Annoying. So there is a DHG ad. It shows up all the time. You click the X and it launches the app instead of closing the ad. Never closes on first try but will on the second. What does this have to do with the app? Nothing. But today I uninstalled it because of the annoying ad. So I'll watch your ad and click click click but I won't buy from you anymore because of it. Cheers!

I really would enjoy shopping 🛒more if dhgate's representatives was more honest, because you are liable to get ripped off, by leaving anything want to buy later in cart I like that you can order everything from the latest style clothes,electronics,sneakers & shoes jewelry! Housewares, It's hard to menuver in App though & apply discount coupons, It takes forever to receive items, don't leave anything in your cart it will be charged to your debit/credit card without your permission

STAY AWAY! This use to be a good shopping app. If you didn't get what you paid for then customer service would give you a refund. Now, sellers will send you anything but what you ordered and get away with it. For my last order the seller sent to me sneakers that were completely ripped apart. Customer service stated I can return the sneakers for a refund and get reimbursed for the return shipping. LIES! Return shipping was $45 and they refuse to reimburse me or even give me credit (DHpay).

When checking out, they give you the option of allowing another seller to pick up the order if it is not sent out within a couple of days. I had a seller cancel my order after it was paid for, I sent a message to the seller and tried chatting with DHGate to see why another seller didn't pick up my order, and it was useless!! They just kept sending screenshots of the canceled order and didn't answer why it was canceled or why no one else picked up the order. They were completely useless!!

So far I have only ordered one item off of this app, and it has not been a good experience. I ordered the item at the beginning of January and still have no shipping label or anything saying that my item is being shipped. I have tried to contact customer support multiple times and no answer back. The only thing I can find to try to cancel my order and get the money back is a dispute. And they want pictures of an item that hasn't even been shipped from the wholesaler yet.

Not an easy app to navigate. Some sellers are not paying attention to whats being ordered when they ship your merchandise some are sending the wrong sizes, sending half made items and its not easy getting it corrected. The combination between some sellers are terrible. They take your money quick but not easy to fix if they make a mistake on your order.

Still waiting on my shipment. It's been stuck in the same place for 13 days. This is the reshipment I didn't get. I'm not shopping there anymore. Majority of the time. The sellers seem incompetent on some orders. Their always having difficulties sending items to the right mailing address. Once theirs a problem. They don't want to refund you. An you have to wait about two more months to get the item. This will be the last time I use the app. The people selling things are too shady.

I was a little suspect at first, but my experience has been great so far. Got both of my orders great condition, quality items. Shipping took about four or five weeks but for the prices we're paying It's definitely worth it. I see people had issues with sellers which is unfortunate. I had no issues with my sellers. They were in contact with me the whole time and I tracked my orders to make sure that it got to my state. Once it got Texas I knew it was good to go. Let's gooo!

I wish it were possible to add multiple items from the same store at once. The fact that it boots you to a new page with a list of products when your done adding something to your cart kinda makes it confusing to know if you're looking at the same store's items or not. That behavior makes it less seamless if I wanted to buy two different sizes or two different styles of the same product in a store. Otherwise, the app is fine and the I've received everything I've ordered without an issue.

Fraud! Negative 10 stars! I had two separate orders and each tracking number I was given was fake. I never received either of my orders. I tried disputing but that was a joke of an experience. The so-called "sellers" uploaded a screenshot of the fake tracking information listed on the app. But when I use that same tracking number on the USPS site, it shows it was never shipped. A label wasn't ever made. I'll never order anything from this app again.

You can't go back in the app without completely starting the search process over. Once you reach the payment page, it takes you to a blank page and doesn't acknowledge that you've submitted a payment. I waited hours after trying to resubmit several times... nothing ... just the same blank page. The prices change and jump to items you didn't click on. Customer service is nonexistent when you click on "chat us" it takes to the apps home page. The app is just full of bugs and issues, a headache.

Navigation and keeping up with favorites is easy. I do wish that you could search through messages and search by order number instead of just scrolling til you find it. The only search is for products. Great app for shopping off the grid. But if you have an issue, it is impossible to quickly find what you need to resolve it.

Will never use again! I placed my first ever order. The item was more expensive than others of the same but promised fast delivery since I needed the item a few months later. The seller didn't even ship for a month! Messages from seller told me to wait and keep waiting. Two more days will be 90 days so I had to enter a dispute. I didn't want a refund. I wanted the item. I will never order from this company again. Awful experience!

Legit marketplace for ordering products directly from China in bulk at a wholesale prices. App is easy to use for the most part. I like that most items can be purchased straight from the listing and don't need to contact the seller and get quotes like other wholesale sites. The major gripe I have is that the search function simply does not work very well. Searching for particular items often doesn't return results even remotely close to what I'm looking for. Other than that, it's a 5 star app.

I've bought from this app many times. Sometimes things take longer than others to arrive and sometimes things don't arrive at all. Aparently, when things don't arrive, you don't have many options on getting your money back. Most items are pretty nice but definitely knockoff/copycat versions of originals. Beware, you will have a hell of a time receiving a refund for lost or unsent items. I ordered a knife almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. The seller just tells me "it's on its way

Great app to find things you love. Only issue is it's damn near impossible to get in touch with customer service. Picture search doesn't work anymore as far as matching accurately or even close. Some areas of the app are a bit confusing such as coupons and games. And shipping takes sometime. I have gotten some beautiful products from here though.

I would stay away from this app. My first order went well. Second order not so well. The seller is a bait and switch fraud. Advertise a better item and switch it out with a cheaper item that is not of the same quality or value. It took a long time to ship my items. The second item took a long time ship and even longer time to get delivered. Second seller was incompetent and did not reply to messages very well and was confusing and inconsistent at best. Then got my item and was very disappointed.
