I have tried this app twice , in the 2 times I had the worst ever experience with with the level of cars; or the action and attitude of the drives .FURTHERMORE, THE OVERCHARGE WITHOUT ANY REASON OR RATIONAL.. the WORST THING EVER IS THE AUTOMATED CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO REALLY UNLIKE ANY OTHER APP DO NOT EXERT THE MINIMUM LEVEL OF RETURNING THE CUSTOMER'S RIGHT . I AM TOTALLY AND COMPETLEY DISAPPOINTED..not recommended at all.

A driver started a trip without me, I went to the help center and Didi concluded that my report did not match the description of the trip in an instant. I tried to find the chat option to no avail, and I looked online for other customer support helplines and it only recommends the options I already used. The whole process has been rather frustrating and unpleasant.

The app's integration of a language switcher is a highly anticipated feature that would significantly improve the user experience. The current requirement to alter the device's language settings to change the app's language is cumbersome and not user-friendly. Also, please simplify the process of contacting customer service, as it's currently too difficult.

This app has became awful and not safe The app: So many glitches as the app make errors related to assigning the pick up point to the driver Also if there is 2 stop points it automatically delete the first point after staring the trip and this happend to me and some of my friends too The drivers: most of the cars now are dirty, and how you accept a car that has the BACK DOOR UNABLE TO OPEN FROM THE INSIDE !!! this happened so many times over 7 rides

The app will not accept credit cards. I went to the website as the developer suggested. I did not find a link to contact support. There has been no response from support via the app. I used credit cards without a problem until I got a new phone and set up the app on it. I won't be spending more time with this. Indriver and Uber are easier and they respond to support requests.

OK driver experience but the app charged me $15 for a $5 toll road. uninstalling. 6 months later and Didi is STILL overcharging toll roads by default. Everyone please check your invoices. Tried installing Didi again. They have fixed the toll Problem but instead they routed the driver along the longest route and then charged an extra $20% over the estimate. Not cool.

I've had this app for almost a year, and I enjoy the restaurant selection on the food side, as well as the security measures on the ride side. But I do not like when the app cancels your ride or food order and it takes almost a week to get your money back, So if you order a pizza for example, and the restaurant is closed but didn't update the app, you have to pay double or more if you want to reorder. Who wants to pay double on plus tip and delivery fee for something that originally cost half?

The app charged me a trip that I didn't take for a huge amount. It was charged to my credit card and the "Help Center" on the app doesn't contact you with someone that you can talk with. The app is not safe and seems that steals your credit card information to simulate that you are on a trip when that never happened. They said that are investigating the issue and replied that a user (that has my name) took the ride. Don't attach your credit card or please review every ride that you took.

I installed the English version. I asked Didi to send e-invoices to my company. It didn't. I went to Japan and it switched to the Chinese version. It didn't store receipts in this version. I contacted customer service to help switch back: no one there could read so they answered things I didn't ask for. 3 times. Desperate, I reinstalled it and now I had a Japanese version. Still can't get my old version back with my history on it.

Driver canceled my ride after parking at the wrong address which not only added a cancelation fee but also kicked me to dynamic pricing, increasing my price by 30%. Then, it also added surge pricing (40% more), all because this driver canceled and forced me to look for another ride at a later time. I asked for a refund or discount and they refused, saying that since the trip started and ended where I asked, they won't refund me, despite the reasoning making perfect sense. Don't use this company.

Gui very large and hard to use. Big buttons cover the map so I can't see the pickup location. The map occupies such a small piece of the screen it's difficult. Then I drag the map over and it starts changing my pickup location and it's very hard to get back in the right spot because I can't see the part of the map where I am physically located because it's behind big buttons.

The app is great and easy to use except for 2 issues. 1 - for some reason, I could not tip my first driver, which is terrible because she was phenomenal. I have been able to tip every driver after her though. Weird 2 - it's good to have the cash option for when the electronic payment system is not working, but it doesn't work far too often. Part of the reason why I use apps like this is to avoid having to carry cash. So the feature is cool, but its annoying to need it so often.

A lot of drivers cancel the trip after having me waiting on them and them almost reaching my pick up location. I rely on them to get to work and get my son to school. This has caused me to be late several times. Drivers should be sanctioned for canceling a trip they accepted to do. Just like we get charged a cancelation fee. They should as well. That way they stop canceling unless it's a justified emergency. This will definitely bring your rating up. I will not change my rating until fixed.

The gps they give needs improvement and with the cancel trips. Most drivers seem to take long routes and back track before pick ups. Time can go from 9 minutes to 20 mibutes since the go in circles before they pick you up. And if you help then with texting them a faster route they seem to be unfriendly. And you can not cancel because if you do you need to pay for it. That part needs to change. If drivers take routes that are poor in gps we should be able to cancel with no fee.

The app needs improvement on food deliveries. It only has pre written complaints. My order was delivered with the soda in the same bag as the hot food, and one small package of ketchup for my fries. I couldn't enter any of this. You can't enter special instructions for the restaurant. I have a coupon from a prior issue, it can't be used, and the app never tells you before final check out. App needs a lot of improvements.

This app is always rejecting my debit card. It asks to enter the amount that is on hold on my card for verification and when I enter the exact amount that appears on my bank account it rejects it. My card had already been accepted before, which I also had struggled with, and all of a sudden it told me it needed verification again. You can't contact customer service through the app because it just sends you to articles and won't list any numbers to contact someone directly.

Payment system needs a lot of work. My credit cards often won't go through. Multiple banks says it's Didi. Deleting/adding cards again doesn't help. Reaching customer service is impossible. They need shared family billing like Uber. Favorite Places don't work if you block location permissions. Selecting another pickup location outside of where you are is a big hassle too. The rates are cheaper, otherwise I wouldn't put up with all the shortcomings. Why don't you accept Discover???

App works great except for one thing: it is far too easy to cancel a ride just by hitting the wrong thing on the screen. This especially affects new users. There needs to be a confirmation screen that pops up on a cancellation that says, "Are you sure you want to cancel this ride?" with Yes and No buttons. The No button would return you to the requested Ride screen with the map. The app should cancel the ride only after the Rider has clicked on the confirmation screen.

**Update, removing 5 star review as I can no longer use the app. I keep getting an error saying online payment unavailable. Reached out to support and they asked for a pic of the error and for me to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. However, they closed my issue before I could even respond. I have tried to get additional support but cannot. Super disappointed. Great service and usually cheaper than the competition. A must have app while in Mexico.

I was in China for 3 weeks and used this app often. You can use English or Chinese for pick up and destination names and addresses. It is very inexpensive to use this app in China. The average cost for a 30 minute ride was around $2.50 USD, sometimes I felt guilty for paying so little!! The cars are clean and they give you the color and license number before driver arrives. Forget about taxis and metro. You know exactly how much you pay in advance and they are safe and very convenient.
