Lots of improvement needed. It would be better if you allow the user to view or use the QR tickets in offline mode. Who knows when the user's phone will be down. Screenshot facility may also be provided. Overall experience is good but not best. Looking forward for further improvements.

Such a third class app and third class service...even the support staff behaves so sick as if he is doing a favour...paid money , recharge not done, on top support staffsays not their headache...! Third class App

Good experience with ride booking. But then why don't you provide an option to cancel the ride ? That's a basic need. Moreover the QR scanners on metro stations are so bad that sometimes it does not scan the code.

I can't recharge my Airtel Transit Card in the app it supports less number of digits and my card has 16 digits. Not useable to recharge for me :(

How can I give negative stars, after this update it's really stupid. I am getting so many ads before booking tickets and these ads are so irritating. Please fix it.

I booked a ticket at 15 July , money deducted but ticket was not confirmed, and money is not refunded till the day when I write this feedback. Please don't try to booking a ticket by this platform, try to take ticket from counter otherwise u may face this type of issue.

Worst app. Why we are not allowed to book another ticket before previous one is expired. Why there is no refund option if I book it wrong ?(Non of there helpline is working after 6 tried to cancel my tickets).or intentionally you don't want to refund the amount. If you are not providing any help support after 6pm then why even you are allowing bookings. Why you need location for booking?, if this is the case than why don't you pick metro station name based on the location. Lots of bug.

Neither route comes up nor the fare and estimated time when planning a journey. Just metro map opens from start to end point. Such a long pending issue and still not has been fixed. For some routes estimated time and fare comes, for majority it doesn't. Do you guys not use DMRC app yourself??? Why so oblivious about the UI/UX of the app despite feedback from other users?

Very poor experience. Pethetic app. Booked ticket via upi app amount got deducted but did not got tocket not even got the refund yet. I had to take ticket from metro station.

Everything is nice. But Why..! we can't take screen short of ticket. I faced this problem when I book ticket for relative . And I can't share the picture...

This app is ok for booking tickets most of the time but i couldn't recharge my card with it and so i faced too much problem and also i booked ticket with it as i got late for work but the ticket didn't booked and it took my money as well. The helpline number is useless they just told me to update the app as if it is the upgrade problem but its the makers fault. Please look into this

I do every update in hope that this app will work. But this app keeps on crashing. It starts shows logo, then restarts, shows logo, restarts, keeps on repeating. One has to click on buttons in a second as they appear for a second else it again restarts. Also as others mentioned, Plan Journey is no longer working. It is showing 0 carbon print but the map is empty, no matter what route i select it is always empty.

The crappiest of apps I have used ever, like the metro service! The devs are adding features, lots and lots. But I guess they're not taking time to test for the bugs or check if the new features are causing the core functions to malfunction. 1. It doesn't load, however fast the network. 2. When clicked on plan my journey it shows many details like carbon footprint etc but it's not showing the basic requirements ie the "plan to get me from A to B". Idk if the app is useful any longer.

The last update has been terrible. Couldn't book a ticket 1.5hrs after one completed journey because "previous ticket is still active". Also location access is required for some reason. Not optional. Have to turn it on every time I have to scan at entry and exit. Edit: They have replied that they fixed the bug. But they haven't.

I have topup through this app of Rs.400 and money deducted from my account but when i tried to topup at metro station it shows no topup, even after 3days, i have no returns... this is completely absurd app. Don't open these apps if you can't handle. I have lost my money.

One of the worst app I have seen as I made almost more than 5 transaction for tickets no QR tickets is generated and also my amount is debited. They have metro but don't have system which is easy for travel.

We tried to recharge again and again but still Neither the balance is visible nor the recharge is done, it is very poor. And the customer support is not helping at all they are not responding to our calls Very bad experience Don't use this app

Worst app ever, my money got stuck two times. Both times my amount was deducted but while trying to top up it says no available top up. Bad app , bad service. Please don't recharge via this app, it's good for telling you the routes but never for recharge

The design is flawed. The "purchased" ticket should be available irrespective of person having internet or not. After I purchase the ticket, and just before scanning at the metro station, if my internet goes off ( which happens many a times at several metros), the purchased ticket's QR code doesn't open. I then have to beg for someone's mobile Hotspot and sometimes people are not comfortable.
