Very bad experience, I was regular customer of digit insurance but some how reason I could not renew the poly on time and when I tried to doing it renew one inspection of car was sought for . In this connection I had shoot video of the car as directed and uploaded several time bu the insurance authorities rejected on a baseless reason ultimately my insurance was not renewed. This is very complicated system and insurance authorities not cooperated at all. Very bad experience for me

I downloaded this App for my mobile cover. They asked contact details during installation ande thereafter no any mobile protection plan available. Only life, car insurance are there. Now expecting spam calls n messages 😔

Very 3rd class service, they just made fake promises to get customers. After that they just don't care. Please don't go with digit very very cheap service.

Post payment confirmation on website, it doesn't provide the insurance documents on the next page. Instead you have to download their buggy app. Use experience is very bad

Worst service not giving claim properly negotiating... on top of that not paying money....talking as if they settle the issue....not stick on word.. I haven't come across such bad experiences in vehicle insurence Every day I have been calling them yet not responding well...I lost my patience...

Wost induration platform, they don't even need a reason for the policy cancellation, they just informs any issue to backend team and they will say we can't do any thing as they(back end) they have refused your reason with out any reason.

Very unprofessional and false people they have. They don't have any transparency and always giving false information. They are not with up to the words and written. They always deviate with their things. Complete fraudulent activities they perform. They are writing false information in mail and then providing another level of false data and services. Kindly do not buy godigit insurance or any financial services. Your money will not be safe at all. UNSFE, FRAUDS, FALSE AND NO TRANSPARENCY.

There was a mistake during KYC, and the name of the policy got changed,I am requesting the team, provided all the details. There are rejecting the request with auto forward mails. Every time I tried to contact helpline,I have to explain everything from the start.This was the first time I have brought this insurance. I am feeling that I have made the worst choice. I don't know, if there technical team is qualified enough to solve the problems, or they don't know how to solve the customer problem.

Worst insurance company ever, I have opted cashless claim for hospital but their investigation team don't even bother to contact because of them the OT is being delayed after calling customer care they just talking lies. Not happy with the service.

Even though user friendly to use. It doesn't always work correctly. 95% of time you can't access even if you have policy bought from app. Only nb journey is good enough.

This is the worst kind of insurance company. I have corporate insurance with them, and this company is making it so difficult to submit an OPD claim for which my complaint is paying. They simply lie about sending emails with more information and tell me that a special from the relevant team will call me shortly, which was again a lie as no called me.I have sent them multiple emails without any proper response from them. Please don't do insurance with them, go for Akco at least they communicate.

Is a big NO to this company. This insurance company provides a disappointing service. One of their agents, Mr. Raju from Hyderabad, has shown a lack of professionalism. He hasn't bothered to call or answer our calls to discuss important details, leading to signing off on insurance without covering accident areas. Even his manager, Arjun, has not responded to our calls. This has been one of the worst experiences we've had, despite paying for full coverage.

I renewed the car insurance policy on 17 June 2024 and today is 12 July yet policy is not reflecting in the digit app and parivahan app as well. Even customer care executive is not helping they just say it is reflecting. I even shared screenshot on mail but they don't care. I won't recommend digit insurance due to these kind of responses.

This app is traumatic. There is no way to track the claim status within the app. The whatsapp bot always say your claim is settled, while I keep getting emails asking for more documents. They have many other fancy features like cibil score, hra calculator etc. in their insurance app, but the very thing of claim tracking is absent . I remeber using ackp app and how seemless and hasslefree their claim processing was. This is pathetic. Digit Insurance 🙏

I purchased online bike insurance. I enter only my vehicle no. Rest the app filled up automatically. There's mistake in vehicle no., type and in my name also. I couldn't change them online. So I called the customer care. They told me to send me a email to cancel the policy and buy a new one. I did it on the same day of purchasing the policy. But the didn't give me full refund. Out of ₹1138, I got only ₹990. Whereas I had not done any mistake, it was from there side.
