Worst Mobile Banking Experience. Even after registrating my Mobile num and mail id it still shows error mobile number and mail id not linked. Definitely not an user friendly app. I don't want to give even single start rating.

Cannot use fingerprint scanner to login on my device. Everytime i have to enter a password. I have turned on use fingerprint scanner every time but no benefits.

Worst experience ever. I have been a customer since 2016,but 5 days back they have restricted my account by giving reason wrong neft done. Their customer care number is not working. It was very good but now a days it is a headache. Kindly unfreeze my account so that i can close it.

While opening Debit card page popup msg shows "Oops! Something went wrong. Please try again after sometime." Pressing OK this app get stuck with white background. It's been more than 2 weeks.

Worst and worthless banking service I am an existing dbs bank customer. Since few months I'm trying to open a new dbs account but I failed to do so , even I can't b able to complete video kyc due to technical error from that banking side,customer service phone number are also not working.

One of the worst apps I have come across among global banks. It's tedious and a time waste even to conduct simple transactions. I will most likely close my account with DBS to avoid the headache.

I Like Dbs Banking so i started to open account and activated.But now i trying to transfer funds within app but not working jus authenticating.... But not happening.I even tried connecting phone pe and google pay but that to not connecting its keep on saying wrong otp

The opening of the account and initial transactions were smooth. But now for some stupid reason they frozen my account temporarily and asking me to submit my documents. Very unsatisfactory.

Most third class and worst bank ever . Revising the min monthly balance fees terms without concerning the cst 😕, every month money gets reduced from your account without your consent. Also their refund processing is superslow. Worst experience in the banking and support too. No proper response,no proper resolution. Gonna close my account for sure.

I am using this since 4 to 5 years and having quite a good experience. However today it gives error of "register a new device" which their call center agents are also don't know about. Have to reinstall the app... Hope this resolved soon.

was promised a zero balance account while opening the account and have seen the ads aswell for the same and they have changed me for non maintenance of AMB. one of the worst banks, planning to close the account

Worrst app .. update also done but app not working properly.. always says 8001 oops error.. LVB Bank app performance is best.. but DBS is says safty bank in Asia.. but mobile banking app not working many customers says this problem

Today I have just update app after that app is not opening and showing this message like this device is likely infected with malware or ... then there button for how to secure and another button is close app. I request you plz help

The app is not letting me login. After providing the password, app closes by itself. This is happening for past 1-2 months. Reinstalling the app doesn't work, tried it already many times.

As a new user of the DBS Bank app, my experience has been nothing short of disastrous, earning it a mere 1-star rating. Despite diligently completing the full KYC process by visiting a branch, my account was inexplicably blocked after just one transaction. The most disappointing aspect, however, was the abysmal customer support. Their lack of responsiveness and assistance only exacerbated my frustration. I strongly advise potential users to seek out alternative banking options.

Stop requesting to use fingerprint everytime we login. If we want, we can turn it on setting. I have Password for better security and not convenience. It is so annoying that everytime we login, you request us to use a fingerprint. Useless bank

The user interface is easy and convenient. Initially had few problems regarding VPA and UPI but it took them 10days to resolve. The fastest way to get the attention of the customer support is to write a review in the play store. Customer support and features are just adequate , hopefully they improve it going forward. DBS Singapore set a higher expection which is not met by DBS India yet . I have been using it for the past 5 months and overall the experience is good enough

I use this for day to day banking and reasonably satisfied . App's working just fine. BUT, BUT UPDATE 1: The log in screen is a complete mess. Each and every time I have to select 'I'm In', then a lot of ads will come and then finally the password screen will appear. Too disturbing and irritating especially when you are in a hurry.

Last 3 months facing problem with this app internet banking. Complaint raised to customer care through phone call and mail. No response from them. Worst service and they don't care about their customers. Wasted time. Don't use this bank. U can just hold the account. You can't use it. U will suffer lot and if any issues they can't rectify. Useless banking app and useless technical team. If i can post the screenshot I can post all their replies. Worst service.
