load after buffering for some time. Playback feels clumsy where it will jump right back to the beginning and you have to start all over to find the time you're looking for. Also when speeding up a playback to x4 or x8, after a while it will start to skip whole chunks of time instead of just continuing to run per second.

As the person above described there is a serious lag when playing pushed videos! Also, a customer of mine is having issues where when playing back recorded video the timeline snaps forward for some reason. Making it impossible to review the videos from any particular time. Things like this make me look bad as an installer. Please fix ASAP

Was working good until last update on March 08, I don't receive push notifications anymore of motion detection, when try to play back while I'm on cell data (4G) receive the error "no record" I can playback from a remote wifi with no issues, but no from 4G, also the time line to move on the record clip while seen records of the motion detections are no longer there. Device: Surface Duo - Android, please fix these features, we're working before the March 8 update.

This app worked pretty flawlessly up until about a week ago. It will play the full recorded activity but when filtering motion-human and motion-vehicle, it now loads to 19% and says connection failed. When 99% of this app is used to monitor motion around our property, this is becoming quite the issue. I cannot reach anyone from customer support and am currently wishing my phone didn't get the last update. That seems to be the root of the issue. Hopefully this gets a response and a solution

Potential, but needs a lot of work. Not intuitive and difficult to just see motion events. They should learn from Blink cameras. There, they list all motion events and you just pick the one you want to see. Hopefully, this will improve. And where is the help file? I have no idea what half of the icons mean.

This new version has great extra functions compared to the old one, but most of the time the app has issues. Way more complicated than the old one too, again, great that have extra functions but made it more complicated to use for "normal users". I install security cameras, mostly Dahua brand, for the people I've done installations was easy to use the old version, but most of them have problems learning to use this new version, that by the way, old one unfortunately is unavailable now.

Still no push notifications since March. Worked well until the last update. I'm about to trash my whole system as they obviously have no plans on fixing this issue which is the most important feature for me. (Update) I sent them a message through the spp as requested and still have yet to receive a response. I would not recommend this companies products to anyone. They obviously have no plans to address the many issues a lot are having by updating their app. Stay away!!!

The app is only in white, no option to go dark. The doorbell feature is broken; you get the call from the camera, and you can speak to the camera but you cannot hear back. The video playback is way better and the picture in picture is also a welcome feature. The app needs work so I will be regressing back to the old version until they fix this one.

I have been having a hard time with playback. Scrolling to the time frame I would like to see fails and reverts back to first event. Older versions have worked well (gdmss/lite) this one...so so. REVIEW UPDATE- App has been improved with incremental fixes. Still would like to see the ability to select the recording playback date, AND the time, to go directly where I want. (instead of ONLY scrolling the timeline)

Been using the app for over a year and it works great until today. A prompt comes up wanting me to read user agreement and privacy statement. I clicked the link for both and scroll to the bottom. Then go back to prompt and check the box. Nothing happens. The prompt screen will not close. I uninstalled and reinstalled but get the same results. Now I can't do anything with the app. I have an Android.

Video playback facilities are very poor. Video timelines are hard to work with. During playback, it is difficult to synchronize the video of several cameras. On the main page, there are non-functional options such as door. It shouldn't exist for me as I don't use this option. "superlive plus" is much easier to play video. Please improve the app.

Great app for monitoring surveillance systems. Though, a feature that is missing (& should be added) is to allow us to choose how the app opens when an event push notification is clicked. Right now, you are taken directly to the recorded clip & not the live view of the camera. Sure, you can easily get to the live view, but if that recording is still in progress when you click the notification, this can cause hitches in the clip. So, it would be a good QoL to allow us to go directly to live view

Had an issue with video not loading and an error stating opening multiple screen is using too much memory on device. Both resolved by making sure both live stream and playback are set to mainstream on the app. The only issue now is when playback cuts off while viewing. I noticed this happens more when zooming in. Overall a very good app once you learn how to use it.

With the latest update you guys broke zooming on camera. It is now impossible to zoom to a particular area. Why did you even change something that was working perfectly is beyond me!? Also before you could tap on a replay without having to press the view button which makes the app less convivial and more clunky to use. Please revert to what it used to be for replaying video messages. Thanks

It's been a long road, but this is becoming a decent app now. It's far from perfect, but it generally works. I still would like to see a way to enable/disable function buttons for each camera, as many of the features that show up are not actually available on the cameras, making the screen cluttered. Thanks for the commitment to making improvements, Dahua!
