I like the game so I've been playing it, but I'm starting to think they are running out of ideas, played a level and was kinda stuck for a lil but I beat it then I got the same level again after two different levels in between I remember the level exactly and I know this has happened B4 I didn't say anything but I'm noticing it now. Get some new level ideas stop repeating them.

This was becoming one of my favorite games until it started locking up & crashing! I checked for updates & or bug fixes, as noted in this app, but no fixes for this problem! Fix it or it will be deleted off of my phone! I've checked for updates & app fixes but haven't had any since the Nov fix which messed up the app, that was playing fine, until this update. I'm going to try uninstalling & reinstalling, so I get to start all over! 😣 If this app does the same thing again I will delete it 4 good!

It's obvious it's a pay to play game. Has potential nice graphics . Lives take a long time to refill..I mean come on 15 minutes to refill one life is ridiculous. The rewards for chests and opponent's are stingy and practically nothing. Being able to progress one level every few weeks is ridiculous. No I'm not paying for boosters that'll be all used up in one level . Uninstalling.

I loved this game until these past couple of weeks. I just completed level 373 and played level 374 a couple of times. When I returned to the game, it had me start all over again on 373! This has happened to me several times at different levels. My games are saved so I know that is not the issue. It is hard trying to be competitive with the other players if you cannot advance. I feel cheated!

I loved this game when I first start playing. I liked it so much that I even begin to spend my own money. When you get to a higher level it begins to stop jewels from moving down. You push one color and the color next to it that's most convenient For your loss will disappear. I no longer spend my money on the game and now I'm just fed up and I'm uninstalling!

I love this game. Started off too easy but it's way more challenging now.. that is IF I get to play! Would give 5 stars but it's been crashing on level 1490 for days now. None of the support tips help. Game opens, crashes & takes a life every time. Edit: Had some more crashing problems and a couple issues getting bars I'd purchased but support is fast & has always quickly taken care of my issues. Would be nice to have some daily bonuses or ways to win boosters tho. Was 2 stars, now 4 stars.

The last 6 times that I have gotten close to defeating one level, the app closes on its own and when I reopen it, I have lost a life and have to redo the same level I almost beat. I shouldn't feel like this is happening because I don't pay for anything in the game, but I do. I will uninstall and keep my rating if this continues. I will add that I have the most updated version of the game

Definitely a pay to play game. This game has no ads, which is great. But no ads is also a detriment. Without ads, you have very little opportunity to acquire extra boosters, coins, etc. This game is very stingy with both, when you occasionally do win them. And makes it nearly impossible to win unless you pay for extras. I refuse to pay, since I've been ripped off by game developers more than once. And I'm tired of playing the same level 50 times until I finally win. Uninstalled.

October 3rd update: I rage-uninstalled this quite non-entertaining app. Original Review: A rare miss from King. Around level 180, difficulty increases exponentially. I guessss that's one way to monetize, but it's shady. Also, quite a few fit-and-finish/polish bugs in the UI. But overall, not fun to play because it's so hard.

Waiting for new levels constantly 😤 **Finally got new levels, completed those in a day, back waiting for new levels again! Also, since I couldn't advance past 650, I never got my rewards for completing that set.. So I'm guessing that's gonna happen again this time! That's not fair or right! The game could really use more boosters to use during a level, like all the Candy Crush games have!

frozen for 3 days, just bought my first round of gold bars to break the piggy bank open and the game froze-for 3 days! I've tried everything but uninstall and reinstall to get this to work as I dont want to lose the items I paid for. was having fun too! its a cute,game with lots of challenges, when it works. sucks I can't get anything to move, even the settings button doesn't work,completely frozen. ugh!!!

Only 4 stars because new levels haven't been released. I have played a variety of King games for over a decade and I've never maxxed out on levels before. This is by far my favorite and has whittled down to one of 2 games I play. I'm very invested in this game and I've been working on collecting missing stars on lower levels, but a) there's no easy/fast way to get to lower levels besides scrolling and reloading, and b) it makes me sad when I open the app and there's still no new levels.

I love the game, it's fun and challenging! Sometimes when I get enough diamonds to finish a pattern as I complete a level, some of them dissappear once I'm on the screen for the next level. I had 400/400 diamonds when I finished a level but once on the home screen I had 388/400. This has happened more than once. The game does suck down my battery even when I'm playing with my phone plugged in. I see no reason for it to use that much energy.

I love it! I love the challenges in each level, the going against other people. Opening chests and trading keys, all of it! But there is one thing that bugs me yet confuses me. When I have my wifi on it seems like when it's not as strong it would tell me that I'm not connected. But when I don't have my wifi on,It won't need wifi so I can still go against others. Strange..but otherwise this game is fun and addicting!

This is my favorite game. But for the last 6 months or so, I have dealt with it freezing, or getting stuck on certain levels for along time. & only passing the level by using a booster or by paying for a booster. Or it won't hook up to the internet until I delete it then download it again. I think that when we pass a level, especially a hard level, we should get a booster or something!

I do like the game, the only complaint I have, is like most other games, when you reach harder levels, if you don't play the game constantly, it can take forever to pass the level, even if you do play it constantly sometimes it can take forever. At that point, I lose interest, so end up deleting. Which will most likely be what I do with this game too, I would like it to keep my interest and enjoyable, not frustrate and aggravate.

I play this game alot to pass the time. However, it glitches. For instance today I chose to "play on" and its only supposed to take 9 gold bars but instead it took 18. This has happened to multiple times and its extremely frustrating because it takes forever to earn the gold bars in the first place. And when it comes to opening the jewel cases and exchanging keys, you'll often get paired with people who don't play so you'll never be able to exchange enough keys to open the chest. Very annoyed.

Cute, addicting, but nothing special. It tries to have a storyline, but it doesn't add to the gameplay at all, so why bother? Also, the game is not very intuitive, and takes way to long to recognize when there are no more possible moves. The random nature of falling/rolling balls is interesting visually, but makes it hard to anticipate where pieces will fall making it impossible to plan a strategy in advance. Updating this to add that after approximately level 300 or so, the jewlery - which is the cumulative challenge as you go, and the reason for collecting all these gems - just stops showing up. Story or no, this was the only method of gaining gold (and thereby the ability to buy more moves/boosters in-game). After several dozen levels, a jewelery piece was introduced again, but no reward was given for completing it. The sporadic and non-rewarding cycle continued after that. This removes the only benefit to even having a cumulative challenge through the game, and also removes the only means of getting any bonuses without paying actual money. As it stands now, the game is more frustrating than fun, and with no net benefit to trying levels over and over and over again, I see no reason to keep playing. It's not enjoyable, and as mentioned above, there is very little skill or planning involved, so it doesn't even make a good puzzle game for the sake of brain engagement.

Was great, then you get to the bugs in it at higher levels. Also, it becomes impossible to pass a level without spending money. It becomes irritating to get stuck on a level for days at a time. Uninstalled. Tried it again and still buggy..completed a level, went back later to the next level (254) and it was the one I just beat, went back later and the same level (254) was the next one..not gonna stick around and see which I need to beat to move on..

I'm not crazy about the jewelry theme and I am finding it a bit repetitive, but it's an interesting linking game, a nice break from the match-three games. Some levels are extremely tedious and virtually impossible to win (like level 977 I think it was had to be modified a couple of times, and it wasn't even considered a "hard" level). However, there are other levels that are, by themselves, awesomely addictive. The biggest issue I have with this game is that sometimes when there's no possible move, it won't reshuffle because air or liquid "currents" are keeping the gems in motion. I'm also frustrated by the slowness of getting new levels. I'd almost rather they released them one at a time instead of a whole "city" at a time - that way I wouldn't have to wait so long for something new!
