Recently I've changed my phone and the app doesn't alow me to scan the receipts. Phone is Poco X6 pro. Did someone else have the same issue?

the address location is horribly inaccurate in UK Milton Keynes. You can't opt out of age restricted items.

I have been a long time rider and the update to scan the number on pickup is just stupid, please remove it. Half the time restaurants don't use receipts and just write the number instead, when they do use them it usually doesn't work. It just wastes time for riders and restaurants, I don't even know why deliveroo thought this was a good idea to begin with.

Isn't updates should improve app experience? any unnecessary interaction touch swipe scan putting user in danger. It should be minimalized. riders are dealing with crazy weather conditions, rain flooded screens. heatwave burns app into screen, permanently!!!!! rejecting with double clicks? scanning order numbers? rate after deliveries 👍🏻👎🏻? did anyone think these through? listen users, make each update better. we are using app 100 times more often than you do. make it simple.

Now u can't contact customer thru call. This update is horrible. And developer option got to turn off. Just bring back the old version.

There is no option to contact rider supprt for changing any documents or anything els. They have only email to contact them.when i contact then they says uploded documents not valid. But i uploded my valid documents. No one there to help you.

Am I the only person complaining about the distances? 10 miles order...seriously? And what next? 12? And then 14? For not even £10? Thinks gotten out of hand. I would like to give 5 stars but...also we've seen better deliveroo's face. If you're not happy with your new rides just don't let them work. There's job out there but it's quite due to massive number of unnecessary rides while you have the old and honest ones.

Identifying is a big headache now. You think it detects your half face, but when you try to record for another half one, it says "center your face". It is looping again and again. I challenged with it almost 15 minutes to identify.

Lately SGBJ has added 2 cross over zone, when the orders comes in it actually went all over the place, pick up zone can even be as far as 5 to 10km or more away, delivery location can be even as far as 10km or more away. Many cyclist had stop using the platform, they pointed out that even the distant fee is totally wrong, stack orders fee got no difference with 1 orders fee. When surge period comes, the fee too is the same as regular hours. It seems like cyclist maps are mix in with motorcycle.

When we get 2 orders, Deliveroo should allow the drivers to see what the delivery order number of the customer is as we are going towards the first customer. This will allow us to prepare in advance as we are making our way to the customer. The verification selfie also needs to be included in the app and not through email with support. You guys give us a notice on the app to perform the verification, but there is no link to click on the app to do it. It's very annoying.

I wish the map didn't flip around when getting close to the customer address. I like to view my journey as with the car Sat Nav, always from the view point of my destination at the top of the map. Could you also please reduce the distance to the customer as you get closer, as this currently remains static at the starting distance for the whole journey.

I have phone Oppo Find X5 I have a problem registering the order number with the phone’s camera. I think there is a glitch in the application. Please fix it. Thank you, Because he cannot confirm his order number with the phone camera I think there are many People facing difficulty like this And maybe not just my phone

App was ok just the way was before you add the scan thing which doesn't help anyone at all , slow as down and also only work apparently on apple devices and not on android ....never understood those people eho try to fix something that actually work...

App has completely locked me out after a verification check. I've sent message after message to try sort it out but support literally have no idea what they are doing and keep making me chase my own tail with their scripted troubleshooting! The most frustrating time I've had in ages! Cheers deliveroo, nice to know your so well organised and your team are well educated in solving problems for us hard working riders that are literally the front line of your company..

Customer's location pins incorrect, want to call customer, in app call can't get through, worst, no unit number. How to send? Message online agent, then don't know what the agent did. Maybe the agent put delivered then cancel the order. Few days later, got a warning letter saying never deliver food to customer but pressed drop off. Why system problem become my fault?

Can't verify my identity on 5" phone as buttons are not visible. Map zoomes out to the scale of whole Europe many times when I want to see customer address so I need to click multiple times to zoom in. Confirmation to reject order is not necessary... additional clicks while riding is making the app dangerous

Few years ago was good but now it's going for the worst. They decided to activate fee boost in the middle of the night from 00 to 03 when all restaurants are closed and there is no order being made in the entire city (Plymouth, UK). In the peak hours they activate fee boost only in one region of the city, usually there where they know already from their algorithms that there is no activity. They split the orders and the money for 2 drivers even if the drivers are registered with cars.

Inadequate fee for long time but new is that I have on my phone system android 13 and scanning the orders doesn't work and taking photos is quite annoying because need to click 5 steps to confirm that I am going to a customer. For double order is a special annoying. The worst is that they don't have any technical support to fix this issue.

Simply the tip-top best rider app i had ever experienced. Deliveroo rider app are extremely user friendly, clear cut, layout are very neat very beautiful, very easy to understand even for any first time user, especially if compared to the rest of others food rider apps. Customer service agents are very responsive, instantly respond and resolve our issues without need to wait. Ultra high docket fee, reasonable short delivery distance. All Deliveroo customers are good customers, polite, friendly !
