Love this game except for the table Scape challenges. Too many hard earned diamonds are required for a single piece. In the other challenges, a single purchase provides 5 pieces to use. The only cash option for a tablecloth is not neutral enough to be worth purchasing for that inflated price ( more than some furniture). And the prize is only able to be used one time (unlike all the other challenges).

I love this game and have started to allow myself to spend actual cash, once a month, for upgrades to have better results. I do wish there was a secondary submit button. Too many times I've accidently submitted a design when what i was trying to do was to "go back". The end result was submitting a design with the absolute bare minimum of items needed, and receiving a poor score.

The design layouts and mandatory items to be used seem to be getting worse every week. It was/is bad enough to be forced to use a specific brand, color, material type, etc, but when forced to do so in a room that is badly planned, is a real turn off. It doesn't do anything to make me want to continue to play. Update: after I posted I found they had added several more chairs to the options for one of the challenges. That helped some, but not regarding the layouts lately.

It's fun to pass the time at first but gets to be a bummer after a while. Most folks play games to escape reality, but when you dive into this game, you are reminded of all the items that are unattainable in design because of cost. So instead of truly having fun coming up with wild or beautiful designs, we get to deal with scraps of items won through previous submissions & get to enter a limited amount of designs. I think this game could be much better if more options were affordable.

Love the game itself. Hate the fact that you struggle to buy nice items and you can only use them 5 times and then have to repurchase! It's really a shame. So unless you have a lot of real cash to spend it's a frustrating game to move ahead . Revisiting after years away. Still stand by my review. I would love to keep playing but it's so difficult without $ to spend and/or fulfilling offers upon offers.

New review: First, I love this game. But, the table art is too small, the pictures are too high, & there's no way to organize your stuff. It's safe to say the voting is unfair. The My Homes challenges are boring because the things to choose haven't changed. I've been playing this game for a little over a year & I really love it. Lately though, it seems like the voting is very unfair. I'm not sure what changed but I hope it gets fixed. Otherwise a really great design game.

I really like this game. It's addictive. But the last few months, new event items are missing from some of the menus. I don't purchase all the collections, but I do choose some of the collection items I would actually use from the individual menus in the challenges. Lately about half the kid's floor decor items never show up and I don't know they ever existed until voting and the items are gone. Items from other categories are affected as well. I can't get any answers why I can't see them.

I have been playing for years and for the most part have it. However I am not liking that most new items are not available with in game cash. They are very aggressive about trying to get you to purchase diamonds to acquire more. Most importantly the items that I can purchase dissappear. Gone. I contacted support with the reoccurring loss of items. Was instructed to force stop on the game. Have had to do this several times to recover the items. I didn't sign up to be tech support.

Love the game!! Challenging, fun, and relaxing. I love that more of a variety has been added. Most items are too expensive. Themes change too often, which requires you to constantly purchase expensive items ⁸. Issues are fixed in a timely manner. There seems to be less glitches.

Overall great way to explore new ideas and concepts, there's a lot of depth to it. I just barely started out so I'm not too sure about how things will turn out later on, but as of yet, the rating system is non up to standards as you only have two choices, and if neither followed the prompt, you end up having to simply choose the one you prefer, no option for a tie or a neither. Also the amount of furniture, and their placement and type are limited. But maybe that'll change at higher levels...

Just started playing. Learned what was what quickly. Let's be real. It's a nice game, but it's also a cash grab. Getting the exclusive rewards set is useless because it usually does not include what you really need like gems and coins in order to progress in the game. To do well enough to get a high voting score, you need to spend gems on the right items. Spent a few bucks from the start but realized I was wasting my money. The gems and coins ran out rather quickly on just two or three items.

Absolutely love this game, it's just not possible to play unless you spend about $20/day. Everything is outrageously priced (ie a table runner for $1000???) and I mean everything. Fun, art is beautiful but even with $5 - $10/day, can't enter more then 3 challenges and only if scrounging for cheapest items. Unfortunately, I recommend trying similar games that don't require so many purchases at extreme prices, (there are some!) instead. Beautiful graphics, put together well with a great inventory

Game is expensive. I've noticed that when doing a challenge it doesn't even show all the items you have available in your inventory just so you can by new items. The customer service is horrible it takes forever to get a response when there is an issue. The voting seems unfair I see horrible designs with 5 stars and decent designs with lesser stars. Its a great game for design enthusiasts but it cheats its customer.

This is the only home design game I've found that isn't based on mini games! You earn what you need by people voting on your designs, voting on other people's designs, and entering design challenges. I've also never gotten to a place where I'm absolutely stuck like I have with other design games. Rewards are straightforward and simple to come by. I'm seriously so impressed in every way with this!

Design Home is the best home design game I've played. There are so many style choices for all elements needed, from flooring to chandeliers. I am on a budget so the generous rewards are really helpful for me to stay competitive in the challenges. Keeping up with the latest in home and business decor styles is a lot of fun! It's also so beneficial to be able to play around with different styles and accessories to perfect the look you want. I LOVE this app!!!?

Fun! This game has tons of choices, you could spend all day picking and changing furniture! I would love comforters for beds, or maybe a few vantage points would be great! I can spend hours trying crazy combos!! The upgrades are good and not too frequent. Would like ability to shift angle. Or "on deck" I can save maybe without having to go through all inventory multiple times. I think that would be awesome! But still fun!

This is the best design game! Really do love it. It would be preferable if you could finish the design before purchasing. Meaning, if there are 2 unpaid items in your design, an item goes away if a 3rd is chosen. You're not able to see the finished product before having to buy. Make the purchasing requirement before you're allowed to submit it, not while designing. Change that, and I'll gladly give it give it 5 stars.
