Can't create an account because the verification code can't be received on my SMS-enabled VoIP (VoIP.ms) number. Worse than that: their whole notification system seems based on SMS, meaning that if you have duties to pay, they'll let you know by SMS; since their system can't reach VoIP numbers, I never got to know about a duty payment I had to do! Most of your competitors use email to verify accounts and notify customers... And it works. Also, SMS verification is vulnerable to SIM-swap.

Utterly unusable and illogical (aka stupid) Let me explain: The app allows guests to create a shipment but does not to schedule a pick up. Inconvenient but fine. But what's stupid is that once you are logged in, you cannot create a shipment anymore but can schedule a pick up. How does that make any sense? It's a huge waste of customers time when this company is supposed to create efficiency. Ironic

the app keeps getting stuck, when it comes to the verification of paypal payments. iqasted 45 minutes of my time and am lumbered with s "pending" transaction now.

Now you need to have separate accounts for web AND for this crapp, but if you already had an account, you can't create an account. What a beautiful piece of software for a global company...

A very big mistake I made sending with you guys because how can u tell me I can't cancel my shipment while is still in dubai? Even in your so called app I can't see where an order can be cancelled...nice game u guys play but I can never advice anyone to use dhl anymore

I've never used DHL before, but having a package on its way from China, I downloaded the app to track. The fact that their tracking system (in the app) doesn't seem to know how timezones work, and gives status updates that ping between China and the continental US because the times "look" chronological, doesn't bode well. C'mon guys, timezones are not that complicated

DHL gives out over a dozen types of tracking number, and the only one we can use on the app is a 10 digit DHL Express tracking number. I was given an eCommerce tracking number, and the app won't let me enter it in. What's the point of this app, if I can't even use it?

I tried multiple times to make a payment and it didn't work. I had to wait to get home to do the payment on my desktop through the browser. In the last year or two DHL services (at least in Romania) has fallen. You buy an item with the description (fast delivery 2-3 working days) an you get it in about 6 working days. Lately I had 2 shipments that were delayed by 1 working day. It doesn't seem much but if it's on Friday it's actually 3 days because they don't work on weekends.

Return labels are rather complicated with many different ref numbers compounded by online chat referring to names different to names on labels. Once that is overcome service is fast and slick.

The worst Logistic Company in the World. Using them 4 times in 4 months, once every month, just one time delivered on time. The rest always late for days.. They even cant recognize my address. Second they didnt recognize my address, 3rd, 4th, the same. The status "on hold" for 5 days. The Worst Company! They dont know how to solve the problem. How come same problem happened every month. Other logistic Company did a great service and on time.

Every application in playstore have website link in the app support feature. So anyone can easily access the official website. But you guys don't have. It's better add the links. 👍 Great application I have ever seen the simplicitiy and the on touc functionality. I don't think other android application have that smooth touch experience. Same as iPhone experience.

Tracking codes don't work in the app. I have gotten many that start with DHL thrn get transfered to USPS for final delivery. It seems to be a different kind of tracking number. Either way... these tracking codes NEVER work. They always say that it is not a valid tracking number. But it is, cause when I click the link in my email, it goes to the DHL website and works. So frustrating. What's the point t of the app.

It used to automatically show all the DHL EXPRESS shipments that are coming to me on a page that says 'To Me' but now, even when I input the tracking numbers going to me, it does not show up anymore to where I can change delivery options and everything and I now have to track them one by one on the tracking page without being able to edit anything. I literally have more than 10 tracking numbers every time and it is so hard to keep up with them.

I'm not sure why they would need my phone number. I can understand requirimg my email address and physical address. I attempted to create an account, and I have not received any SMS with a code. Something about their system seems very wrong and I feel as though I just gave away my personal information with nothing in return. I assume the app works well for guests or valid users who get their SMS messages. Without being able to register an account, I don't even care about trying their features
