A pretty good game, but the keyboard is not accurate. I had to go back often to fix 'misspelled' words. And, as always, loaded with ads, although it's 'only' $2.99. Some games want a LOT more than that to remove ads. I didn't try it on airplane mode, that sometimes will eliminate a percentage of ads. Personal choice if you want to play it.

Not that exciting of a game that I would pay for ad-free, but what made me uninstall it was the 30 second ads after every single level. Ridiculous! You would keep people around if you made the ads after every 5 rounds or even maybe every 3, but after every round, and 30 second ones, ABSOLUTELY NO! Even at the beginning you let it go every two rounds, but I think that only lasted until like round 5 and that's when I uninstalled it!

Great app if you like being bombarded with ads. I understand that you have to deal with some ads in order to get it for free, but this app is a little overkill with advertisement. They lure you in by keeping the first 2 or 3 levels ad free, then it's ads after nearly every level (some of which you can't skip). Might as well select the "bonus rewards for watching ads" option every time, because you're going to have to watch them anyway. Tired of me saying "ads?" I'm tired of watching them.

Great game! It definitely makes you think outside the box to figure out the answers. I'm giving 3 stars because with the update I've noticed repeated puzzles I already completed, and currently in the game there's no way to use built up coins, the only option for hints is to view an ad which I don't mind but it's nothing like the screenshots shown in the previews on this page. Keep up the great work with this game!

This app, although it has ads, isn't overrun by them, allowing me to focus on, and enjoy the puzzles Edit: As soon as I posted the review, I suddenly had 30 second ads after each and every puzzle, some of them could be skipped after 15 seconds, some couldn't. When it takes me five seconds to do the puzzle, I'm spending more time watching ads than playing. I get the devs need to be paid, and I'm all for watching a couple ads to help support, but this many? No thanks. Do better.

This is the most shameless word game I think I've ever had the mispleasure of playing. You want to continue in the game? Ads. You want to complete the daily challenges? You literally have to watch ads to do so. Every third word puzzle is an ad. The sheer amount of ads you go through, and the fact that the game constantly pressures you to watch them, makes it a chore to play.

I really really like this game. It's challenging and there r a ton of levels to keep me busy. BUT...I really think I may uninstall just due to being forced to watch an ad after EVERY SINGLE BOARD. I gave it 4 stars and that was a stretch. Just too too many ads. I refuse to pay to have them removed bcuz I get the fact that the bills need payed and yada yada, but this is just OVER-KILL and not being able to move on after beating a board bcuz of them is an unfortunate nuisance.

The game is exactly what I wanted, the puzzles were Soo much fun to figure out! However, I uninstalled it due to the ridiculous amounts of ads! Now by playing "free" games online, of course you expect SOME ads, and most of the time you can click your Back button about 5 times back-to-back and the "X" pops up in the corner so you don't have to watch the whole 30sec. BUT with this game, you can tap your Back button until you're blue in the face and it MAKES NO DIFFERENCE!!! 😡

Let me say this first, if there was not an unskippable ad between EVERY level, I would rate this game 5 stars. It is very well made and quite fun. I made it to about level 9 or 10 before the ads just became too much. I would probably be ok with an ad every 4 or 5 levels, but I am uninstalling it. If you like ads pushed in your face every 20 seconds then this is the game for you.

Game is super fun and challenging but you have to watch an ad after every game to be able to continue and that gets old. After completing the puzzle, you are supposed to be able to collect the prize with no ad or get 3x the prize if you watch the ad but, even when you choose the lower level prize and click next, it makes you watch the ad. I don't mind watching the ads (I am not paying money to opt out), but that's a bit excessive to me. So, I deleted this game and found a similar one to play.

Way too many ads. I know ads provide money and everything but there is no reason to give me an add after every single level. Hey I'm fine with an add on every other level but seriously every single level. And when u finish a level it asks you if you want to watch an ad to get more coins. Minus well as your about to get an add if you decline. I like the concept of the game though. A bit easy but very fun.

I was completely into it until the ads showed up. Complete a level? You get an ad you can't skip. Need a hint? You watch an ad that crashes and kicks you out so that you have to start over. The game doesn't save progress either. If you complete level 50 and exit out, when you come back, you will have to complete the level again. Too many ads and not worth the hassel or money. Uninstalled.

Easy 5 stars, but the ads. The beginning is cool and all since it's an ad every 5 levels or so, but after playing the game for like 10 minutes, the ads just become too much, one after every level, no matter the option you choose where it asks if you want 30 more coins or not. Mobile games these days; like I get ads give money to the company and all but it's too much.

I played dingbats a couple of years ago, and it was a lot of fun. I installed it to play again. The fun is ruined by the ads. For the first few puzzles (ie one to three word phrases=one puzzle), there are no ads. After about the 9th puzzle, you get one ad after nearly every single puzzle! Rarely, it's after two puzzles, which is still way too often! They basically force you into paying for no ads, so you can enjoy the game, which is not cool.

I couldn't take it anymore! By level 31 I realized I had spent easily twice the time watching ads than playing the game. All the riddles (up to 31 at least) were super easy. I don't mind ads normally, but 30 seconds of game and one minute+ of ads or "double reward with ad", etc was too much! Does it get more challenging? *Shrug* I won't waste anymore time to find out.

I love it. For those who think they know popular jargon/phrases, this game is for you. I enjoy the challenge of letters presented in various shapes and identifying the phrase based on that. There are ads between words, but the ad options provide points that can be used for hints and other aids when the words shapes become harder. Try it! For a person like me, with an older brain, this is the perfect game!!

Great job losing a long time player. Hadn't updated the app in awhile cuz if it isn't broke why fix it. Well the app wouldn't even launch forcing an update. Now there's an ad after every level and guess what?!?! the game crashes after that ad everytime. Turn the WiFi off and you can't play the app. WiFi on and crash city. If you wanted to no longer support an app just be transparent about it.

I had to play on airplane mode to avoid the RIDICULOUS amount of ads (there is needing to get revenue and there's harassment, this is definitely the latter). I played this app for a month and it never increased in difficulty. I was expecting some kind of challenge after a certain point but these "puzzles" are so easy. I don't see how any one with the intelligence of a middle schooler or higher could find entertainment in this app.

The game is very enjoyable,but the enjoyment stops very quickly because of thirty second ads after each play. Each play!!!!! This is ridiculous!!! Deleting!!!!!! Foolish me ,I thought that by now you would have fixed the ad problem, that is if you wanted to keep players but you haven't changed the game a bit,so I guess you didn't want to keep players or not this one.

It was good until the app stopped opening. The puzzles are fun and not too difficult. After having it for 1 whole day it stopped opening completely. I tried restarting my phone and checking my internet connection but those weren't the issue. The issue is the app, it won't open, all my other apps will open. I will keep the app to see if it works later, but I don't think it will.
