worst and poor customer support and rude manner reply. Refund is very difficult and will not get also. Not recommended. items where they posted not available and after purchase. they will cancel and item not available and money will not refunded.

Terrible is an understatement. Shipping fee may cost more than the product you want to buy. You may even forget that you've ordered ed because of how long the shipping takes. To make matters worse, the product is not as described. Such a waste of time and money. I dont know why such apps exist. There was something funny too....their membership is almost 1k🤣🤣

Your credit card details are leaked or aren't secured by desert cart and you can anytime be a culprit of fraudulent transactions. I lost 10000 Rs. Will never ever use desertcart again. Always turn off international transactions on your credit card after your purchase is completed.

Desertcart is a very excellent specific platform for product purchase . I'll always recommend desertcart because I purchased a lot of products from desertcart. Very fine quality, quick money transaction, quick delivery, free shipping for pro members, easy refund and return policy is available in the platform. Professional superb valuable.

Smooth ordering, even smoother support Ordered through the Desertcart app, and when my package hit a snag with the courier, Abeer in support took over. His quick replies in-app and by email turned a potential return into an on-time delivery. The app itself is easy to use; what really stands out is the human backup when things go sideways. Desertcart is a good website for getting stuff not available in India. Prices are normally 30 to 50 percent higher and include custom duties and taxes. The delivery charges are separately billed during checkout. If you are planning to buy a lot of things from outside India then you can consider getting their pro membership Customer service is very responsive and try solve the issues quickly. Ryan and Jirly have been very helpful in resolving issues with my order.

this application is worthless as you try to search for items you don't find exactly. They try to push you to become a pro customer but when you check the prices including shipping there is not much difference and you feel like you got fooled by them.

Don't prefer this Desertcart for such irresponsible persons worked in that support team.. Ordered product on 11july given false promises that will deliver withn 10days. Took almost 18days delay in delivery.. Even the Return reFund policy is too worst that will exclude shipping charges from total Amount paid....product delayed problem from their end and not refunding full amount. still has to improve More by looking into big competitive Ecommerce world. I should rate zero....

Ordered ear buds from here. when there were no updates in the app, I contacted the support, who told that the product can't be delivered because it has a battery in it. Then why have the product for sale. By that logic every electronic product that runs on battery can't be delivered. I took the pro membership just for this product which won't be delivered at all. All my future purchase plans were products with batteries on them so the membership is useless for me.

The search doesn't work, opening any product page doesn't work, the currency doesn't change. If these basic features of the app are not fixed and I have to keep opening my mail instead of letting me use my password every time I get logged out on the website, I'm afraid I can't be a proper customer for this site.

Was a little skeptical ordering from DesertCart, but to my utter disbelief it went completely smoothly and very quick, ordered some parts for my Jeep and took about a 1.5 weeks to get to me, the overall help I recieved and updates as to my order was absolutely great. Everything ran smoothly and I can promise you I'll definitely be ordering from them in the near future again. Thank you Nusrat for the great service.

Order placed on 18th Aug. The expected delivery date was 25th Aug. Till 7th September, on the app the status was not shipped and their customer executive team was sure the package had been shipped but was unsure of the location. On 7th September they said the PIN code is unserviceable and so we have to cancel the order and refund. They never send any email and the option to export customer care chat to email doesn't work. Very bad experience.

Genuine & Trustworthy Service. Items with batteries larger than coin size cannot be ordered, but otherwise its a great place to find items not available locally. Often runs good deals and flash sales that offer excellent value. I've been mostly using the website but recently started using the app and it is of course convenient. Shall update more with use.

BIGGEST ONLINE SCAM. Don't ever make the mistake of buying stuff from them. Orders take minimum of 30 days for delivery, but during checkout they mislead you with 7-10 days. They give you wrong products, and then you have to beg them to return the product. will take almost 3 weeks for returning. another 2 weeks for processing refund. Requested a call back for almost 3 weeks, never bothered or cared to call back till date. BIGGEST SCAM. They hide many policies, and then charge you.

I tried to order some stuff from DesertCart app as they claim to provide international products easily. But this app is a complete fraud! First of all, they lure you with free delivery - it is written that orders above 100 riyals will get free delivery. I put exactly 100 riyals worth of stuff in the cart, but as soon as I went to checkout, the threshold for free delivery suddenly became 150 riyals. What kind of joke is this? One of the worst online stores that I have come across., first of all they charge you three times the price of the product compare to Amazon. I ordered one Nestle project,, one day after that they sent me an email saying it is not available however offered me same product in twice the amount as an alternative product, of course that was twice in price as well. But overall very very bad experience and I would try my best to avoid ordering through them in the future.
