It is a good calendar app with nice looking widgets. But on Samsung S10+ with latest updates, the widgets stop working after a time. They will fail to load. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall DigiCal. I have tried their suggestions on their support page, and the widgets still fail to load after a time.

I like being able to view the calendar weekly, monthly, yearly or like agenda. I prefer weekly. It is so easy to enter items. You can color code on going thing's or reminders which I recommend. This has been a great help for me above and beyond the calendars installed in your phone. One of about six apps I have purchased and it has already paid for itself keeping me on track.

Still loving DigiCal+ calendar. I use it multiple times a day for reminders, complicated scheduling, keeping notes, reviewing in day, week, fortnight, month and year formats. Too many useful features to describe, I find it invaluable in keeping my work and personal life in order, if be lost without it.

Love it and use it for all my scheduling with six different calendars. At first, I was somewhat disappointed with the app. Now that I have given it fair time to explore, I have discovered a plethora of features. I love the widget too. This app is one of the handful of apps that I will always use and keep.

Good, typically smooth UI. I appreciate that the focus is just on calendar, since in my experience adding tasks, etc ends up just meaning 10 more clicks to get to the same thing. Also appreciate the 1 time upgrade (vs subscription) that's mostly for aestheics and ad removal. Makes me a lot more willing to upgrade when I actually get to use 90% of the app beforehand

Just uninstalled three apps that previously gave me what I always sought in one -- and with a charcoal dark, adjustable theme. Your calendar app gives me all the features and tweak-ability, and tools; with ease of use and accuracy I desire! 5 stars! [Request: ability to scale fonts, rather than choose a designated size]

I purchased the full version. Unfortunately, the widgets no longer work properly, ie. freezing, going completely blank with a error message and contact email. I have emailed more than once and nothing had been done yet, troubleshooting isn't the solution. Every time a refresh or restart is done, the widgets forget how to do life. I would LOVE to be able to update this review to something wonderfully if the issues get resolved.

The BEST! Very versatile. Have had and used it for several years. Highly recommend this app.i have a Note 9. I use a widget on my home screen to show appointments for the next few days. However had to stop using it because it kept stopping. This started after Samsung sent out a update a year or two ago.. Help?

Too many errors. When I copy paste events they change times even after I pick the time. If I open my Google calendar, it resets all the colors in digiCal. I have to change them all back and rid a waste of time. Also I noticed all my old events have disappeared from past years even though my calendar is synced to save everything. Added calendars that I've purchased in the past have disappeared and reappeared. Tired of all the errors so I downloaded a new calendar app today.

Love this app! This is def my fav calendar. The entire calendar is customizable. From colors to fonts. U can also use only the day or agenda view if u prefer. The digiCal+ is definitely worth the upgrade. I've used it for almost 2yrs and ystrday was the first time I had a problem. They were quik to respond. Issue was resolved in less than 24hrs. I was so happy bc I didn't want to use another app. Thank you to digiCal developers!

UPDATE 10/10/20 -Just purchased a New Pixel 4a and this app is not designed to work with the newer versions of android. Contacted dev, still waiting on a response !! I hope to be back to saying, Best Calendar App I've Ever Owned !!! Not perfect but i do like, different colors for different events etc.. Some aspects are not as user friendly as I'd like.. Also there is no way to delete multiple calandar events which takes Forever. All in all I'm happy with.. This paid app has decent upgrades !!

Almost perfect. I love everything about this app, except one major issue for me. Editing an existing appointment is much more difficult than other calendars. Most other calendars allow to just touch an existing event in day mode or week mode and simply drag and drop it where I need it. This app makes me go into the actual event to make a time edit which is frustrating and annoying. This can be an amazing app with just that missing feature.

This combines a dozen calendars for me, seamlessly. I love that it's interface is very straight forward & intuitive. I've been using this for 2 years, the paid version for 18 mo. Never had an issue. When I did have trouble starting up the paid version I was actually able to get support - as in a live person to talk with. Secondarily, the themes are modern looking and aesthetically pleasing to me, though functionality is my main concern the designs are a nice plus. Nothing negative to say whatsoever. Worth it.

I've been using Digital since 2016 and it has yet to disappoint. There are indeed various widget styles to choose from - there's one to suit every need, from a total breakdown of your day to an overview of the whole month. I use both the month and agenda views on my homescreen. It's by far my favorite calendar app for Android and I highly recommend it.

I love this. The interface is easy, not clunky. The at-a-glance features are perfect. I can even add a link with directions for the location. This is the best calendar I've ever used, and makes all others I've purchased in the past look like a waste of money. If I had to give a critique, I would like it to be just a little bit more customizable, in terms of looks, etc. Like a picture as the background, or icons for certain events like Dr. Appointments, dentist, etc. Great app, though! Thanks.

This app is really acting up. I am a paid premium customer from way back and Digical is NO LONGER SENDING ME NOTIFICATIONS! Needless to say that this is a huge issue. I am unable to locate certain preferences (or they've been removed). How do I change the color of my entries? I used to be able to use Preferences fairly easy until now .

05/05/2021: Five years & 2 mobile phones later, I STILL love DigiCal+. It's flexible, has great features & works PERFECTLY for my very busy schedule. The only improvement I'd like is to be able to associate Reminders with various sounds; if a Reminder is REALLY important I set an alarm on my phone. STILL highly recommended! 11/18/2016: DigiCal app helps me to keep my life organized and sane. (In fact, I was so pleased with this app, I purchased DigiCal Plus!) Highly recommend!

When choosing notification sound, wish I could choose from ringtones the and not notification sounds. That way, it wouldnt shut off until I acknowlege the alarm. The way it is now, I can easily miss the one-time sounding of the alarm. But I do like the many other choices available in the preferences and I like the widget.

Poor updating has caused this once-great app to fall from 5 stars, to 3, in my opinion. Among other issues, this app doesn't display HTML, which is now available in Google Calendar. Widgets are nice on tablet or smartphone. Extra features such as mapping locations. Better new event entry workflow than Google's Calendar app (but no HTML). As with any calendar, would be worth the cost of I could quickly link to contacts, tasks, notes (Evernote?), and files (whether local or in the cloud).

I've tried dozens of calendar apps & this one is by far the best. I have high expectations & this one met them all. The widget is beyond compare, & it even has an amazing weekview with options to set to your preferences. No other app had weekview options! Would love to see support for Proton calendar added.
