Just as promised, I'd edit my review when the devs finally fix the problem of game not loading after you complete a specific level. That issue has been addressed so I'm giving it 4 stars now. Fun and easy to understand game. Can be challenging at times but 100% possible to defeat levels without spending. Unfortunately, there is a lot of ads, there are both ads for every powerup/ reward increase and there's forced ads but other than that, good game.

I rather enjoy the game, but everything is rather overpriced for a simple mobile game. I willingly bought the forced-ad free purchase, but to remove every ad costs over $40? A new hero costs $20? Luckily, since my last update, it seemed you can gradually unlock more over time. Fun game otherwise, and those ain't necessary purchases. An encyclopedia or something would be nice to learn what things do, like the luck stat. Bug: frozen enemies can be pushed below your base, impossible to hit them.

Barely works, if you have too much knock back or you just get certain skills like freeze on the wizard, you will knock enemies through the wall and then you won't be able to hit them with most attacks. If you get lucky you'll kill them before the level ends because if they're still alive they force you to close the game and reset, can't even reset the level from in game lol.

I really like the game but it has got a lot of glitches. At the end of battles it will lock on the screen with weapons fire spinning like a loading icon, and it won't finish the battle so you don't get to finish. Have to reload and lose all progress Plus my dice are nothing but black spots on the screen.. but the game is a lot of fun that's why I give it three stars. Just a little frustrating not to be able to conclude a battle, and gain any progress

The Mage's magic explosion attack often pushes enemies TOWARDS the castle and his "Ice" skill makes them very easy to push. This occasionally causes enemies to fly past the castle wall and get stuck behind the dice. This is made much worse with the "Frost Flame" combined skill, which even kept me from finishing many games because my guys couldn't attack the enemy. And since there is no quit button, I had to close the game and do it over again. Now I always avoid the "Ice" skill completely.

The game makes you watch ads to even play it (mid stage). The game has abilities that once you consume all uses, you have to purchase recharges for very low impact abilities. Even if you purchase the ad bypass (the $45 one), the game tricks you because it'll covert some of the chances for extra power from ad unlocked content to paid unlock content without warning. I enjoyed the content, but the cash grab combined with multiple bugs is an issue.

Game is all ads. All really, really long ads, too. They really incentivize you to buy the 44 dollar ad remover, which is really expensive compared to any other game. Then there's also an ad remover to remove the random ads that play in the middle of a game. Last 3 levels have all gotten stuck at the end as well. The gameplay is fun but the infestation of ads ruins it all.

This game has SO much potential, but it is ruined by greedy developers. Prices in the shop are absurd. The price to remove ads from the game is $50. FIFTY. The price to unlock 2x battle speed? $10. The STARTER pack, which should be the cheapest pack, is also $10. Things like more game modes, hero quest lines, and events that don't cost money could turn this waste of storage into an actually enjoyable gaming experience... If the devs cared enough about anything besides making money.

The game is definitely a lot of fun, but it doesn't feel very balanced and has a couple of glitches. If you get far enough, it's not really rare for the mobs to completely disappear from the map so that you're stuck in the last wave for a level. I assumed it was knock back hitting them to heaven, but I left the game on for over 10 minutes at one point and no mobs reappeared. As for the balance, typically, you either get overwhelmed by the mobs very quickly or get lucky killing them quickly.

I love the game, but it has this problem where, if you use the mages' power of freezing your enemies and will push the monsters off the screen and (I think) the monster will die off screen or something and it makes the game never end. I'll be looking at the pet I'm using. I just flap at the same spot, waiting for ether the game to end or the monster to show back up again. I would love for that to get fixed. Other than that... I love the game, and I think the pets, monsters, and heroes are cute.

Fun little game, but levels don't work correctly at times when complete. I've been stuck on the same level after completing it 5 times but the game just freezes. All enemies and waves complete, but it just sits there like it's waiting for more enemies. I have to force close the app and when I go back in, it still says I need to complete the level.

There are a few good things about this game in that each level up is unique by having a randomized set of 3 perks to choose from, that may be an upgrade depending on what units you have on the field at a time. This gives the game a fun dose of RNG that can make or break a run. Downside is that there are too many ads per level. A few times I think I spent more time waiting for a sudden ad popup to finish than I did actually playing the level. I know there is not much revenue, but come on XD

It's fun, but it's one glitch after another. Right now, enemies can get around the barrier, making a level unbeatable. The biggest issue is that the game says I've collected all 50 jester shards, but somehow I'm stuck at 35/50. Every time a major bug gets fixed, another one crops up. Lowering to one star, they never replied to my email, I still don't have the jester i earned, they want as much as 50 dollars for new characters and now the game crashes on the win screen.

Very addictive. Spent over 3 hours playing on the first day I downloaded it, and unlocked several characters. Only issues: enemies need to be bound to the area of the screen. I had levels that I couldn't "beat" because the last enemies were pushed way off the top of the screen, and once an enemy got to where they could attack me from OFF SCREEN. My area attacks eventually killed it, but it cost me half my life as it just smacked me while I couldn't see or attack it.

Fun premise. Pretty glitchy.. Ive done 22 out of the 30 wins for Jester and I only have 5 shards collected. The 10 and 15 tiers are checked off still but not given. Matches will also start without choosing the Hero and then the enemies will advance to the tower and do no damage forcing you to have to close and restart.

I bought the game, thinking it would remove all the ads. All it did was get rid of the constant flow of ads that happen during gameplay. Like many other mobile games, it's fueled by greed, and there are so many micropurchases and ads that they dangle in front of you just to play the game, such as x2 speed, doubling rewards, buying characters, boosts, access to the daily challenge (??). To get rid of ALL ads is a whopping $43.99. Gameplay itself is basically choosing upgrades... and that's it.

Play on airplane mode, no ads. Skills should tell you which side of the die they effect on the home screen. You stop getting skill cards pretty quickly too, even after winning. The game forces you to spend resources/upgrades on items I'm not using. when upgrading the level of a skill the game doesn't tell you how it will be affected till after so have fun, again, wasting resources. Targeting is trash and you'll have groups of monsters on both sides of the wall that will rarely be attacked...

Update 1: After just a few days, it seems I was replied to from the development team- and I am impressed with the collision and aiming fixes that have been done...still somewhat waiting for a possible "exit round" button- in case a player needs to quickly make an exit (of course counted as a loss...maybe 0% from the end of round chest just to encourage full round win or loss?) Great work regardless!

Fun enough game in theory with some issues. You get upgrade materials way too fast and spells way too slow. This means the progression is very unfulfilling because as soon as you get a spell it's maxed. Spells are unbalanced, do you want to upgrade one side of your die a little, or all sides a lot. Some abilities are completely worthless. Mage's special for instance has no purpose, it's slow and does 0 damage and can't be augmented at all. worthless ability and ruins runs to roll it too much.

the idea behind the game is fun and the gameplay itself is simple but addicting. however the ads are out of control. to get rid of them you need to pay like $44. then the 2x speed is another $10. if you don't get those it gets old pretty quickly. then additional characters are anywhere was $30-43 EACH. currently there are 3 additional characters to buy so it'd cost you about $100 to unlock them all and they don't change the gameplay at all. there is potential but the prices aren't justified.
