As others have noted, I too am unable to access my reservation in the app, so it seems that printing the paper ticket will still be required.

Very disappointed that I can't link my e-tickets to the app after purchase. This is VERY strange. So much for upgrading prior to visit.

Should allow people to pull up reservations by inputting reservation confirmation number.... otherwise the app isn't very useful. It's a but frustrating to the email suggest downloading the app to access reservations, but you find out you can't actually access them.

rubbish app, i purchased tickets and you can't add them to your app so now we carry around bits of paper. bloody annoying and zero help no response when email.

Found the app really easy to use and a must-have for visiting the park. The map makes it easy to find everything and show times help you organise your day.
