worst app with bad experience. I have a movie booked through the app the movie is cancelled as per the theatre management I have raised the query for the same. As well as asked about the process of refund. The movie is within 2 hr of the scheduled time. The customer support has given 24-48 hr of turn around time. I had to spoil my weekend plan due to this lack of service for a quick response. The customer support has no coordination with the internal team for the same

Worst app!!! the offer s shown in the app are fake.. the restaurant s charges are as actuals.. don't get fooled by the fifty percent off thirty percent off and so on.. I had booked and paid a booking fee of 100/- had the good sense to call the restaurant beforehand and confirm the offer. the charge was nowhere near what was shown in the app. unable to contact customer support.. some female called then no sound for at least four minutes.. then she Disconnected.. that s it plz refund amt.

wanted to get chennai ipl tickets. I have turned on notification for all matches. but season is almost over still haven't got one notification related to the match.pathetic. no clear timings when booking open no notification. suddenly sold out. it's a scam.

Zomato dining was much better than this. With no filter I see only 6-7 restaurants near me, rest are 7-8km away. Which is not the case, we have more than 20 restaurants in 1km radius. If i search by name they are visible but not on the dining page. There is no bookmark or favourite selection or create list option to visit in future which should be basic for restaurant listing part of the app.

First time I used this app on Jan 2025 on that time it was superb and I not used for last 3months now I updated the app and try to book a ticket for newly released movie but it shows server error for last 2days it feels so irritating.i uninstalled and reinstalled the app but no changes.please take a look on this issue team zomato please.

Zomato for restaurant bookings was way better because the menu listings don't show up clearly on District. Even if I try to zoom in, it doesn't zoom in at all. I hate to not be able to see the menu before booking a restaurant reservation. Badly built UI too, because I hate dark mode and there's no option to switch to light mode...

Pathetic for ipl booking I have got the chance after queue to purchase tickets but it shows tickets on hold try again and the time counter still decreased without getting me the opportunity to buy any tickets. All the time it shows tickets on hold and the times decreased to zero. i didn't even get the chance to book a single ticket. what a useless app for such bookings.

worst app for movie ticket booking ,I tried thrice to book tickets with near by Theatre, hence amount deducted from card all the time but never got confirmation on booking.Tried connect with customer care and they even didn't help me except providing unacceptable excuses. Just imagine they are taking your money and not providing solution or the alternative options while keeping your money with them for 6-7 days. This is fraudulent activity which is not acceptable.

Tried to book each and every IPL ticket type in almost all matches. Shows 2 errors each time 1. We cannot proceed with the current selection 2.Tickets are on hold as other fans are completing their booking. Try again to see if more tickets open up! Worst app to book tickets. IPL should either partner with Paytm Insider or Book My Show. App is not fully developed and lags alot as well.

Worst experience with this app! I booked a movie ticket using the District app and went all the way to the theatre, only to find out that my booking was not confirmed. I didn’t receive any proper update or confirmation, and it completely ruined my plan. I’ve never faced such issues while booking through Paytm or the PVR app. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. Please fix these serious bugs and improve the reliability of your service!

I just booked tickets to a water park and i just wanted to do I small modification which they said not possible where most of the other apps allow us to do modifications and cancellation . it was total waste of money and time. will never use this app again

worst app and worst service support i have booked a movie ticket mistakenly and and tried cancelling(as there was a refund for that), after that cancel button was hung and then I tried many times it was telling cancellation is in progress.I thought it was cancelled but ultimately due to app problem it was unable to cancel, and my money was not refunded.I checked with support, they cannot do any thing and and then they created the ticket and there was no reply on it.Not expected this from zomato

The District app is an utterly pointless middleman that adds zero value to the dining experience. Restaurants charge whatever they want, ignoring listed prices, making the app's menu and pricing completely unreliable. Why bother with a third-party app when it fails to ensure transparency or consistency? It's a total waste of time and trust. Save yourself the hassle and deal directly with restaurants. The district needs to get its act together or just shut down.

Useless App. No matter how many times you try booking the tickets it always says try again. That too after waiting for 5 mins in queue every single time. I myself have tried clicking 500+ times in 1.5 hours, still no use. Tried both web page and app but still no use. What is the point of showing tickets and not allowing users to book them even after trying hundreds of times. Booing tatkal tickets in IRCTC is a lot easier than this. At least it will allow you to book.

The app is smooth and looks great. I liked that it is a separate app for movies and tickets and concerts but I don't quite like that dining has been added here now and is no longer in Zomato. I may get used to this but the worst part is there is no way to bookmark or save a restaurant or dining place. This was possible in Zomato and not having that option to go back and see what restaurants I saved is just ridiculous and makes this app a downgrade in terms of dining when compared to Zomato.
