There are many queues, the waiting conditions are very bad. There are crowds of people everywhere. At star tours, employees let people through without taking into account the queue ("by mistake"). If none people want to seat together, the people who was before them in the queue need to wait. The manager thinks this is normal. Disrespectful and annoying experience. Waiting time in the app does is not realistic.

Can never log in just get loading screen and also missed out on booking tables etc due to the issues (ABSOLUTE RUBBISH APP)

Signs me out every time I use it. I can imagine this will be difficult when using in the park if Internet is unavailable

An absolute waste of time. It constantly gives completely inaccurate queue times. You then queue on rides for 3-4 times longer with no communication to actual queue times. This is our 5th and last trip hear. Avoid the park and the app. Both are inept and full of floors!!!!

Cant log in, haven't been able to for a few months, just let a loading screen and doesn't do anything, was fine when I downloaded it to start with, saved lots of things on there we wanted to do and also our restaurant booking so wondering if that's all been lost

Been 2 years since I last used this for my last visit and it's STILL logging me out multiple times a day. 2 YEARS!! To fix this and you haven't!? You want us to use our phones more for check in,door/park passes and you can't even get the basic login issue after 2 years fixed?!!

I've allowed all permissions for the app and still this keeps popping up when I go on to the app it won't let me click anything on the screen WHATS GOING ON!!!!!!!!!

This is actully about the website but because the website doesn't even have a way to get help with errors and complaints I'm putting it here. I'm supposed to make a payment before the end of the day to finalize my ticket, otherwise it will be cancelled. But the button to log in doesn't even work, it's non responsive. I've tried two devices, three browsers both private network and mobile data cookies but nothing. The only 'support' is a phone number meant to make bookings which is closed now.

When trying to book a table through the app, I saw at least five "oops, an error occurred, please try again" messages. Also had to re-enter the phone number each time.

Works well...when it works. Main issue is that is doesn't seem to be able to keep you logged in from one session to the next; and THEN it's hit or miss whether you can actually get to the login screen.

Unfortunately not the best app for our holiday. Tried on numerous occasions to view my booking with the page just trying to load. Contacted DLP via Facebook after advising that I deleted the app and reinstalled, trying on numerous devices and also cleared the history and cache. Also emailed app support and haven't heard anything back. I've had to email the hotel direct to see if we can book the marvel encounter at the hotel and if not will have to complain as this is one of the reasons we booked

Nothing but problems! Linked booking and tickets. Says Linked but can't be viewed or a error message. Tried to book a few things but couldn't. Sadly was useless. needs massive improvement

Really buggy experience. The map is lagging a lot and the times reported are not correct. Also booking for food does not work, it keeps reporting wrong available times and when you try to book it fails. Very disappointing...

This app is only designed to get you to pay for additional passes. It does F all in terms of providing wayfinding information. Ironic given that everyone you ask for help refers you to the app for directions. Here's one for the customer experience designers: all I want from the app is to help me explore the area I'm in, e.g. Fantasyland, clearly marked nearest toilets etc. They probably don't care about my needs because I won't pay extra. Bring back the old printed maps.

Unfortunately I cannot give less than 1 star, an app which keep asking you to login in every time you switch it off, when you try to buy something or book a table or asks you the code but often this code is not send and you are stuck. When you try to use the app via mobile it keeps saying that you need to use Disneyland WiFi to get the updated queue time but WiFi keeps disconnecting....

Always an error when booking tables and doesn't let you book multiple restaurants if fall under same "slot" even when hours apart, e.g. Lunch and dinner. Managed to get 3 table bookings which has taken 2 days and counting to do, as working around the app crashing. Ridiculous when you pay so much for a holiday at Disney.

Ok, shows the map and ride wait times. Our park tickets wouldn't link to the app despite scanning the tickets and getting a "successfully linked" message they never showed up in the app. The GPS on the map was unreliable and kept showing the wrong location. Another improvement would be to include a description of each ride in the app, you have no idea what you are getting on, e.g. how fast is it? Does it go upside down etc. could be a lot better.

This app could be so good but it's full of bugs. I'm able to select a restaurant and be given times for the day, but whenever I try to book I just get "oops". It's like it's offering times that don't exist. Literally ll restaurants seem fully booked which can't be possible. It looks good for navigating the parks and seeing ride times. Can't comment on linking my tickets yet as too early.

It's useful, but seems to require a constant stream of data. If it loses wifi (I have no data in Europe despite my carrier's claim), it becomes near useless. The map can no longer be zoomed, with large patches becoming blank. I don't know why the map isn't cached for zooming in. I found that some things wete not present, like a few bathrooms and some dining places. It would be nice if they added alarms for fast passes to remind you when they're coming up. It was just updated, so we'll see if there are some needed improvements.

Absolutely terrible app, Disney should be ashamed of themselves. It won't show your tickets without an internet connection even after you've already saved them to your device, and even with a connection you have to back out and try again most of the time. I tried multiple times to order food and it just got stuck loading every time. It takes 5+ taps to view your tickets, which you need to do many times per day if you use any passes. The map is terrible and difficult to use.
