I'm using this application from last one week and I'm not able to use my digistore24 account on my laptop and mobile browser because every time, I login to digistore24 account it asks for two step verification but notification of this application's two-step verification is not there, due to which I am not able to log into my account. So this app is not working friendly.

It takes 3-4weeks before i log-in again in this app thru my laptop and mobile. But when i log-in right now in my laptop it asking for two way verification to my mobile but it didn't give a two way verification on my mobile account. And the apps was not so friendly as of today than before the updated the apps because it is easily to navigate on those products you affiliates on mobile account, but today was so hard to navigate. I really disappointed on this app.

Love the "kaching" sound when a purchase comes in. Only use the app for that function. Other than that, the display of the stats are very mediocre. The browser can do even better. And hope that you can anchor the currency to just USD. Or display a currencies at once. Thanks for this app.

Digistore24 itself might be great, but the app is fairly useless when you're starting out. There's no way to get to the product marketplace from the business cockpit, & the authentication process makes logging in almost impossible from a mobile device, since there's no way to continue after verifying...u have to back out, which takes u back to login page. It might be great for long term users to have all sales &products in 1 place, but if u havent sold anything, its useless.

I don't know if I'm do it right "I’ve been trying to use Digistore24 for my business, and I have to say that my experience has been rather frustrating. When I first signed up, I was excited about the platform’s potential and the possibility of making things easier for my business. However, it hasn’t lived up to expectations. I can't log into my account on my computer. The message don't appear on the app to approve. I am wondering how you manage to make this a two factor authentication. It's just boring. Change the two factor authentication and bring either phone number or something else. I don't also know whether you are trying to prevent me from getting access to my own account. Disgusting

absolutely no instruction unless you get the pro. i would not have paid if i knew it was not an Amozon product, and 197 more. what a rip off. I would like a refund. very misleading. I'd give it a zero if I could. not a satisfied customer. I thought I was buying from Amazon. not digital 24. I would like a full refund please.. I'm just another disappointed customer from digital 24. you hide cost. not good. you play tricks on people and manipulate them to buy your products. not cool refund please

I can't see nothing in app like new products I have to know the product name do I have an old app it tells me nothing I need help and I can't get no real person to help for a beginner I can't see the hottest products I dont understand how to pull the sale material and there's no instructions in the app

I have been trying to set up the 2 step authencator and I believe it is not working, this is ridiculous every time I go to digistore 24 on line it prompts me to set up 2 step authentication I'm extremely frustrated 😠 😡

This is difficult to navigate. There is no home button and Its very confusing to figure out searching products. You need to Add A Home button and a separate button for Products.

Yes I'm not sure this will work when I had an offer for $30 without A proxy Code and also I end up paying $67 that's fine. but later the same app ask me to pay 197$ instead of $500, That's absolutely fine and I clicked Yes the app congratulated me, And the app went on repeated everything again and ask me to click another $197 Payments but I lost it whowww is this going to be real. I ask, I think there's an error on the system. I will try again.

Thank goodness, I received a helpful assistant yesterday, but I also received laryngitis too. I agree with many other frustrated affiliates that there could be more guidance on the pages to direct us step by step. Chris, the mentor, did great until he taught us the most crucial thing. The actual set up of clicks for our sales talk page and then the video the buyer sees. Each was not empathized slowly enough. Also, his screen was too blurred and dark.

This app has major issues. I can't do anything on it. It keeps trying to load and shows me nothing. I've had my page on Instagram for 3 days and not a single view or sale has been logged on this app. Very frustrated and the email help team hasn't been any help. About to cancel all this and get my money back.

horrible. can't find anything about 2FA; it's all too small the text the imagery is all too small on a cell phone you can't see anything!!!!!!!!!!! I have to wear two pairs of glasses just to have a snowball's chance in hell of seeing anything; everything in the digistore app is too small you can't see anything in the digi store app the videos offer just a blur of motion

When I try to login to Digistore24 it asks me to confirm two-factor authentication in the Digistore app but I can never find a way to do that in the app I still cannot access my account. I see the notification flash across the top of my phone but can never find the place to confirm. Very poorly designed app from the user interface perspective for two-factor authentication.
