application not showing debit transcation only showing credit.. also card limit can't set for the one day.. or atm transction limit. some times application update vey very slow..

The app is behind many of the other modern banking apps, the branding has changed few times but the app is still the same for the past 5 years. Many services still require visiting bank branch and very slow.

shocking for me that DIB would be having such a non-professional team to handle credit card requests and careless customer support. we can not expect such carelessness in UAE from the banks. It is not recommended to deal with DIB products.

The DIB app is completely unacceptable. This app always takes a lot of time. When I use my card for payment like taxi, mall, retail store etc. they did not send notification to my number. And the e-statement also has an incorrect date up and down. For example, I use my card for payment today. They do not send notifications. When I check the e-statement, they mention the wrong date. They deduct money every month for notifications, why not send notifications there on time ...

the WORST EVER BANK I COULD SAY..everything is a mess with their bank ing app went to the bank many many times, it all works well for sometime and 0 things that you can do on the app for e.g update phone number it always pick up a different mobile number on my app, so slow 🐌 for everything, nowadays they dont even interact with people everything is automated. OLD school I will change my bank now. completely useless.

Worst ever banking app ever. Unfriendly, confusing, does not allow to login sometimes no matter how accurate your details are. App is the only way i interact with a bank but man, this app is so disproportionate. i have just stopped using their services including all cards or bank accounts. Useless. Update: Still the same worthless app. oh my God. why would you even create an app if you are not making it friendly? 0⭐

i will give for now 2 star.. im so disappointed creating an account. After scanning all documents needed , fill up all questions in the end. it's only reloaded and stocked in "choose you notification options."almost 1 week im trying to create my account, but the same issue has happened. loading, and the same thing will be there only.

My experience with Dubai Islamic Bank (DIB) has been incredibly disappointing. The mobile application is not user-friendly, and both the website and app frequently display errors or are under maintenance, making account access difficult. Customer service is unresponsive, and there are hidden fees with unclear communication. I would not recommend banking with DIB.

If there is an option to give no stars, I would. this app crashed multiple times. it has been more than 10 attempts to login to through this apo with the continuous crashing having no end in sight. Such a big bank cannot invest money to fix this bug that has been around for years. I have been using this app since 2020 and it's only gotten worst in the last three years

Such a poor app as it's always has login issues. Once you register through MPIN, it's always showing "We are currently unable to process your request. Please try later". Even after several trials later, it's still the same notification as it's. Their current issue is always as it's. It seems permanent not current.

Really shameful services provided by them. They are not even able to receive a call for customer service. Even if you don't have money in your account they will confirm bookings of tickets and they will inform you after passing 2 or 3 months that we have pending amount with you. You will really got surprised that I don't have balance in my account and I even didn't confirm any bookings. They will really make you surprised by giving lame excuses that our system was updating so, you just have to

26/07/2025 Update. Application is unusable, not able to login due scan the passport for kyc update. Tried multiple times application not taking the live capture of original passport. Called Customer care , he said use the website and attach Passport pdf and wait for 2-4 days to get the application active. Really really, what the world. worst ever application

I would really like it if I was able to check spending history consistently. Most of the time it doesn't even work when you want to check your purchase history Not to mention the app locking you out of updating ur expired documents.... Like I want to give you updated documents but I can't, the screen is just frozen after logging in telling me something is expired:)))))

It's been 3 days since I tried logging in both manual entry of username and password & by finger scanning but I cannot. The apps was not working .I also updated the app but still cannot log in..I am currently on vacation from my home country and this pissed me off.

Really frustrated!! I tried to open an saving account through the app and an error message appears as " Opps We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later" and I called customer care and they said to visit the nearest branch and when I visited the brach they didn't even see listern to the queries properly they just said we cannot help with this and I need to solve it through customer care call centre. and I email them almost 3 weeks still no proper response!!!!
