Still needs a ton of improvement.....frequently glitchy and freezes when you're about to win a level, still updating with more levels.... personality, i would have liked to have seen the developers have waited a bit before releasing. It was like they rushed it out. I love the game and all, but am getting really annoyed when it freezes right as I'm about to win a level. UPDATE- Gave another chance...still glitchy. Levels become so hard, you'll spend days in end trying to beat without spending $

Just a run-of-the-mill tile matching game to pass time, but with bugs that can make you lose levels, e.g. tiles overlapping, squares becoming voids. Unlike some reviewers though, I've found it's been easy to progress without spending a dime. My problem is they haven't made any puzzles after round 310, and I waited a couple of weeks for the new area, which is currently unfinishable, to even open. Kudos to the devs, but shame on Disney/Jam City for rushing out another mediocre product.

The game freezes up sometimes but a quick reopening of the application usually fixes the problem. The game is fun to play and can be played very quick without any problem on Motorola G7 power. Again, the experience may be different for each person. For me the game runs pretty smoothly with hardly any error. I experienced overlapping tiles as well if the game went too quick but i used that to my advantage to clear stages. The support for the game is with you all through the process.

The game is fun, pretty, and plays like other match 3 games. But each time I add a decoration, it locks up as soon as another speaking scene starts. I then have to kill the app in settings and open it again. I can play a level, add a decoration, and then it just locks up again. Two stars for the look of the game. But right now it's unusable to me.

Cons: This game USED to be fun. Too many glitches now. The game freezes WAY too often. And half the time it won't load. It's getting aggravating. Plus losing coins because the game decides to freeze. Not cool at all. Pros: Great graphics, fun music, vivid colors. Addicting once it actually works. Fix the cons and this game will be great again. Until then, I advise everyone to not waste their time downloading.

A good quality game. Lots of fun, but a few glitches that I'm sure will be worked out over time. Occasionaly, two jewels will overlap one another, and sometimes I have one move to win and it freezes up and I lose the level. Also, it kills battery very quickly. With all that said, I thoroughly enjoy the game and the story that goes along with it.

Love the game. But I've noticed the higher in levels I go, the more it glitches. I'm on level 1069 or something and since I hit 1000 it has really glitched a lot. Gems on top of each other, it doesnt recognize when I'm out of turns so it gets stuck and I have to back out of the game, clear my cache (i think that's what I mean) and restart the app, etc.

This game is frustrating more often than fun. Glitches aside, the levels are designed to rely on luck rather than skill or strategy- a ploy to force you into either spending money on boosts or being stuck on the same level for weeks at a time. When they give you infinite lives, the boost activates immediately rather than letting you choose- so it tends to be wasted if you don't have an hour and a half to sit there and play. Two part levels waste boosts as well, since they don't carry over.

I enjoy the game, but currently it has a tendency to freeze on my phone for no reason. It's very frustrating. Especially when it does it when I'm about to beat or could potentially beat a level. It will also take one of my lives when it freezes, which I hardly think fair since I couldn't finish my moves (I understand the program can't necessarily tell the difference between a freeze which requires a reboot of the game and a truly lost life, but it's annoying).

Level 3334I LOVE this game! It has beautiful graphics. The match games are challenging, maybe too much sometimes. I am a match game pro (self-evaluation-lol), and this one is my top choice because of the pretty colors. LOL. Kidding. Not kidding. But also because of the decorating aspects. The developers can't keep up with me. But I still play the match games even if no decor to spend it o. I do spend money from time to time but it's really reasonable prices. Try it!

Sub par to say the least. I'm on level 1304 and to beat the level I need green gems. I've played the level at least 15 times now trying to beat it and not once has it dropped green gems. I've had several other technical issues along the way but I've always shrugged it off because I figured its since the game was new. Please fix your technical issues. I'm getting really irritated and have started to lose my love for the game.

First game I've played where I couldn't wait to run out of coins. Seriously, really wanted to like this game. Engaging characters, great graphics, nice music. lousy developers though. Constantly reshuffling because it runs out of moves. Often two symbols are occupying the same space. Controls are totally wacky you never know whether they are going to allow you to make the play you intended. Bonuses often don't act the way they should. Game will totally freeze and you lose your progress if uninst

945 levels in and still loving it! I havent had to put any money into the game as there are plenty of opportunities to get free gifts to help beat levels. The levels are labeled as easy, hard and super hard so it keeps it challenging while still giving you a break for some easier levels. Designing the castle is another fun aspect of the game as well. Ive only run into one or two bugs, but customer service was great and had the problem fixed within 24 hours! Definately recommend it!!

I like the game, the missions and story lines. I normally enjoy putting a little bit of time into the game each day. But, the game has been unbearably glitchy lately. I cannot play at the moment due to how slow the graphics are loading. The glitches happen off and on frequently, typically resolving in a day or two. The game has been "stuck" in super slow-mo for over a week now.

Super cute game, and the graphics are amazing. The levels are not super hard but a few of them are challenging. But what really gets me is that, the game being true to it's name, Frozen, it does freeze. And it's not just mid game, it's when you finish a level, finally after 3 tries. I end up having to exit, play it again 2 more times to pass the level again. Then pray to God it does not freeze again.

I downloaded this while waiting for new levels on Disney Princess Majestic Quest and was surprised to find that it was superior in almost every way. Yes, it's glitchy and uses more of my phone's battery, but it always has enough levels to complete all the story quests available. Nearly every decision allows you to customize something, which makes it feel more personal. I also found that none of the levels got so hard that I needed to spend money on boosters.

i'm going with middle ground. I've reached the end of both the building and match 3 levels, so i'm just waiting. Matching levels are not really difficult, which is fine if the goal is to get snowflakes to advance your building level. At present, there are 280 matching levels and despite what the FAQs page tells you, each level ONLY gives you 1 snowflake once you pass it. Some levels are VERY glitchy. Tiles on top of others and levels completely freezing. Hope they fix and update soon.

I have enjoyed playing this game for a long time and on level 889. The game has always been glitchy where sometimes the gems freeze keeping you from swapping them out, or butterflies will not do what they are supposed to. It's never played flawlessly but it didn't bother me enough to stop playing. Now they put out an update to supposedly fix problems but everytime I play a game it freezes and I can close the popup to continue playing. I have to close the game after every game to play again.

It is impossible to get past level 198 cause the game says there is one ice thing left to remove but they have all been cleared. It has happened multiple times now so I'm stopping till they fix it. Otherwise it is a fun and addictive game with great graphics. Just dont touch the screen after you win until an option appears or the game will freeze.

The music is lovely and I like how the different characters each give different bonuses to a level, & how you can decorate different areas. I don't like getting totally stuck on a level. Or that, after months of not playing the game, I only get one little 5 min worth of a boost and no additional tools. Sure, it's a "very hard" level, but other games make it a little easier after 10 or so attempts. I've attempted this level probably 30 times. Impossible w/out spending money.
