Everyone hates waiting and long lines. This is the single best app to predict the lowest attendance at Disneyland and track the shortest loved. It's a must for anyone with an annual pass!

Touring plans is extremely helpful in planning for and navigating the parks. Also have always been successful in having them search for ADRs that I couldn't get.

Wait times WAY inaccurate, doesn't update. Confusing and not easy to use. After an hour in the park trying to use this app, I gave up from frustration. NOT RECOMMENDED even if it was free!

No update since Jan 2021 but really is a mobile optimized version of their website. Baked in some ideas about how to use lightning lanes but its functionality doesn't work on my pixel 6a. Custom plans still works well.

I did a lot of tracking data for months before our vacation and this is by far the most accurate crowd calendar. Loved having the plans. It prevented the "I don't know. What do you want to ride next?" time waster. I updated our plans on the fly when we made unplanned stops for snacks or souvenirs. A must-have if you're going to Disneyland.

SCAM ALERT. I paid for the 1 year subscription in the app and it took my money but said my subscription could not be created. I've contacted their customer support, but I've gotten no response. Looks like they're just trying to steal people's money.

I refuse to enter any Disney park without this app. I've used it on several trips and it's been a lifesaver! We rode a TON of rides on a very busy day and even had time to relax at the end of it all.

TouringPlans is a solid, if not vintage, Disneyland line app. Well worth the sub-$10 per year to get a really accurate look at the *real* wait times vs. the inflated times that Disney tries to use to sell Genie+. Highly recommend.

mediocre, not worth paying for the app. great plan ideas, but difficult to remove and add steps on the fly in the app while in the park to readjust your plan. just download disneyland app itself it's a better app, and then add paying for the maxpass for fastpasses/photos.

The app and the articles are both really helpful. DL seems intentionally vague in their descriptions of how the park works. This app helps eliminate some of that. Only suggestion is incorporating some sort of park hopper plan setting for DL.

I am a believer after using this app during Spring break. We didn't wait for almost anything!!! I even went I splash mountain twice back to back without waiting more than 3 minutes! I had my 4 year old and husband with me. Even taking long hotel breaks in the middle of the day, we did everything on our list, sometimes even more than one or MORE times.. including meeting Mickey with no wait!

Worth every penny. Went as two adults who haven't been to Disneyland Anaheim in 25 years. This app, and the advice and info of the site brought CLARITY to the chaos which Disney parks can be. Would give 5* if the time of day in optimized plans were accurate and Fast Pass return times were updated when optimizing is refreshed.

In our experience the estimated line times were way off. The disneyland app was much more accurate. Because of this, it plan for way off, and when that happened, the app was not able to adjust because we had put in breaks at specific times based on the apps estimates. We ended up using the Disney app much more frequently.

This app basically does what is expected of it. A lot of complaints about wait times aren't predictable. In 3 days 5 rides went down for maintenance so 30 min turned into hour. This is not the apps fault. I did find the Disney times to be more accurate however. I assumed unlocking the app would give access to more/better plans and that is not the case. Unfortunaly the app was not worth the price for my disneyland trip.

If you are buying this app with the hope it will give you a magic plan for skipping lines in the parks, then don't buy it. It is impossible to predict exactly how long lines will be because rides go down, crowds fluctuate, etc. However, the Chat site is well worth the cost, as the expert Disneyland nuts on it offer tips you won't hear anywhere else, and answer all questions you post. The planning tool helps you plan your day, but keep in mind: it's not a schedule, it's a plan. Be flexible.

This app is extraordinary! For like four dollars you really can literally save hours per day in line by using this. The reviews of the rides and shows are really useful, too! I don't follow the touring plans, I just use the line length estimates and predictions to plan my day on the fly (and to help me choose which lightning lanes to select if I'm using genie+).

App really needs modernizing (location services, cleaner interface etc.) and the ability to integrate with lightening lines. If you don't have Genie+ it is amazing. If you do it's more of a "guide" than a plan. The website has more options than the app which causes you to go to both places to create a proper plan.

What a disappointment! In the past I've used it multiple times for Disneyland and Universal Studios Orlando. However, this visit to Disneyland, it wouldn't refresh in a timely manner, wait times were WAY off, and the guidance overall was horrible. I ended up missing one of the rides on our top 3 wish list because of the plan I was following!! Halfway through, I was only using it to track rides we had rode. Don't waste your time or $! The Disney app + pure common sense faired much better.

This app is so much more accurate than the official wait times. While the app can't predict everything perfectly and can't replace experience and judging a line with your own two eyes its so much more helpful and trustworthy than the official times. The app can struggle with submitting times in the rides where there is no signal and I would like to access my ride submission history beyond one day, but those are minor quibbles compared to the core purpose of the app, accurate data.

I've been a user, fan, and subscriber for many years, but the updated UI provided in Nov 2024 is horrible. On my phone I get only about 1/3 of the info on the screen at the same time. Why waste so much space when (I presume) most users are using this on a phone? I looked, but couldn't find a setting for "compact" or something else that gets more info per screen? I like that I can tag favorites and filter on that, but it's so sad to get 4 rides per screen instead of a lot more.
