This game started out really good, my family and I played since it came out. Even spent more money than I care to admit, and rated it 5 star. But every update and event brings more and more paywalls to the game, I get that it needs money to stay up but when it gets to the point when you need to spend money for the premium character to complete the event, that's just greed. To top it off they seem to focus more on pumping out pay for characters and extras they seem to have forgot about the keeping the game running smooth. Used to run mint, not anymore. Well I hope they can aleast fix the way it runs maybe add in some more character voices, that would be nice, but it's pretty unplayable atm.

Fun game with lots of goals to collect items and characters. Be careful because it is very addictive and it's designed to take lots of your time to complete tasks. During events quests my produce nothing leaving you frustrated & tempted to spend money to compete them. Game has a tendency to freeze & at times works slowly, also frustrating. Not recommended for those who are easily seduced by these types of games.

I've played this game since the beginning. It has become increasingly expensive. I have no idea how a new player could ever catch up. I couldn't complete the last three events unless I was willing to pay to rush tasks. I didn't and I won't. I have on occasion in the past paid for premium characters I really wanted, but it's only encouraged their greed. Gameloft has succeeded where Maleficent failed, they stole the happiness from the Magic Kingdom.

This game was originally fun and magical, a good escape from reality for a few minutes. However after the last few updates I feel the direction has change from 'create your own' to 'conform to our standards'. The speciality events are impossible to complete (without spending actual money). Once characters become maxed out there's barely reason to interact with them. Some of the magic has definitely been lost.

The app description says, "Create the Disney park of your dreams. Decorate and customize the Park your way!" Thats a Iie if you want all the characters. I liked when I could have my park decorated the way I wanted. Now you have to put away your favorites to have out things they demand. If you don't, you miss out on new characters. The new tower challenge is unnecessarily complex and not at all fun. It's more like work to keep track of statistics, instead of enjoying it. Went from 5 stars to 2.

Great game overall, but I have updated my review because it is so difficult to advance. Without making in-game purchases, its pretty much impossible to get new characters (unless the game prompts you) or items you need during events. Even after you save up gems for legendary chests, 9 out of 10 times, you only get decorations. RARELY do you get characters or things you can actually use. Also, its impossible to save up enough magic to unlock most areas of the park without spending actual money.

I've been playing since Day 1. I have everything. All characters, all buildings etc. And with this current change I'm now ready to quit. It's ridiculous to have to play a season of levels with mediocre rewards in order to get buildings and characters. And the only way you can advance through levels is to collect the equally insane weekly and event goals. May be fine for newer players, but for older ones It's just a lot of insane busy work for nothing but park decorations and burger stands.

I used to really like this game. Now... not so much. There is constantly a timed "challenge" going on where you need to "defeat" Maleficent, or are getting a bunch of new characters. You have to play all the time to get the tokens for the characters. The happiness level is also messed up... When I use my Merlin potion to keep the happiness from dropping, after the 24 hrs is up, it decreases faster than usual and I'm back under the ecstatic level. Also too many buildings, not enough land.

The game is fun and great for time wasting but the special items/characters are very expensive (real money). Also, you can't sell back items that you don't want for game currency. The limitations on how long you can play each session versus how frequently you have to play to get ahead are a bit annoying. Many people are mislead that Disney runs this game, they don't.

I love this game. it's soo addicting. Never a dull moment in this. I love the characters and the graphics involved. I did not like the Nightmare Before Christmas part, but only because I'm not a fan of the movie, but I still played it! I would love it more if more land was available and magic wasn't a hard thing to save up on. I havent gotten the 2 spots of land yet because it's well over 1 million for both and saving takes forever. Magic should be a little easier to get and save.

I think over all it is a good game, but there are a few changes that could make it great. The player leveling system has no real effect on the game so experience and leveling are pointless. It is hard to gain gems through the game. The only real way is by leveling characters, each level up yielding only one gem. Also there are too many low ranking and useless items in the treasure chests. In a chest that takes 24 hours to unlock there shouldn't be a 2 star decoration item. If these small things were addressed I believe the player's experience would be better overall.

I do not recommend downloading this game. It's certainly cute, and decently fun, but if you miss an event (Frozen, Nightmare Before Christmas, Beauty and the Beast, etc.) for ANY reason, even if you're new to game and the events happened before you started playing, you cannot get the characters or attractions again except as an extremely rare drop from chests you have to buy with real money. Add to this, the fact that the park is too small and too difficult to expand, that the devs are introdu

Enjoyable for the Disney characters and usually well-written dialog including amusing references to other characters. However without the Disney content, I wouldn't play the game. It crashes at least once a day, uses more device storage than it should (almost 1GB for data/cache), uses more data than it should even if don't watch in-game ads, and battery drain gives flashbacks of Pokemon Go. Combined with recent in-game changes making it more chore to log in regularly than fun casual game.

Addicting game. Love the idea of designing your own park and unlocking characters. Great potential! There are 2 major down falls though; The game crashes every now and then, and they are out to get your money with this app and has gotten worse since I started 3 years ago. It's almost impossible to buy or unlock half of the characters and attractions with in game currency alone. You need jems for everything. Jems are not easy to get. Fun if you ready to spend money and play every waking moment lol

Fun Game! I love the graphics and design! The quests are fun! My biggest complaint is that it takes a really long time to get enough potions to buy land. Also very aggravating sending characters on long time quests to get certain tokens, but when it comes time to collect it doesn't give you the token. This happens multiple times and makes it almost impossible to complete. Overall great game! Would like to see some new game ideas introduced to enhance playing and smaller time quests.

This used to be my favorite game. But I had to stop playing when a glitch erased most of my progress. This happened twice! And as many have said, it's pretty much pay to win now. I wish they would just make a paid version to play instead of inundating the game with so many ads. And maybe do more events vs. other villains other than just Maleficent. Open up the map for more space, too. Before I lost everything, my map was full, and I had all the characters. Kept having to rotate items. Bye. 😟

I used to enjoy playing the game. Like everyone else it doesn't load. I deleted and reinstalled many times. And tried again now after months of not playing. I have no other apps running and nothing in the background. Now you can't reinstall because it won't go past 66%. It loaded on my hard drive but said had to load additional items. I waited an hour and nothing changed. I wish u can do a portion of a star as a rating like .00125 of a percent

The game itself is fine. Quests are difficult to complete without cash purchases. The customer service is horrible. I've played the game for almost 7 years, I've had maybe 3 to 4 issues with them in that time, but they are rarely helpful. They treat you like you're lying and keep closing the ticket without resolving the issue. You can only reopen it a few times before they permanently close it. Agents will not escalate issues even when asked and pretend you didn't ask before closing the ticket.

There are far too many pop-up ads for Kingom Pass, even if you've bought something to turn ads off. There are also ads for other things, such as characters, which is equally as annoying. Don't interrupt my game play to let me know, for the hundredth time, that there's a season pass. I don't care. Without all that, the gameplay would be somewhat fun. The characters are charming. The actions they do are often cute and engaging, it's just... the ads. They're too annoying.

It's wrong that to basically progress at a decent pace you have to spend a fair amount of money. You can't complete early quests until you unlock certain characters and getting all they require to unlock takes loads of time. You sure know how to stick it to people in that respect. I bought the battle pass and I will be lucky to even get to level 20 before it ends. It takes too much to complete a level not worth the $ new event same money grab. Impossible to complete events without $$$
