I feel like this could be a great app, but it is inaccurate. I've used G'gle maps to calibrate compass, I have a compass app also, and a real life compass as well. The app points in the wrong direction all the time; not by much, but enough that someone 60 miles away from a tower might have issues. My tower is 199 and it points 215 ALWAYS. It's noticeably off to the right, because I know the phone's geomagnetometer is fine. No magnetic interference. Maybe no one notices, but the problem is real.

Excellent app for those who want to kick the cable. I live in a remote area and have two antenns in my attic on rotors. This app helps me to maximize my efficiency. I'm tuning in 54 stations and have more alternatives if I re-aim the antennas. But current setup gives most stations with current settings. Great app, would highly recommend!!!

App saves you the time needed to research where near by DTV transmitter towers are at, as well as most of the time needed to find the optimum location and direction to place your antenna for best reception. Using the info provided by this app, it took about 7 to 10 minutes of fine tuning the position of the antenna and the TV rescanning for signal reception (four times total, which took up most of the time) for me to be done and watching a show. Very helpful, especially for newbies!

thid platform is very simple in structure... simple menu...simple but accurate maps and very easy to navigate! This app is actually quite efficient in responce to end-user input...no lag time! Excellent work putting this software app together! May i suggest (if youve not already) creating an app for 'building your own antenna(s)'... you know, the how to's, and picking the correct type of antenna design, and maybe some blueprints/measurements , materials needed lists, install/setup basics ? 😎

Good, Easy, Quick. I like the App. The information is good. I found the Digital signal towers in my region quick. The setup was easy once I figured out the best way to face my antenna. A couple of features that may help is content on different types of indoor and exterior antenna systems that either have built in features for best practice and troubleshooting if you dont have any original information from the antenna maker. Overall good app.

Very hard to use. I cant get the map to show the direction of my Antenna 📶 to help me orient it to get the most stations possible. Also needs♿ option to set larger text to make it easier use by vision impaired users 👥. A swift reply was from developer. I expect update to address herein noted 🗒 problems. This rating will be updated as the APP is improved. THANKS FOR READING 📖. "This developer appears to be on the right track" CHANGED FROM 2 TO 3 STARS.

I have given up on cable companies. They have stolen repeatedly and I said " no more, enough is enough." I now have free tv with quite the reduction in channels received. I bought an antennae(close the size of a piece of paper.)to use till I can figure out how to receive cable without being nickel and dimed to death.(not prime stations but just normal cable stations)direction for antennae is critical. Having this guide to direction saves time. Thank You for good app. it definitely helps.

The app worked nicely for me as I am located in a rural area of Worcester County, Maryland, USA, near the Virginia border. The app clearly showed the towers that would be most beneficial. I'd like to see more clarity regarding the actual map location of the various tower locations as this could help me decide how to point the antenna to receive the most from any cluster antenna groups. Thank you for the improvements made in this fix. I can readily see the towers as requested.

I put two 60 mile antennas inside my attic, because there are two clusters of broadcasts in different directions. Due to the accuracy of this app, I set them up, left all my tools and supplies in the attic, so I could go check the TV's and come back and move or adjust everything. Once I checked, I was annoyed that I didn't bring everything down when I came the first time! 10 miles south of Richmond, VA, I now have 35 channels- on the first attempt!

Only a casual user, but it's a great app! I have been "tech'ed" to death over the last 45 years (albeit fun), and my preference was always software, then applications, then apps, that got me job done fast, right, and with no hassles. This product does just that. It works as it was intended, delivers exactly what it claims (without fail), and doesn't have the unnecessary "fluff" (that a lot of apps seem to have) that gets in the way of simple delivery of the desired result. 👍

Finally, I don't have to look at a website, open the compass, and line things up. Now I can just point the antenna in the direction this app gives me. One app to do everything. It lists what is available, the distance from the transmitter, and points to that transmitter. Easy, just line up your antenna with the arrow and watch!

I think I installed every app out there to help me align my antenna, even the "name brand" apps like the one from antennas direct, this is by far the best one. Simply put it in front of you antenna and turn then until the arrows are all pointing in the right direction (this will make more sense when you use it). As with all the apps, make sure your compass is calibrated.

The app does show towers on the map but the directional arrows only "point" in the list view. How about just put the directional arrow on the user's location on the map and point at the towers as the phone is turned to indicate the direction the antenna needs to point. It seems so simple ! Yet, NOBODY, does this. I have tried all kinds of these antenna apps. All were mediocre at best. Try the suggestion above, You will have the best antenna app on the planet !!

best antenna app I've seen. still a few hiccups, but more likely due to my ancient phone. (Samsung galaxy 3). Keep up the good work! Still love your app, but the link provided to calibrate my compass only leads to general information about Google locations. The word Compass does not appear anywhere on that page. I upgraded it to the pro. Am I missing features? Only the ads are turned off. Tnx for listening ;-) !

I never leave reviews, but was inspired to do so for this app since it was just so simple to use and perfectly designed. You just tell the app where you are and it shows you which way to point your antenna to reach the nearby towers using a simple arrow. When you're hanging on to your chimney 30 feet off the ground trying to point an antenna, ease of use is very much appreciated. Excellent app!!!

This app saved the day for me. Was trying to watch one of the biggest college football games of the season when cable went out. I connected my HD antenna and kept pointing it to where I thought was the logical direction to get the station but it wouldn't work. I found this app and it indicated an alternative direction which was totally accurate. I'm a fan.

Extremely useful. If you don't know where your local TV transmission towers are, you will waste time orienting your antenna to get a nice signal. The finder is GREAT! I recommend an OUTSIDE antenna of some kind, set up as high as possible & as clear of obstruction as possible. With HDTV, of course, gone are the days of picking up an out of town "snowy" analog picture, passably watchable. Now it's just glitch after glitch, all or nothing. The finder can help avoid that.

This app is well done. For many of those people who do not have cable, it's extremely handy, and helpful. Being able to know where all the channels are and able to move around with phone/tablet and the app automatically tells you what stations are in that direction, how many miles, etc. So if you're one of those people trying to adjust a antennae, this app does the job perfectly to know where to put it 👍 up for the thought and creation to developer!Being able to WATCH T.V that wld add icing 2it

Excellent, easy to understand. I thought I was just going to experiment with moving the antenna a few degrees at a time, then rescan for channels with the TV. I'm pretty well spoiled to Netflix and Amazon streaming, but there are times I'd like to see regular broadcast TV. I am located in a very rural area with lots of tall trees, but the house had a tall antenna tower with electric rotor system when we purchased. What was going to take all day or longer will now be possible in an hour! Having the degrees and the channel numbers to plug in is awesome!

I like this app. It finds tv broadcasting antennae accurately and I like the way the arrow points to show you where the antennae is for each channel. We go "camping" once a month for about a week and this app really comes in handy if we want to watch tv in our camper. Of course, the signal must be strong enough so I wish the app showed signal strength. I paid (currently $3.99) for the app because I want to use it in multiple locations and apparently you only get one location without charge.
