It's not actually very much help. Maybe if you really don't know a thing about Android or recent technology..like someone who's 2003 Motorola flip phone battery finally died.. and they were forced to get a smart phone. Of course, if that was the case, they'd probably never know this app exists, much less be able to find it. Basically, I'll summarize the help they offer... Try turning your phone off, then on again. And if that doesn't work, try turning your phone off, then on again..

Preinstalled Spyware/Malware with Motos logos so to not suspect or question anything. Here's a real tip: if you get a new phone, take the time to go through each App & check the permissions it has already assumed the right to have. Remove every permissions unless it is determined from the phones function. RESTRICT the Battery usage while in the background unless necessary. RESTRICT the usage of Mobile data/WiFi in the background when not using the app. Don't allow app to open links by default.

Mandatory law should be made to let users delete whatever app comes on phone. The first thing on screen after phone is paid for is a data slave contract waiving your abilities to fix/delete bloatware on your own phone. Phone does a "security update" and somehow all of the stuff you went to effort deleting or disabling re-enables and reinstalls. Seems extremely shady/heinous to me.

For some reason since the last phone update this phone minimizes apps while I'm in them randomly. I'm not the only one, I've looked online and see lots of forums but no answer to what is causing it or how to fix it. Just now while typing my keyboard disappeared. I'm so frustrated. I have cleared cache, I have freed up a ton of space. Nothing has worked.

This ao seems to be causing issues, and the list of them are making me more uncomfortable about keeping this ap enabled, it causes certain Motorola applications to not respond, dunno why. It slows my phone down. The adwate program I have s subscription to detects this applications file as malware. Since its alters certain things. Thi is the only AP it detects as a threat. I'm not happy with this revelation..

This is a hack app. It isn't real. If you look at "permissions" then click on the three dots in the upper right hand corner of your screen, click on "all permissions". Once you click on that you'll be able to see that this app can actually record audio without your knowledge access all of your accounts on your device without your knowledge make and receive phone calls on your phone without your knowledge. Uninstall it and report it

So far I find searching for help on a subject is difficult. I'm expected to be quite computer savvy to sort the issues out. I can go directly to the help section from an app, but I find it quite difficult to keep the "help" section open, and go back to the app and fix the problem. I'm also finding it very difficult to NOT USE Google based parts of the system if I don't want to.

It is soooo Useful application!!! But Motorola needs an Ram Booster toooo !! It is very very very necessary!! Since sooo many Background processes can be stopped through it !!!

they are slow to respond, but they will have an answer for you but it might not be what you want, so you have to word it a specific way to get the best advice possible and it's all done with AI chats! you can get ahold of a real person but who knows how long it will take!

This is spyware, it's not really a device help app. Remove it from your phone immediately. It's disguised to look like a system app. I don't even know how this ended up on my phone. Scumbags

Not sure that all of the hardware tests are comprehensive enough in the testing. For example the battery test, it's nothing more than saying good or bad, how did you test the battery in 1 sec? The screen test, the areas/squares didn't fill from the first pass from my finger, does that mean fail or maybe or inferior....? Useless unless showing more info.
