Worst delivery app EVER. Cheap, but that doesn't allow them to have a poor customer service, couriers can easily get away with being rude, not delivering the food or plain "missing" items of your delivery. Uber it's just CENTS more cheap than Didi and still whenever I have an issue they refund and resolve it right away... Didi asks you to wait 24 hours to refund you A DOLLAR (not kidding) for a delivery worth TWENTY TWO dollars which is a coupon so you cannot use it with another one.

Terrible service, had to wait more than one hour for my food to arrive, Also when you cancel your order via debit/credit card they tell you it will be returned within 7 days and it never does. Just another way to steal your money, they do not give you credits in exchange of the money they take from you and you just have to wait for a courier to actually accept your order. It is the worst food app I have ever used. Please think twice before downloading, I recommend Uber eats.

This application has become awfull as hell. We where trying to cancell a delivery because the local was taking three hours to deliver. But instead of an easy cancel, you have to go through a lot of menus to cancel the delivery and even then you have to wait for the local to confirm the cancelation, if the client wants to cancel it has to be understood. It's a great shame fort his app to be so disgusting and awfull

There are some stores which we regularly order through UBER EATS. But, DIDI FOODS says that its out of your delivery range. However, if I use automatic location for delivery, DIDI FOOD app shows an inaccurate location, about 200m from my home, which falls within the delivery range of the said restaurant. So, we ended up ordering from there and had trouble changing our location. If the delivery range was similar to UBER EATS, we will use this app in the future as well.

Terrible service. My current order got canceled by the courier and now I'm being charged for the food that he probably gets to keep. Having a hard time reporting it on the app because it seems like they made it impossible to report anything on here. Previous order was wrong and was missing every item but the chicken strips, had to go to KFC personally to report it,only to be told this was on Didi's end, and after reporting courier numerous times, I never received an update of what actually happe

Orders always damage or missing items. Customer service just wasn't your time and when they say you will be getting a refund you don't. Had to waste even more time disputing payments with my bank. If you are in desperate need of a food delivery service use a different app or might be easier and cheaper to pay for an Uber/taxi and pick up your food. If you are a fan of wasting your time you have chosen the right app.

Deliveries are rarely on time. Specific searches include things I have no interest in. You're deceived by the low delivery costs (when in fact those prices are if your order goes over a certain amount) and as soon as you click on the restaurant you're automatically scrolled to the menu so you can't immediately see the real delivery cost. When you first sign up you get coupons, but after a while you never see them again unless you buy a package of them. What a joke.

Awful service. The only time I used it the restaurant sent the wrong order. Not my order with a mistake, but a completely different order which, of course, cost less than the order I paid for. I tried to contact customer service but the only reply I got was a receipt confirmation for my email saying they were reviewing my complaint, and that's it. Days have gone by and I've still to hear from the app's support or the restaurant. The worst food delivery app I've ever used.

In fact, very bad. My grade will change as soon as your users do. Very high standard never arrive. So, very high tolls for that poor service. Not quite sure if this is the kind of feedback you expected in this platform, but if hepls, then developers should get a little bit creative with security. This is not a safety app where to expect a good service.

It'd be awesome if the user could leave and read ratings, not just see the stars a restaurant has. Also, I think it's important to have, from the very beginning, an option to add manually the address in which you want to receive the food, sometimes the GPS accuracy is not as high and you have to specify certain details that don't even appear as option on the map. Other than that, I think it's a great app with lots of options.

It was good at first but now it's expensive and unreliable. They have also canceled my order several times now and once I didn't even get the refund ever. Terrible app and a scam. If you're gonna use it make sure you use cash only and never give these scammers your card information.

This app is the biggest scam. Coupons always say they are not eligible, regardless of where I am and which restaurant I choose. I have tried like 10+ times. I've never successfully used Didi Food so I'm still a new customer. Plus it will not let me use cash even though I use Didi for tax and always pay cash with no issue.

Horrible app! No accountability at all. It has been several times now and hat I order McDonald's and Burgur king and the orders are incomplete. There is nowhere on the app to complain and have them correct the issue. And no way to contact the establishment(s) and it's not just a small mistake example: just now I ordered a Double quarter pounder with cheese and Paid an extra $30 pesos for them to ad an extra meat. And no extra meat was added. Again not the first time And missing fries. Sucks!

Trash. The courier almost never gets in time even in a small city, the food arrives cold and they can just keep you waiting for an hour and ten minutes. Don't waste your time.

This stupid app has three obnoxious, mayor issues that have not been solved: 1) It asks for my Card's CVV number each and every single time I try to place an order. 2) Every single time I try to pay for an order, it gives back an error saying "The transaction was blocked due to a potential security risk". 3) It shows a message in my phones lock screen, which ironically blocks the fingerprint reader, so I can't unlock my phone because this dumb message. I better use Uber Eats instead.

Cannot use app due to payment issues not caused by my bank. No help has been provided for over a week even though I've contacted Didi twice. Edit: why does DIDI make it so difficult to contact Support? No phone number, their reps don't really help, the platform is sluggish, not great to manahe and asking for a refund takes too long.

What a terrible app. When you order groceries if something is out of stock, you can't cancel it and get a refund for that item or replace the item for something similar if it's a bit more expensive. I just lost an hour on the phone with the poor delivery guy trying to make up a new grocery list to replace products they didn't have with something completely different. This is supposed to be convenient, I would've saved more time going to the supermarket myself. No wonder UberEats is more popular.
