Every time there is an update, it won't let you in the plaza, it freezes up. Please fix the bugs or stop installing updates to the game. This has become extremely frustrating. I've been playing this game for a very long time & used to love playing it, but honestly, I'm close to uninstalling it. There's no point in keeping it if you can't play it with all the features.

UPDATE: I had completed the first map and was halfway through my 2nd map, and had several buildings in Arendale. Then I upgraded my phone. FFF is the ONLY game that did not transfer properly. I tried everything. I lost all progress and items purchased and had to start all over. The owners did nothing to help, would not fix anything or offer any game credits. VERY DISAPPOINTING.

This game is badly broken when it comes to the frozen squares. After you break the ice, sometimes the block will stay in place and other times it'll vanish with the matched blocks and then not refill the spot. No new blocks will fill the spot either, making it literally impossible to win a level. I've encountered this bug several times and the only way around it is to purchase special items from the store.

I played this years ago, the levels were much easier and not too challenging. The new event stuff is nice, but I can't stand that they use up my lives. Also, these other specials that only give you 3 hearts to beat, I can't stand that you have to start over from the beginning! It's 16 levels and you expect me to beat them without losing?! The building arendelle is cool, but how you get coins isn't fun if you can't beat half the levels. Only 12 per new level to beat and 3 for a redo? No thanks.

I had been playing Frozen Free Fall since Dec. 2013. It was a great game to pass the time until Disney sold it to Jam City. Now, there are mandatory updates and too many ads. The quality of the game was reduced with each update, whether losing rewards earned or the limit on coins collected. I last played in August b/c of a mandatory update. I plan to update one last time then stop. I get that it doesn't matter to Jam City, but they've lost a dedicated fan.

I have only had this for a day or two but there are a lot of maps and seems like plenty of challenges to keep me coming back for a while, even while trying to avoid in-app purchases as much as possible. Edit- downgraded my rating, as I am no longer able to complete any of the Plaza Quests. No buttons work (to put away or flip item) except the check mark one. Please fix this glitch.

it started out fun, then it just got to hard to buy anything. when you collect money from your building, it doesn't give you enough to accumulate. also the levels are way to hard and not enough rewards to help pass.. it's a cute game, but to hard to buy or accumulate money to buy more. the building and accessories are way to expensive.. Back to candy crush I go.. now that's an awesome game

I really enjoy this game most of the time. I love to be challenged but there are some levels that are very frustrating, for instance, levels where you encounter brand new obstacles but you are given little to no instruction on how to defeat them or the levels with multiple objectives that must be accomplished but you only get a very small number of moves to complete them.

I used to love this game but it's basically unplayable with the mandatory ads every few rounds. I wouldn't even mind except the ads with EXTREMELY SMALL x's in the corner after the ad view period make it impossible to play the game properly because they're near impossible to click. I don't want to be sent to the play store to download Pluto six times in a row because I can't click the world's most miniscule x. I want to play the game I downloaded.

Half a star! Once the novelty wears off the game gets boring. I got all the way to endless levels but it's not fun anymore. It takes nearly 30min for 1 heart to refill. Each level won you get a flat rate of 12 coins to use in updating the square with items starting at mid 100's. The expensive businesses placed in the square still has a low payout 6-12 coins every 6hrs. Yes, there's daily log in gifts and random bonuses but it's not enough to balance it.

Please fix login issue with Jam City. It won't show keyboard to enter email & password to save my progress!! This has been an issue for several months and not fixed yet! Come on, send an update to get this fixed. I've been playing this game for years, it's pointless to continue playing when it won't save my progress. Time to uninstall.

Not sure why sometimes the x just won't fall into the board. I've played this one level several times and I've had as many as 12 moves with no ability to win because the x never shows up. Honestly, it feels like they keep you on levels in order to build out more levels. So you're stuck playing and losing the same level over and over and over again for no apparent reason. Then all of a sudden it turns super easy...

I had no problem connecting to Arrendale earlier or getting my daily reward and now it says cannot connect to the server. Plus, I've been at 40,000 for months. It would be nice to use those for something, more buildings, people, etc. Also, it used to be 8 hours to get the stars, now its 16 hours. Not that it really matters since I've topped out at 40,000, but for new players, how chintzy can you get.

Enjoyable game even adults can find challenging. Whimsical and allows for adult fantàsy escapism. I wish there was a way to either lengthen the timed games or do away with them entirely. This is because I have a medical problem which makes it extremely difficult to accomplish without repeated attempts that can last weeks. Still I do find the game both challenging and relaxing.

Loved the game all the way to Endless 400+ levels. Then they decided to corrupted files and I lost all my power ups, 150+, and they said "sorry for the glitch." Can't get them back, can't delete and reinstall because it remembers the level. Can't Clear data and cache. Can't restart. So disappointed!!!!!!! 1/2/20 It happened again. Restarted entire game last time. Not this time. If you do t fix it and return my earned items, I am DONE!!

I've played this on and off for a long time. I've noticed how they finally improved some of the animations for the characters, however some of them weren't changed at all and need to. I bought the coronation dress for Anna, but during a game, her eyes seem off from each other and the dress seems very low quality compared to the enhancements to Anna and Elsa's original outfits. I would just appreciate if just as much effort was put into the purchased outfits/characters as the originals.

Level 2458 on infinite. Was a five star for many years, but recently they started adding more ads beyond the extra moves thing. For example, to get an extra 3 moves, you watch an ad, fair enough. Now you watch the ad and it returns you to the game, but then another ad runs for no reason. It also runs ads between levels sometimes, which is new. Might have to ditch the game, not worth it. I log in, get free perks at the plaza, play one game and exit. I watched more ads before, so they lose $$

This game started being a lot of fun and it looked just like the movie. The more it got updated the more it changed to look like all other mobile games. Everytime I changed phones I lost some if not all my progress, the last being that half the characters are locked, even the ones I paid to unlock! Contacting support gets you nowhere ever since they sold the game to a new publisher. Now I'm locked out and all my progress is gone!!

I really dislike the graphics update. The old graphics were more detailed, warmer. The new graphics look like the cheap TV version of the movie. Please restore them, even if they eat up the battery. The game froze over the weekend and would not restart. I had to delete all the data and reinstall it, but it recovered from my backup Google Play account. Thank you so much great feature wonderful game. Playing with the music on sound off is very relaxing. My only complaint about the backup is that it backed up my level but didn't back up the extra lives or other specials. Not a big deal at all.

The game is fun, addicting even. Most of the bugs that used to exist are fixed now. Definitely a battery drain, but that's because of the excellent graphics. However, it recently switched to near-constant 30+ second ads (you used to get banner ads or have to watch intrusive ads only to receive additional moves/lives/powerups, etc. and that was fine). It's now really unpleasant and overly intrusive.
