The core of the game is still the same: entire armies of enemies rush at your defenses, trying to destroy them by any means necessary. But now they’re even more powerful and madder than ever.
You’ll have access to older, time-tested turrets, as well as completely new types of weapons. It’s up to you to decide how to spend your available budget. Should you build new towers or upgrade and fortify the ones you already have? Turrets vary in terms of their attack range, firing speed, and damage type. The only way to win is to combine them so that they complement and strengthen one another.
The flexible difficulty settings will allow every player to get as much enjoyment out of the game as possible. If you’re an experienced commander, you’ll love the merciless, intense battles where the countdown where even a fraction of a second is vital to success and everything hinges on your ability to choose and arrange your turrets wisely. Best Tower Defence Game out there. Genuinely free with no need to buy or accumulate pointless coins or gems to progress. No intrusive ads take up your time or cover half the screen, and a strong stable of multiple previous versions (and newer ones) shows why the game works so well, no glitches, and is very reliable. Simple, easy, and addictive to play, the levels do get more difficult after the first three or four.

Excellent Graphics, Upgraded Towers look Awesome. The enemy troops are left blood splattered on the road and the explosions from rockets and bombs are everywhere. This game has been my go to tower defence game for awhile. If your like me and don't like all those cartoon tower defence games this one is for you. The Difficulty is tough and the levels somewhat long. But overall it's very enjoyable. The Laser towers need Buffed though.

Well I'll have to say is that at first it would seem that this game is very easy but no it's not you really have to shake the dust bunnies out of your brain, cuz defense zone will throw you in a loop.You think you're going to win! You're so close to the end! & you think you have all your towers all done up & everything is great? But no you didn't plan it "OUT" & "BOOM" You LOSE game over then you start all over again this game really makes you think if you don't like thinking don't play.Ty

Not bad, but ramps up the difficulty very quickly. I can be absolutely crushing it, and then lose right in the last waves despite having vast firepower, slowing enemies, lasers, hellfire missiles, etc. It's just not clear what I'm doing wrong, and I don't have the patience to play the same level 20 times. And this is just level 4. It needs to ramp up slower so you understand the different trade offs and tactics in using the different weapons and upgrades better.

3 stars cause even on easy the game is hard and takes too long to upgrade towers and every wave the enemies get harder and you need to upgrade but can't cause it takes too long to do so. Some of these waves are insane enemies in every direction.

Graphics,sound,difficulty,gameplay, all the best. If there were reasonable no ads, purchase option, I would do it. Ads can be excessively long.

Waaaay too difficult, even on easy. I have played defense Zone 1 and Defense Zone 2 and they are just right. I'm really great at both of them but this as of level six I can't even get past easy on it. It's ridiculous don't even bother.

People giving this game a low rating usually have a good point. For mobile users, it's a bit more difficult than PC. For one, you can't be as accurate with placement. I can't tell you how many times I need a tower fast, but I can't place it because one pixel is touching something and I can't see where because my finger is bigger than the turret. The developers won't admit it. But they want you to spend more money on later levels to get all the perfect missions. I'd say more but only 500 characte

Great game, but it feels like all the content is already played up to mission 5. The missions are great but quite long (first two were around 20-35 minutes, the missions after are one hour).

This is a really good game but not without flaws. Later levels are pretty much impossible unless you buy power ups (a Boss mech in the first wave when you only start with enough for two basic missile towers..? Come on!!) and warships are just bullet sponges in the sea levels. Aside from that, it's an epic TD with big, satisfying battlefields for you to build dozens of towers on, and there is a good array of special weapons to get you out of tricky situations. Definitely worth $5.

It's a wonderful kickass game and distraction for me and my spinal cord injury. Complex enough to keep myself sharp yet not so difficult for me with cognitive function difficulty . Thank you very much, I needed this.

It's pretty fun, but the placement of towers is a little buggy. I do really like how the towers are inactive for a little while upgrading.

It's suck on the main picture screen and won't load or do anything past that. The google games pops up telling me it signed me in and then pops up a few seconds later saying it has saved my game progress. But aside from those things. Nothing else is happening.

Awesome. Super fun TD game, lots of options for fun. 5 stars for fix of load/save bug(sometimes I'll press to load a wave and it doesn't load, and turns from white to grey), and zooming more would be nice for placing precise towers when your finger is covering drop spot and hard to see.(Edit)+1 star for fast developer response. Up to 5, great job on app! (I hope you give further zoom idea a chance for Android.. so hard to see exact placement when your finger is covering area).

I Like tower defense games a lot, and this one is one of the best, not only defense zone 3 ultra, but the whole series, six of them between the six games and the 4 levels each have and an everage of 30 defernt missions each have , that amount to 720. Games you can play for free, it's awesome. The graphics and the mechanics of the weapons makes the games feel like real. Thank you all

Anyone giving this game 5 stars is a friend of the developer. This game needs a lot of work. No tutorial, no instructions. It's difficult to place towers almost all the time. The map constantly turns red when trying to place towers - and it makes it difficult to place towers when you are trying to build ahead of the incoming wave. On the left side of the screen there's a list of powers that I have NO Idea what the list means or does. Game needs more development but it has potential.

Needs improvement, some structures can't be upgraded due the place unit bar being in the way. Aside from that, the game is great, (much like the one before this sequel). No tutorial, so you need to learn what the new features do by experimenting with them. Autosave feature is helpful since games can take over an hour to complete. Overall it's a fun and challenging strategy game. It's definitely worth trying out.

Game difficulty increases way too quickly after the second mission (even on normal difficulty) to the point where you're ONLY hope is to buy the in-game currency so you can place more weapons right from the get go. Garbage tactic, even if the game is free right now. MTX's have ruined great game development, and this game is a shining example of that.
