When I got to know about this app, I was amazed that I no longer need to carry my important documents with me. But the repetitive logging out from the account and continuous failures when trying to login has disappointed me!! There is no use of this app if I am unable to access my account when needed in emergency!! Too many issues/bugs need to be solved/fixed. I request the respective authority to rework on the app and make it easier for the user.

I am facing a lot of problems while signing in as I am already a registered user but when I am trying to access my documents it's simply showing no internet connection...Now if somebody will talk about my weak network connection so let me clear this to all of you I did tried several times from different tablets but still this has been an unsolved issue

Bad update experience. This app shows driving license and other such important documents for which supportability should be for all Android versions and it stopped working with my android 9. This should be taken care by its app developers. I am editing after your reply of asking detail. So my problem is that I was unable to get an update for my digilocker app in my android 9 smartphone. Developer is not reading my review correctly. Also the app is asking to switch off developer- annoying.

What's wrong with these government's apps, First mParivahan now digilocker, the app keeps asking to turn off the developers options settings, enabling developers options is very crucial for some of the Android users & I am one of them, I emailed mParivahan developers but they replied that "the problem is solved with the updated version", which in false, I emailed back again stating the fact with screenshot, still waiting for their reply, now they are gonna do the same with digilocker. 1stJun2024

For some reason i have been getting error "switch off developer mode" and app has not been loading/ opening. I restarted phone even uninstalled the app, and reinstalled but same error. How to switch off "developer mode" which does not come with any other app on android

Can this thing even work without crashing and logging me out ? Edit : Instead of getting better, the app doesn't even work now. Constantly showing technical errors while logging in, logging me out, abrupt session timeouts and crashing multiple times.

Very bad app doesnt open when you want it to. Even when you are signing in it gives lots of errors like no internet! And you have to start again. Nonsense app. Better to carry your cards. Developer response: Dear User, We regret the inconvenience that you experienced. We request you to download all your issued documents onto your mobile device so that you can show these documents to the officials in case of emergency. .......See what response tgey give and they are promoting this at airports !

This is really an wonderful application, but in time it rarely comes in work. Whenever I need any document urgently, it shows there is an update available. But this is not an issue, the main issue is, each time the update comes- it logs out automatically. Please solve the issue. Thank you

Why turn off developer options to work with this? if you can't implement security features and depend on developer settings to be off, then you need to hire other developers! The only app from a lot which forced to turn off developer options. There are wallet apps which don't force to, but this document attached storage app does

The app stopped working if developer mode is turned on . My phone always has developer mode turned on since I want to have a lesser animation .. and also display the touch input . I hate this change . Kindly go back to how it was

It's a really good initiative but very poorly implemented and maintained. Application is full of bugs. It kicks you out randomly while using the app saying unauthorised access, please sign in again and then don't allow you to sign in again saying no internet connection even when all other apps and everything else on the phone is working fine on the same internet connection.

One star for one major reason and one minor. One - The app at times will log you off for no apparent reason and you will have to go through a very long process of logging in and downloading all the saved documents. Very nasty at times of emergency. Two - It asks you to disable the developer options in order to open the app. Why?

An amazing app, which once updated stopped working! Why do you need to keep updating app's when it works fine? The only thing that comes up is a message, "App has stopped working, do you want to send a bug report". The app just shows 2 lines, before starting, and it closes automatically. Nothing happens other than the app getting shut automatically.

You broke this perfectly functioning app. The recent updates to the app has made it worse. Each time i access it within a few mins. I get message "unauthorized sign in" and I have to start over. Secondly. All my documents are missing and I have to readd them. Lastly, having dependencies on Digilocker has proven disastrous for me in recent time due to frequent log outs, sign in issues and missing documents. Am back to carrying my documents.

Digilocker has the potential to be a very useful app for storing important documents. However, my experience has been marred by frequent crashes and bugs. The app crashes way too often, especially when trying to access or upload documents. This makes it very frustrating to use and unreliable.Overall, I would recommend Digilocker with reservations due to the crashing issues. Hopefully, the developers will address these problems and make the app more user-friendly.

Unreliable app. You get logged out of application automatically without any reason so that when you acces it in case of emergency you will have to go through the long sign in process again. Even if you save the documents offline, you won't be able to access them without login again. Which is useless in case of an emergency. Why do you even provide option to save documents offline if it is useless? Not recommended to anyone to use this app in an emergency. A normal government app😵‍💫

I have been using digilocker since long time. It was all good until I updated the app. It did not work after the update even after clearing cache and data. I uninstalled it and tried to reinstall. Now it says that it cannot be installed on my device. I am running Android 9 in my phone. I tested it on Android 10, it is found working. All my apps are supported on Android 9. Why such an important app stopped working on Android 9. Tried to raise complaint. Not allowed. It said - Android 9:no support
