Hands-down the best multi-platform graphing calculator app. Desmos has been there for me through school, recreation, personal finance, computer programming/graphics, and just everyday life. My only problem is with the lack of vector and matrix math capabilities. The simple inclusion of a vector and matrix symbol could allow the seamless addition of function-driven or even default vector/matrix operations. A Desmos matrix calculator already exists. Just incorporate that.

if i was a math teacher i would require a cellphone in my class just for this calculator. it really helps a person visualize the math they are doing. pi for example is visually explained with the parametric: cycloid . it visually explains r2pi in finding a circumference of a circle. my example of desmos visually explaining math only scratches the surface. hopefully someday they could come up with a calculator that solves my grammar and spelling problems. haha! thanks for the amazing app.

This app is leveling the playing field for students from lower income backgrounds. My Title I school purchases a class set of graphing calculators, but students are unable to do homework at home without one. This has been a game-changer in my classroom, and I'm seeing a lot of students who previously tuned me out are now participating because they see math as accessible.

Seems to work offline, as it should. Can't figure out parametric graphing. It might be nice to have an option to use the integrated Android keyboard, since it has bigger keys (no gaps between them!) and just looks nicer. Not to say the app's keyboard is unusable, though.

The fact that i couldn't paste from the clipboard into functions yet I could into notes which shows lack of foresight and common sense as well as it not having good instructions and not being as easy and intuitive as it could be made me look for another app. Good for what it is but needs interface and common sense improvements

So far it was pretty good and helpful during my college class. However there is some issue when I was add the table and tried to fill the table and then some I tried to click one table and it skipped into next row. It frustrated me every time it does that to me. It been many time when I use table on desmos. Hopefully that'll give you awareness of some issue in this app.

This is a very nice app. It's perfect for graphing simple functions and comparing them. However, things like parametric equations are not able to be graphed (at least I don't know how and I use this app a lot). Very good app overall. I only wish they allowed for more interesting equations, instead of just functions. Still, I love this app.

You need a graphing calculator? This is a total app version of the website, and it's just as good. Interactive graphs give you so much power it's addictive. If you're mathematically minded, fiddling with this is a hobby itself. Elementary to college level appropriate! You won't be sorry!

As a whole, this app/website is amazing for me, I can visualize the general data given on a homework assignment. I think you should add a few things in the calculator though. Such as the ability to convert a data table into an equation via the settings in the input bar. Also having recursive functions would be super helpful. Finally, another idea is to add a way to view steps for converting from one equation system to another. Like y=mx+b to standard form etc.

This app is very useful, and it's uses are rather decently good. However, making points follow an intersection of lines is a pain in the bust, especially when the point moves in an odd path. The slider function is easy to use, but it is lacking on the timing side. It is hard to make the points symmetrically move at the same time, resulting in some annoyances. Also, it's sound mechanics are really janky. When doing √x!, and listing to it, it creates a loud pop sound. Fix those, and I will put 5★.

Awesome, both on app and website. Very clean interface with no clutter and no ads. All the calculator functions are neatly foldered. Also, it's convenient to save graphs with Google account. The calculator is quite powerful and is able to carry out select calculations that Wolfram Alpha has trouble doing, like definite integrals. Also grapher is very precise; if you zoom in enough you can get more than 12 decimal points. Overall a great app and has helped me in high school, college and beyond :)

Fantastic and incredibly useful. PLEASE change it back so that one can scroll laterally through an equation on a given line!! This makes plugging different numbers into the same formula so much easier! For longer formulas, when the end of the formula is off of the screen, and not being able to swipe to the end, there is a high probability of hitting the clear line (x) button when trying to plug new numbers in to the end of a given formula!!

This is an advanced calculator that you'd pay alot of money for to do math assignments for classes, except that it's simpler to use, has different graphing methods up for you to simply plug in and give you the answer, allows you different colored and textured lines to distinguish your functions, graphs instantly, allows you to zoom in and out pretty much infinitely.....so in almost every way, it's better than a calculator you could get in a store and pay over $100 for, except this is free.

This is basically a straight port of the web app. Has literally all the same features as the site, can sign ㏌ & save/load graphs on the same account, etc. AND IT STILL HAS NO ADS. The only reason it's 4 stars ㏌stead of 5 is because the function ㏌put boxes don't allow copy/paste since it doesn't use the natⅳe keyboard (though this is probably un㏌tentional), which limits iʦ usability. Aside from that, it's a great tool that's free of charge and free of ads, which is unfortunately a rarity nowa㍲ys.

Desmos is the future of graphing calculators. Flexible, powerful, fast, and clean, without button-pox. It makes experimenting with equations fun. I do it for fun. I find I'm getting better at accurately imagining the curves of equations, which helps me check my own work in math tests. Minor gripes: I'd like to be able to tap the warning symbol to read the error without collapsing the keyboard. Note that my phone is quite old, but I find switching keyboard pages uncomfortably slow, 0.25-0.5s

This is an outstanding app, but for one problem. It doesn't understand imaginary numbers, so it deals with negative numbers oddly. (-1)^2 apparently equals -1, solutions to quadratic exponents are missed, etc. Still one of the best graphing calculators, would recommend to any maths student in need of a quick, easy-to-understand and simple calculator.

I love this app. It's so very useful. For some reason, my expression list is vertically aligned, and it competes with my viewing window in such a narrow space. It didn't do that before, and I don't know why it changed, but I would definitely rate higher if I could switch it back to horizontally split with the viewing window.

This app is really handy: it's powerful enough to use for basically any math class requiring graphing functions, and a lot of fun to play around with! There are some frustrating design oversights though. The most glaring to me being that you can't (or at least I can't) scroll longer functions to edit them, and it's basically impossible to tap the edge of it to bring it into view without deleting the whole thing. Besides little annoyances like that, it's great; I hope development continues!

Desmos Graphing Calculator is a game-changer! Its intuitive interface and powerful graphing capabilities make it the go-to tool for math enthusiasts and students alike. Whether you're graphing functions, exploring transformations, or solving equations, Desmos delivers with speed and accuracy. Plus, it's free! Highly recommend for anyone needing a reliable graphing calculator on the go.

This app is quite phenomenal. Meets all my needs, and works well. However, a drawback is that I am unable to recover graphs that I have saved over, and I can't access previously visited Desmos URLs, and thus, cannot recover graphs that I have saved over without more advanced tools. It is also can be difficult to use in some cases, since I can't copy/paste the LaTeX displayed by Desmos. But other than that, a great app. Would recommend for graphing with real numbers.
